Very pleasant experience. Drop off is easy, just drive it in to the covered area. Met with my advisor, Tyna, who was extremely helpful. I always make my appointments with her, since she has been great to me. She explained everything to me, got me a loaner car and had me in and out in no time. Repair was done quickly, and I was able to pick up without issue. Would definitely use them again.

I took my car in because I had received a recall notice. From the start Jennifer was so nice and helpful. I got a beautiful loaner car that I did not want to give back! Not only did they fix the issue, they also filled up my gas tank!! Jennifer and everyone at Ira Lexus definitely went above and beyond!

The dealership is a typical dealership, pushy sale...

The dealership is a typical dealership, pushy salesman trying to force you into the sale. But if you stand your ground they re no worse than others in that regard. Ended up purchasing a vehicle and upon delivery, did not have floor mats. Was then told it was sold without it. How are you going to sell a $20,000 car without even a cheap pair?! The salesman said he d look into it and was confident he could do something, of course that never happened. I also did not have a windshield wiper blade on the rear of the vehicle. I purchased one and put it on, which is fine, but makes me nervous as they assured me they went through everything and it was all in working condition. Well they apparently didn t check the wiper blade or realize one was completely missing, so who knows what else they didn t check.

Overall, not happy with my experience or service. I feel I got a fair price for the vehicle, but otherwise not pleased with Ira. I would not purchase another vehicle from them and would suggest looking elsewhere.

Sorry I didn t write a review originally. I would like to say that Mike Walsh did a great job for me during my purchase process.Keyhan -Kevin the salesmen was just ok,he didn t even show up to deliver my car.The paperwork and registration was total disarray. I didn t receive my paperwork until 8 days after purchasing.The biggest concern was when I went to pick up the vehicle it had 527 miles on it and it wasn t a swap so don t try to tell me that, I can understand 30-50 miles on anew car but 527 and no one knew about it.Thats BS!! I also dealt with the service department to handle a cosmetic problem with the car,this was handled promptly and professionally.The service manager and driver Christina were polite and courteous.Maybe next time a little better communication and attention to detail would help. I purchased my last Lexus at Herb Chambers,Sharon and the process was seamless. I saved money but the aggravation wasn t worth it.

I ve only had my car serviced here and would never consider servicing my Lexus anywhere else. I have been dealing with this dealership since 2015 when I purchased my first gs350. I am now on my second purchase with them an both times they made my purchasing experience the best!! From the presentation of the vehicle, the negotiation process, to the final paperwork an delivery of the vehicle everything was top notch!! I shopped every one of there competing lexus dealers and I promise you they can not be beat!! I would like to thank James, mark, and victor for making everything possible with my new purchase!! My wife and I have used Ira Lexus for well over a decade to service the six Lexus vehicle we have owned during this period. The service we have received has always been courteous, reliable and reasonably priced. The Service Consultants are knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. One of our current vehicles is a 2003 LS430 and the other is a 2007 LX470. Ira Lexus Service has enabled us to continue to enjoy these vehicles for many thousands of miles and many years. We highly recommend Ira Lexus's Service Department to Lexus owners in the region -- we drive approximately 40 miles to use this dealership.

Beautiful and comfortable waiting room with soft drinks, food and coffee. Mark Zayac was very thorough when he went over with my car and explained to me everything that needed to be done. He even offered to drop me off at the mall if I want while waiting for my car. As soon as my car was done he came and got me, he even filled up my gas tank. It was a nice surprise. Overall it was a great experience at It's Ira Lexus Service Center.

I continue to be amazed by the IRA Lexus service department. I brought my car in as an emergency after a dead battery last night, just expecting to leave it. My service advisor Brendan (the best of the best) said he d take care of it. A few hours later, I was back on the road with a new battery AND the upcoming scheduled maintenance completed as well. Brendan and the Techs know what real service is all about. Kudos from a grateful customer.

Well after 1 1/ 2 hours I asked how much longer they said we are way backed up. Well 3 hours later. And I decided not to have them up date my software cause they said it would be at least another 1/2 hour but,something was going on with the service in the,place, not sure. I said no. The new service center is beautiful, comfortable and they even provide munchies.
The service drive in area is state of the art. There are plenty of service advisers on hand to help you out.

I innocently dropped my car off for what seemed to me to be a small issue only to find that that was about as far away from the truth as possible! My service manager, Dennis Pellegrino, professionally guided me thru 2.5 weeks of twists and turns with honesty, compassion, humor and confidence. I sincerely felt like Dennis, his lead engineer and Lexus were in this with me. It s weirdly stressful to be without your car for that long but Dennis kept me updated and brought this unpredictable scenario to a successful conclusion. I love my Lexus and am glad to have it back!

This review is strictly based on the physical service space. The service people are friendly and helpful. No complaints about that. I have been to a few Lexus dealerships over the years and this is by far the least appealing. The waiting room and restrooms are dark, small, old and even unclean. Furniture is dumpy and in need of replacement. Actually the whole place needs a redo. I know every place can t be like Sharon but seriously, this place is so far from upscale.

This was my first new car purchase, so while I was excited, I was also a little nervous, but I had all my questions answered, was never rushed, and was assisted in the best possible way. The original car I wanted was bought buy someone else, but they got the same model w/ the colors and features I wanted within two days. It went very quickly and smoothly...Nicolette, Moustafa & Bernard from the sales team are all awesome. I ve also had the pleasure of working with Brendan in Service and Peter in Collision who are also both amazing. Really happy with all of my experiences and interactions at Ira Lexus!

I just bought my Lexus RX350 from Ira Lexus. Overall the experience was great especially the Sales Associate, Jake was very helpful with great interpersonal skills. He took his time to explain all the whistle and bells in the car to me, and repeated that on delivery. He offered to drop off the car at my office which is more an hour away as the color I want was not available in their dealership. I will definitely recommend Ira Lexus based on my personal experience.
