I brought my car in for its 20,000 mile preventative maintenance and I worked with Brendan who was extremely helpful and made the process easy. He made sure I stayed in the loop about everything that they found with my car and anything he suggested I actually have fixed up. I will be working with him again and I highly recommend him!

Bought a used car and love it! Ahmad the used car manager was great when it came to trading in my car, more than expected. Also worked a great deal on my newer used car. Elliott is always a pleasure to work with when purchasing a car. Belo who had gone over financing with me was great and helped get better plans/payments. Would recommend getting a car here. Not to mention the service techs are wonderful and pleasurable as well when servicing!!!

Outstanding and professional attention from time of arrival to time of pick up. During this frightening time, all appropriate measures were taken from many pumps of Purell to gloves to appropriate distance. Brendan was in contact with me in a very short time to tell me approximately what needed to be done and what was recommended. My service included an interior detailing which was done to an extremely high standard. I was notified promptly when my vehicle was ready and this was handled again very efficiently. Waited long. Chaotic no structure just as bad as Watertown Lexus. I guess its consistently sub par. I seen many caucasians being served before me. I'm Hispanic served my country in Desert Storm and had better customer service in Kuwait than in both this dealership and Watertown. I rather have bought a used car from a pawn shop with the extended warranty and probably would have received better service. And pleeeeaaaase don't respond with a generic "Thank you for informing us". Because obviously you have been informed and if you haven't figured it out yet, well I guess you never will.

We had a pre -negotiated price for the trade in of my car and the acquisition price of the car I was buying. When we arrived they tried a price switch. Not a small one either but a difference of $3000! Really sleazy. Luckily we were using a Car Concierge to prepare everything. He was able to get us the original deal. The dealer is 40 minutes from my house and only that morning it occurred to them that we were not going all the way there just to do paperwork. Luckily the Concierge checked with them. They even told them it was not possible to pick up the car because of the registration. Then we told them to just switch the plates rather than issue new ones. Oh yeah! Why didn't they think of that? Then it took over 2 hours to get the paperwork ready when they had all the information they needed the day before. We sat around like idiots for 2 hours when the whole thing should have taken minutes. I've done this dozens of times and this was hands down awful.

Dropped off my car for an oil change at 8:30am on 6/28 and got a loaner. At 4:30pm lexus called and said they had not even looked at it yet and they would work on it the next day. Was planning on going to the cape that night but scrapped those plans. Picked it up on 6/29...no apologies and $629 for the service. Pretty disappointing....off to jiffy lube next time.

Mark Lee and the rest of the staff here at Ira Lexus were just excellent! We went there with 3 kids in tow and we were welcomed right in! Mark went above and beyond to help us and made our 1st Lexus buying experience stress-free and easy! We can't say enough good things about Mark and the staff here. They made us feel welcome and Mark never put any pressure on us, or gave us the run around! The level of professionalism here is amazing. Mark is an asset to the dealership. Recently leased a new vehicle through IRA Lexus in Danvers. I traveled an hour past my local dealer because they had vehicle I was looking for. Couldn t have been more pleased with the process and felt I was given a fair price. Salesperson Ana was very communicative by phone and email and answered all my questions. Once in the dealership I finalized a price on my trade and new lease with GM Willy which was straight forward as well. The Finance manager completed my paperwork quickly and there was no hard sell on extra warranties etc. They also took all COVID precautions seriously wearing masks, plexiglass at desks etc. Couldn t recommend them enough!

The experience that I had trying to buy a car from Ira Lexus was so strange, I have a hard time believing it was real. I reached out to ask about an inexpensive RX 350 that they had for sale. I intend to put only 3,000-4,000 miles per year on a vehicle so I am not looking for anything too new, just something that can get me around my local area. I reached out to them and said that I had financing already lined up, but I wanted to shop rates so I applied on their website.

After a few texts/emails back and forth I was eventually told that I had to pay cash if I wanted to buy a car from them. That struck me as kind of strange since I had already lined up financing so that part could not be the problem. When I asked why, I was told that they only would accept cash because I lived in New York state. Again huh?

I thought that maybe I misunderstood the sales person so I asked If I already have financing and was going to go into your dealership, I would not be able to use the funds to buy a car? The reply I received was We are only accepting cash for NY transactions at this time, no outside liens that we would be responsible for. Hmmmmmm. Strange.

I was more insulted that they were insinuating that I am not able to make my payments and would default on the loan by including the no outside lien comment. Considering I was pre-approved to spend over 6 times the cost of the vehicle I was looking at so I hope that was not their issue. Whatever it is/was, none of it makes sense to me. I have purchased several cars from other states and never had an issue before. Maybe it is because they really hate the Yankees and I am paying the price but I don t like the Yankees either

Given the extremely poor experience, I decided to not only take my business away from that dealer, but Lexus as a whole. If they allow the dealers that sell their vehicles to treat a customer like a leper then they obviously do not need me as a customer.

Great customer service, and a friendly environment. I didn t feel like anyone was overselling anything to me. I ended up purchasing a vehicle through Mauricio, and was happy with the overall experience. The only reason why I m not leaving a perfect 5 star review, is because I felt there was a lack of communication through the different departments which added 20-30 minutes to my wait time.

This was the first time in my life I've had to take my car to a dealership to be fixed and I hope it'll be the last. I brought my 2005 Lexus ES330 in because the mechanic I usually take it to was not able to fix because the part needed is only sold at Lexus dealerships.

Dennis in the service department ensured "we'll get this fixed, we're the experts". After promising one hour of diagnostic work at $145 I ended up needing twelve but they "did me a favor" and only charged me for three.

After twelve hours of diagnostic work which was supposedly done in one day by the same "lead technician" Ira Lexus still couldn't figure it exactly what the problem was and recommended I "start with replacing the computer and we'll go from there". This would cost, including the three hours of diagnostic work I was being charged, $1880. Unfortunately they did not know if this would fix the problem and if the new computer did not fix the problem I'd obviously still have to pay for it. Paying for parts you don't need - classic car dealership move.

Paying the $1880 was too big of a gamble for me so decided to cut my losses and start looking for a new car. I still had to pay $496 for three hours of diagnostic work in which i recieved absolutely nothing. The mechanic I take my car to does not and did not charge if they can't figure it out.
No one wants to be in this position especially when you receive zero value in return.

It was pretty comical when Dennis was explaining to me how they're the experts and "not some random Joe Shmoe mechanic down the street" when in reality they couldn't figure it out either but the difference between the two parties is that one is ethical and the other isn't. I told them if they were smart they would give me a little bit of a break because I am now in a position to buy a new car and chances are it's going to be a Lexus - but I didn't expect them to understand that. I'd actually rather pay more for a car elsewhere than buy there just out of principal.

If the Ira Lexus sales manager is reading this you literally just lost out on somewhere between $40,000 - $50,000. Maybe I'll go to Herb Chambers, I bought a Mercedes E350 there five years ago and service has been great year over year.

Rich in service and Margaret made my experience more digestible. Worked with me on coming up with a fair cost for the diagnostic work done and put my car back together. They made it right.

Excellent in all aspects. Welcoming and courteous receptionist who efficiently connected me to a sales representative named Mark Gordon. He could not have been more helpful. He was fully aware of the inventory of cars available and listened to my expectations and my budget. Mark arranged for me to test drive two vehicles. Mark introduced me to the sales manager, Michael Schiavone. Both men were courteous and efficiently worked with me to complete the purchase of my new 2011 BMW 326XI.
I could not be more pleased with the way the agency serviced my purchase.

He asked what was most important to me buying a car and I explained I need a car that had room in the rear for a wheelchair. We located a car and went for a test drive. Not only was the work performed flawlessly, I feel like I was valued. Every attention to detail was executed. After the service he had my car washed, interior vacuumed, mats cleaned and even the fuel was topped off really? INCREDIBLE.

Ira Lexus of Danvers is the best dealership around. The staff made me feel welcome and made the transaction super simple and easy. I had interacted with another Lexus dealer and they made me feel like my expectations were unreasonable to trade my vehicle in and get a lower payment for a new Lexus. Ted the General sales manager gave me all the payment options, treated me with respect and presented a better payment than I was paying for my prior Lexus. Bottom line Ira Lexus of Danvers is the best Lexus dealership around the team there knows how to treat customers fairly and more importantly with respect.

Had great experience at this Lexus dealer. Spoke with Mark Gordon (sales) and Nigel who were extremely professional, candid, and patient right through the selection and negotiation process. Mark introduced us to all different available models, colors, and options to finally help select a right fit. On couple of occasions during the selection process he was with us right thru 9:00 PM helping us out with car selections without showing urgency to wrap up the conversation. Seems like a motivated and focused sales team out there at Ira Lexus.

This dealership is rip off. I took my IS250 convertible hardtop to them to analyze and fix the up and down function of my drivers seat. They diagnosed this as a near $3,000 fix. My wife and I seemed to think this was crazy, did some more research at other Lexus dealerships. Ended up being a faulty connection in the seat wiring, technician fixed this problem within an hour, fix was roughly $160. Moral of the story, IRA of Danvers NEVER even took the seat apart to look at the problem, assumed worst case, was in it to make as much money as they could, NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THEIR CUSTOMER. I will NEVER go back to this Dealership, WORST Dealership service we have ever received anywhere. Not to mention, they charged $300 for diagnosing a problem INCORRECTLY. Sad excuse for a CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION OF 0 STARS, I WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT. Jen Perry is the best service advisor and the reason I will continue to service my car at IRA Lexus. She knows what I need to have done and to have my loaner ready so my time at the dealership is minimal which is so important to me. I was greeted immediately by a valet when I drove my car in for service and I was offered a cold water by the valets when I was leaving which doesn't happen anywhere else. Ira Lexus ROCKS!

This place needs a major facelift. The Toyota dealership is like being in a five star resort and the Lexus dealership is like being at a Holiday Inn and hoping the coffee machine works. I leased by second Lexus with them and was reminded of why I won't go anywhere else. They're professional, no pressure, informative and patient. Mark Gordon was my Consultant and he was just fantastic on every level. He knew the ins and outs of the car, gave great feedback, was very helpful throughout the process and kept me updated the entire way. I'll be back when my lease is up!

I had been looking for a 2015 RX350 Pearl white, beige interior with 30K-40K miles. I found it at Ira Lexus of Danvers MA. The mileage was a little over my requirements but this car was in excellent condition. My salesman Joe Panzino made it very easy to agree on a price. We had a small problem with the title but Joe was able to make me happy. I've only had the car for a few days so I can't comment on the service but so far I am very pleased.
