I used Wesley Harris to purchase my new 2020 ES300h Luxury. I completely virtually the entire transaction online. Even traded in my car that was worth what I owed on it. Wes was instrumental in getting me out of my old car and into something I was comfortable paying. Patience, professionalism & an out-of-box thinker to name a few attributes of this man. Integrity also comes to mind since as we all know, not all car dealerships understand the meaning of that word. Lexus of Concord and Wes Harris are proud examples of what all these adjectives mean & represent in an industry fraught with mistruths and unprofessional behavior. Not here and not with Wes.

The appointment was set up quickly on a day I want. Dropping off the car was easy and my service adviser, Emily was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out with a free loaner in less than 10 mins. The service was done on time and they even washed my car. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Nice dealership. Very clean and plenty of cars to look at. My salesman Alex made sure I didn't leave until I got the car he wanted me to buy! It all took about 6 hours, but everyone at the dealership was pleasant to work with. Especially Jason - he took me for multiple drives and did an excellent job of explaining the features and performance of the vehicles.
Alex's sales techniques were a little higher pressure then I'm usually comfortable with, but he did an excellent job of selling me on a brand new Lexus.
I would recommend this dealer to a friend if asked.
Lexus vehicles are luxurious alright. But this lexus dealer is worse than any other I have dealt with, AVOID at all costs!
They literally ripped me off in multiple ways: I bought a pre owned vehicle. I was told that there is no spare key, and was offered a dent insurance that also covers replacement keys. I bought it. Later, though, it turned out that they had a spare key all along. I was able to obtain it from them and cancel the dent insurance thing though, so that rip-off failed.
Next thing, the car turned out to have some problems that should have been found out in their multi-point inspection thingy.
But the biggest rip off is this one: I decided to cancel a 3.5K $ service contract (warranty) I purchased for the car. I came in to their office and filled out a cancellation form as they instructed. After 4 months it was still not cancelled, so I called them. Guess what? That form magically dissappeared, and they did not cancel the service contract. They did not provide me a copy, so my hands are tied. They are no longer answering my phone calls or returning to my messages. This is borderline illegal! According to our contract, I have a right to cancel the service contract and get a full refund if cancelled within 60 days. Now it is too late for the full refund. I am discussing with my lawyer my next options.
I hate going into dealerships cause I imagine I'll get attacked by 10 guys before both my feet hit the dealership grounds. But I needed a car so I had no choice. This place changed my perspective on dealerships! The receptionist was sweet (and pretty ;)) salespeople weren't pushy at all, the manager, Mark H. was funny and respectful, and the finance guy was awesome! And I got a great deal on my new Lexus! Claudia the Service adviser filling in for Jeff (the original advisor I dealt with) was not friendly - seemed to be bothered by having to cash me out. The car was NOT washed as promised, the car seat was removed - I drove back to dealership when I realized this only to be told it was in the trunk - the car should have been put back as they found it when I dropped it off. There is a new large scratch on the driver side rear near the gas cap. It will likely buff out but yet another hassle left for me to have to deal with. All around poor customer service as usual at this dealership!

I purchased the service package for my car through Lexus of Concord. The last two services I ve had done my car was returned to me not washed or vacuumed. The first time this happened I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe my car was missed. When I brought this up to my service advisor he offered a detail to correct the issue- much appreciated. However, I am strongly disappointed that my car was returned yet again this last service not vacuumed and washed (services they include in every maintenance appt). When I mentioned this at pickup, I was offered that my car be run through the wash which would take 30 minutes, a huge inconvenience as I am on my way to work and unable to wait another 30 minutes for services that should have taken place the day prior when I was told my car was ready for pick up.
The dealership and salesmen were wonderful I called in the morning got an appointment for 1:30 I was early and the car was ready for a test drive they ran the numbers for me and sadly I was not able to be financed but I was able to have a co-signer and they did everything they could to give us a better apr and monthly payment if you want a person who is going to try their best to get you into the vehicle you came for this is the place . My mom almost bought a car the same day due to the wonderful treatment and effort.
I bought a used Toyota from Lexus. I discovered that the car had a strong accident from the side and it was never clean. I paid a lot of money to fix the faults. I regret buying the car. I used to think that the Lexus dealer had a clean car, but it turned out the opposite. They damaged the reputation of Lexus Concord
I do not recommend this dealership at all. Unless you're buying your brand new Lexus there. They only treat their high paying customer with respect and keep promises. DO NOT BUY a used vehicle from this place. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear and keep promises until it's too late to even return back the car. They will reset everything on the vehicle so it can pass the 14 day return policy after that your on your own.

Our experience was great at lexus of concord. The minute we got there, the advisor (Shane) was so quick getting us in and out with the paper work. It s incredible how fast the service was. Even getting us into the rental car. It was in and out. When the car was done. We got there it was literally like, 5 to 10 minutes to get our car. Like I said, it was in and out. Definitely the Lexus dealer we re going to from now on. Thanks Shane!
Great experience with Costco auto program - quick and easy online and terrific communications with sales person Jessica Roble who is one of the internet sales managers. We'd recommend using Jessica for the following reasons: she knows her cars, goes the extra mile to look for what you are seeking, bends over backward with her schedule to accommodate her customers, and gives you a no hassle buying experience via the Costco auto purchase program --- plus she's delightful!
As always everyone at Lexus Concord was very pleasant to do business with and it would appear that everything was completed as requested. My only complaints are I was charged $39.95 for a tire rotation and I had a coupons for new front wiper blades for $22.99 and without asking they replaced the whole assembly for $36.38 because I had previously replaced with Michelin blades and the Lexus blades wouldn t work. Ok but they should have asked first or honored the price we agreed on. As for the tire rotation...I ll take responsibility for not reading the estimate copy closely enough but then I never dreamed that rotating tires would be $40!!!!! Come on guys!!!!! Really!!!!!! But they always take care excellent of my vehicle on the regular services and are pleasant to deal with. I ll go back because of that.
The staff is friendly. I started with obtaining an internet price, which they honored and did not try to upsell me. The price was fair, but we were able to negotiate further to even a better deal. Only reason for 4 stars is the time we had to wait for paperwork, but they were really busy.

Worst service that I have ever had from a Lexus dealer nobody in parts has a clue of what they sell in the department they advertise parts and talked to seven people there today and then finally was told by a lady they don't sell parts I would find another Lexus dealership if I lived there.
Their service department will push unnecessary services outside of the required maintenance plan prescribed by Lexus without informing you that those services are not required. The service advisor (Jeffrey Johnson) lied to saying that the car needed certain services when it did not. Bring your service manual if you want to service your car here otherwise they WILL scam you.
Also the wait to get a loaner car at this dealership is horribly long.

This was not my first Lexus dealership experience but It was my first time buying a car from Lexus of Concord. I have serviced cars here, always been great, but I feel compelled to write a review about my buying experience here. Honestly the smoothest purchase ever.
This time around I went for a 2016 RC 350 F-sport, and the only hard part of this deal was picking my car's color. I did not call in about the car in advance because I brought an older Lexus in for a service and decided to use that visit as my chance to get familiar with the RC. All I did was find a salesperson and ask him if I could take a RC on the road. The salesperson that helped me was Adel Karra. He was not pushy at all, and since I already knew what I was looking for, he was respectful and just helped whenever I needed an answer to a question.
We walked out to a black on black RC, Adel pulled it out of its row, stepped out to let me in the driver seat, and we hit the road. The car was great. Didn't need much time to decide that I loved it.
I told Adel I wanted to take some time to shop around and see what people are paying for these. I did some research online and called him back the next day with a number in mind, It was fair and based on the lowest prices I had seen people paying, and he simply asked when I would like to come in to complete the deal. I came in the same day not knowing if the management had approved my offer. Long story short, there were no surprises. When he brought the money details to me on paper, they were exactly what we had discussed on the phone.
I did however change my mind about the color. I decided to go with silver on black. they did not have one on the lot, but thats no issue for these guys. They did a dealer trade for the black on black one and the silver one was on its way over.
In the finance office, Aziz Amin took great care of me to make sure I understood everything. Offered me a few add ons and did not push when I decided against them. And he also fought for me to get the a better interest rate. I really appreciated that. Aziz is a super solid finance guy.
I also had a chance to speak with Mike Amin, who is a sales manager there, because what I wanted was not available on the lot. He was excellent as well. He made one phone call and the trade was done.
I have had both good and bad experiences buying cars, but this one was exceptional. I never had to fight for anything and thats amazing to me! This in my new favorite dealership.
Purchased a new 2014 RX Hybrid at Lexus of Concord in July 2014. I was provided excellent service, and a great deal on the vehicle. Sales and Leasing consultant Sid Moqadam did a fantastic job of being very honest and forthright about the purchasing price and did his very best to secure the best price on the Lexus we purchased. He showed us four vehicles and gave us the color and interior that we needed. Treated us like family, and VERY HONEST about his ability to get the best rates. Not much back and forth actually which was fantastic! Best experience I have had so far purchasing any vehicle. Their finance department also did an incredible job setting everything up and offering a fantastic rate. Hooked us up with rubber mats too! I would recommend Lexus of Concord for their fantastic prices and great service. Definitely will purchase there again!
The service department is an absolute scam! I highly suggest visiting another lexus dealership Instead of this one. They have scammed twice! They will make a fake leak. The rest of the department as in sales , parts are okay. I have reported them to BAR & BBB. You have been warned..

End of September I went to look at a 4Runner they had on their lot. I spoke with Tariq from the beginning and told him I d be back after work, we texted back and forward for most of the day and I noticed he started growing impatient to which he lashed at me and said look man I m trying to get you in this 4Runner, if you don t want it then I can t do anything about it . I should ve stepped away at that point... I ended up going in and they insisted they had to run credit to see what kind of deal they could do, I wanted an up front honest evaluation of my trade in vehicle and a final price on theirs before running credit. They insisted that credit had to be ran. I gave in and let them run credit, I insisted so many times that they made sure it would only be one inquiry with their financing department. They promised left and right and over and over again that it would be one inquiry. Surprise, they lied about it. I didn t like the deal they offered so I left, Tariq calls back and tells me they had a better deal, that they could match the current payment I had on my current car and that my interest rate would improve. I told him I m almost home in Brentwood which is over 30 minutes way, so was my co-signer (mom) who had also driven home by that time. I said look, make sure you re being honest and the numbers you are telling me over the phone are accurate and I ll ask mom if we can make out way back to the dealership. He calls me back with in 10 minutes and says I confirmed it . Make your way back and let s make it happen. So I convince mom and we drive back, mind you I had to go pick up my trade in from my work because I had parked it there and finally I show up at the dealer and it s almost 9pm... they make me wait for another 30/45 minutes, it wasn t till approached them at the financing office that they made came clean and said it was still that first bad original deal that was on the table. That he over heard someone else s deal and confused it with mine. I was dumbfounded and thinking they might be playing at first and realized they were dead serious maybe thinking I d be desperate enough and agree to the first offer... I couldn t believe it. Not only did I get slammed with over 7 inquiries on my credit report which I questioned them on many times, they also played me for a fool along with my mom and wasted our time driving back and forward... I went back and complained, asking them for all information submitted, all they asked me for I did, bank statements, proof of Residence, credit check, identifications, and they couldn t be honest with me. I don t feel my information is safe with them knowing how dishonest they are so I asked for it back and they said they would call me. Still waiting after almost a month. Save your self the headache and that sour taste of dealing with crooked and dishonest car sales men. They embody that horrible stereotype people had of car sales men. This is something I probably would experience and some unprofessional used car lot, I never expected it from Lexus of concord...

Lexus of Concord had the vehicle I was looking for and it has been one week today since I parked my Nebula Grey 2020 RX 350 in my driveway. Andy was the salesman who helped us out and I would recommend him. The vehicle has presented 2 problems - a rattling dashboard and an unknown pinging in the rear. It is unfortunate that I have to take time out of my day to drive to the dealer and have the issues resolved after just one week. Otherwise, I am satisfied with my purchase and love the new vehicle. I am waiting to hear back from the dealer as I was also promised new matts for it. Unfortunately, my email to them has gone unanswered thus far.
Experience was great! Everyone was polite and straight forward. I did not feel hustled or rushed. Brian was my sales and Timothy was my finance guy and they were both professional and thorough. I felt like they actually cared about my circumstances

Although the paper work aspect took much too long, they made every effort to keep us comfortable in the nicely appointed lounge.

Sales and Finance kept in contact with me and did not drop the ball. They walked me through everything and it didn t take all day. You guys are truly a blessing. Today, I drove away in a 2021 ES 350. I would give a higher rating based on my interaction with the service people in the office only. Where Lexus lost me was when my car was returned to me. I had 4 new tires put on and I specifically requested that they clean them and put tire shine on them. Not only was that not done but whatever lubricant was used was smeared all over the wheels. When I brought it to their attention they told me they couldn t take it off. Very disappointing. Then Norma stepped in...after another 1/2 hour it came back looking like it should have in the first place. After having spent almost $1,500, I really expected better from Lexus. Also, Lexus needs to step up the quality and quantity of snacks in the lounge. People are hungry at times other than just first thing in the morning.

I had 2 disappointing events with my car servicing. When I arrived I was told the car would be washed. It was not. When I scheduled I was told 1-2 hours and that it would be light due to COVID. It was 2.5 hours.

This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I do not recommend these clowns. I drove 3.5 hours to get a very particular car that they posted incorrectly on their website as well as others. I called in advance to make sure the car was worth driving an entire day for. I was told the car was perfect! It turns out that it was a nice car but not A STANDARD TRANSMISSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought the car because I had no idea what to do after taking a day off work and renting a vehicle to make the close to 200 mile trip to the dealership. Due to the drama the shock of the wrong vehicle it put me in the middle of rush hour traffic all the way home. It took 6 HOURS TO GET HOME! these guys made me loose a days wages and drive 8 hours for a car that was wrong and not even ready when I got there. AVOID THIS PLACE! BMW is next door
I have to give a 1 star. If there was a negative star, I won't hesitate to choose it either. Back in 2009 I bought a new IS250 from them, so it make sense that I come back to buy new 2013 RX350. When i brought my IS250 in for service and they provided me a loaner. Unfortunately the loaner was slightly rear bumped by another drive. I reported the incident to the Concord Police. I also reported the issue to their service manager when I returned the loaner. The dealer mistakenly reported my IS250 to CarFax as it been in an accident. 3 years later, I go back to the dealer to trade in my IS250 for a new car, to my surprise they said my car had an accident and refused to give me a good trade in. I explained to the manager and the sale man. But they simply ignore me as if I am a liar. I walked out of this dealer and never come back.....
I headed down to Fremont Lexus, the sale man did a visual inspection of the car and found the car was good as new, never had any kind of accident, he called CarFax to clear the report and he was able to provide me with a good trade in. I bought my new 2013 RX350 from Lexus of Fremont. Ask for Fred Omar at Magnussen Lexus, he will do anything to get your business. He is very professional at treating customer!!!!

Guy helping me was RUDE, they looked at my car and left all but 4 of the snaps that holds the plastic shield over the engine off! I had to get another shop to replace the snaps! Replaced my headlamp kits and didn't replace the lamps! Wanted to charge me another $600 on top of the $3,000 to replace the lamps! Shoddy work! Unacceptable!
Worked with Randi to obtain my rx 450h. He was very professional and made every effort to make sure that I was satisfied with my vehicle and the price. I had a routine oil change. I told them I needed my car by 1 pm and it was ready at 10:30am. It was easy to drop off my car and to pick it up and they were following all the Covid protocols. It was very easy to book the appointment online. I will take my car there for all the oil changes.
I bought my used 2015 Toyota RAV4 from them 2 years ago. Since then I ve had all my servicing done by them. The customer service I received today from Emily has been STELLAR!
Andy is the man, Great service and answered all my my questions. The manager and finance made sure the whole transaction went smooth.
All ok except mechanics continue to leave black smudges on whatever they touch, and footprints too.
I want to add that the whole process is very organized and though I did have to wait service people kept me posted that my turn was coming. Also they arranged to give me a ride home which only took a few more minutes. The shuttle was a clean suv and the driver made me feel comfortable. Last, our car was serviced and we believe that they were honest in what needed to be done. Overall, we feel Lexus gave excellent service and we received excellent value as well.
Service was quick and easy, however, staff that is everyone I could see had no mask and no gloves on. Touching the handles of my car, steering wheel and greeting people with no masks. How dare you Lexus.
To make matters worse, no car wash with my service.

I have been going to Lexus Concord for service since 2008 and I just came home from 90000 miles service.It was always good to have service and a little extra cleaning inside and out.
This time I even told the agent Brian that I hope they vacumn
my car and he said'" Oh for sure they did that.
Well,I came home and looked and all the sands under all floor mats were still there. He probably saw my car looking clean and did not bother to look closely.
Please tell them not to presume it is clean.
