Reach out to Juan Tejada at IRA Lexus if you're looking for a car. We were looking for a used, relatively cheap car but he treated us as if we were buying a brand new car. Great service from Juan. Very respectful of my time and he helped make the entire search and purchase process easy.

Very pleasant experience. Drop off is easy, just drive it in to the covered area. Met with my advisor, Tyna, who was extremely helpful. I always make my appointments with her, since she has been great to me. She explained everything to me, got me a loaner car and had me in and out in no time. Repair was done quickly, and I was able to pick up without issue. Would definitely use them again.

I took my car in because I had received a recall notice. From the start Jennifer was so nice and helpful. I got a beautiful loaner car that I did not want to give back! Not only did they fix the issue, they also filled up my gas tank!! Jennifer and everyone at Ira Lexus definitely went above and beyond!

Terribly non-transparent in lease trade-in process. Got a large bill well after the fact without any communication. Will not lease from Lexus ever again.

Tyna always gives me great service. The mechanic Michael who worked on my car was very considerate and thoughtful regarding finding a solution for my car.

The dealership is a typical dealership, pushy salesman trying to force you into the sale. But if you stand your ground they re no worse than others in that regard. Ended up purchasing a vehicle and upon delivery, did not have floor mats. Was then told it was sold without it. How are you going to sell a $20,000 car without even a cheap pair?! The salesman said he d look into it and was confident he could do something, of course that never happened. I also did not have a windshield wiper blade on the rear of the vehicle. I purchased one and put it on, which is fine, but makes me nervous as they assured me they went through everything and it was all in working condition. Well they apparently didn t check the wiper blade or realize one was completely missing, so who knows what else they didn t check.

Overall, not happy with my experience or service. I feel I got a fair price for the vehicle, but otherwise not pleased with Ira. I would not purchase another vehicle from them and would suggest looking elsewhere.

Sorry I didn t write a review originally. I would like to say that Mike Walsh did a great job for me during my purchase process.Keyhan -Kevin the salesmen was just ok,he didn t even show up to deliver my car.The paperwork and registration was total disarray. I didn t receive my paperwork until 8 days after purchasing.The biggest concern was when I went to pick up the vehicle it had 527 miles on it and it wasn t a swap so don t try to tell me that, I can understand 30-50 miles on anew car but 527 and no one knew about it.Thats BS!! I also dealt with the service department to handle a cosmetic problem with the car,this was handled promptly and professionally.The service manager and driver Christina were polite and courteous.Maybe next time a little better communication and attention to detail would help. I purchased my last Lexus at Herb Chambers,Sharon and the process was seamless. I saved money but the aggravation wasn t worth it.

I ve only had my car serviced here and would never consider servicing my Lexus anywhere else. I purchased my car here back in 2014 and had a wonderful experience with Bert during the purchase as well.

One of our current vehicles is a 2003 LS430 and the other is a 2007 LX470. Ira Lexus Service has enabled us to continue to enjoy these vehicles for many thousands of miles and many years. We highly recommend Ira Lexus's Service Department to Lexus owners in the region -- we drive approximately 40 miles to use this dealership.

Beautiful and comfortable waiting room with soft drinks, food and coffee. Mark Zayac was very thorough when he went over with my car and explained to me everything that needed to be done. He even offered to drop me off at the mall if I want while waiting for my car. As soon as my car was done he came and got me, he even filled up my gas tank. It was a nice surprise. Overall it was a great experience at It's Ira Lexus Service Center.

Bought two new Lexus from Ira 6 years ago back in the days people were real nice every time get there , they will have my Lexus cleaned in and out. Unfortunately two days ago I was driving by just want to have my Lexus wash, it was very disappointed that they don t do the job what ever lexus should do.

I ve always gone to Lexus in Manchester NH and had great service. We recently moved to MA and tried service in Danvers. NEVER AGAIN, we d rather drive both of our Lexus all the way to NH. The experience in Danvers was extremely disappointing, staff is very disorganized and incompetent. It was one mistake after another, not worthy of Lexus standards

I had been testing different models, (not knowing what I really wanted), for a month now dealing with different car salesman until I met Gil Beck and drove the Lexus. Eliot and everyone was very nice to work with. They were very attentive to our concerns. I asked alot of question and Eliot said no problem ask away. I would buy another car from Ira Lexus because the respect Eliot and Willie treated me with. If you are looking for a great car ask to speak with Eliot you'ill get the best service. I continue to be amazed by the IRA Lexus service department. I brought my car in as an emergency after a dead battery last night, just expecting to leave it. My service advisor Brendan (the best of the best) said he d take care of it. A few hours later, I was back on the road with a new battery AND the upcoming scheduled maintenance completed as well. Brendan and the Techs know what real service is all about. Kudos from a grateful customer.

I called Lexus service in the morning and got an appointment within a couple of hours to have a drivers sideview mirror fixed. When we got there Mark Zayac, assistant service manager, looked at the mirror, fiddled around with it and fixed it. There was no charge or no service appointment. Thanks Mark!

I,came,in for my 5000 oil change etc. The worst experience!!! I had an appt brought it,in. Asked,how long they thought,it would be, I got I have no idea. Well after 1 1/ 2 hours I asked how much longer they said we are way backed up. Well 3 hours later. And I decided not to have them up date my software cause they said it would be at least another 1/2 hour but,something was going on with the service in the,place, not sure. I said no. Honestly this was the worse

I really like this dealership. Friendly, Courteous and ready to help with any questions. We've been doing business at IRA Lexus for 4 years so far.
The new service center is beautiful, comfortable and they even provide munchies.
The service drive in area is state of the art. There are plenty of service advisers on hand to help you out.

Very pleased with Ira Lexus service this weekend. Brendon went above and beyond his call of duty to fix the Xbox for my little one. Given very precise time estimate and was out of the dealership within the time promised as I decided to wait on the car than getting a loaner.

I innocently dropped my car off for what seemed to me to be a small issue only to find that that was about as far away from the truth as possible! My service manager, Dennis Pellegrino, professionally guided me thru 2.5 weeks of twists and turns with honesty, compassion, humor and confidence. I sincerely felt like Dennis, his lead engineer and Lexus were in this with me. It s weirdly stressful to be without your car for that long but Dennis kept me updated and brought this unpredictable scenario to a successful conclusion. I love my Lexus and am glad to have it back!

This review is strictly based on the physical service space. The service people are friendly and helpful. No complaints about that. I have been to a few Lexus dealerships over the years and this is by far the least appealing. The waiting room and restrooms are dark, small, old and even unclean. Furniture is dumpy and in need of replacement. Actually the whole place needs a redo. I know every place can t be like Sharon but seriously, this place is so far from upscale.

I had such an easy & seamless experience at Ira Lexus. This was my first new car purchase, so while I was excited, I was also a little nervous, but I had all my questions answered, was never rushed, and was assisted in the best possible way. The original car I wanted was bought buy someone else, but they got the same model w/ the colors and features I wanted within two days. It went very quickly and smoothly...Nicolette, Moustafa & Bernard from the sales team are all awesome. I ve also had the pleasure of working with Brendan in Service and Peter in Collision who are also both amazing. Really happy with all of my experiences and interactions at Ira Lexus!

Disappointed that I asked my service manager if there was a coupon for an oil change - his response was no. Then checking on the way home - in fact there was one! Called him back and he will credit but not good customer service at all- very bottom line driven and lack of attention to detail.

I just bought my Lexus RX350 from Ira Lexus. Overall the experience was great especially the Sales Associate, Jake was very helpful with great interpersonal skills. He took his time to explain all the whistle and bells in the car to me, and repeated that on delivery. He offered to drop off the car at my office which is more an hour away as the color I want was not available in their dealership. I will definitely recommend Ira Lexus based on my personal experience.

Everything was good, except for the wait. The service center was clean, and organized. Snacks were provided for free. However the wait was long, had to wait 2 + hours.
