My 2nd time at Lexus of Concord. Service from initial I take to the end was friendly and courteous. My car needed a wash and it looks beautiful again and runs great. I waited for my car and it was done in the estimated time.

Each time that I have taken my car in for its service everyone has been so nice and helpful. I love that they wash my car. It may look bad when i take it in but it always looks very nice when i pick it up Thank you all that work there and are so kind.

I bought a Used Mercedes from Lexus of Concord. We worked with Jeffery Lao he was our sales person. He is a really nice guy and easy to work with. All the staff was nice and helpful. We had some issues with price (online vs. Actual), however Lexus of Concord without missing a beat honored their online price even though it as under blue book. I thought I was going to have to get ugly! Good news is that I did not have to get ugly and over all it was a pleasant experience.

Their service was pretty good over all. Nice enough and accommodating. Only down side was being out of loner cars so took some extra time to be taken to Enterprise. And when I picked up my car, I had to ask what the problem and solution we re, but again they were all very nice otherwise

I purchased an IS250 and Karen Juarez who is the technology specialist and was wonderful in explaining all the areas of the car and setting up the Navigation system. I had a question about the number of blinks on the turn indicator in the lane change mode. She told me that it could be changed from 3 to as many as 11 but would need to be done by the service department. She stated that it normally is done at the 5000 mile checkup but she would inquire with the service department the next day when they opened. She called me the next day (Monday) and had me stop by after work and they changed it for me in 10 minutes! Great service and going the extra mile to make a customer happy.

The entire new vehicle process including selection, pricing agreement, and document completion was extremely efficient. The same was true for my vehicle trade in. My salesperson was professional, personable, and provided very useful information. Our business person was extremely efficient and explained each document clearly and completely. I recommend this fine dealership without reservation.

My Service Manager Emily was wonderful. Very polite, welcoming and professional. My reason for only 3 stars is that upon receiving my car, there was a very noticeable scratch in the driver side door. I wasn t happy that that happened at the dealership, but Emily immediately worked to get that taken care of for me. I give her 5 stars!

I purchased my Lexus es350 a few months ago. Before the purchase I noticed a few scratches on the bumper and passenger door. I then advised my sales rep that I was no longer interested in the car. At that time I was then promised that if I purchased the vehicle that my entire bumper/ passenger door would be repainted at no charge to me. To make a long story short I purchased the vehicle, brought it back to the dealership in Concord where I purchased it to get painted (mind you I'm driving all the way from Sacramento). Left my car to get painted for 4 days. Received a call that it was ready to be picked up. I arrived to pick it up and noticed that my bumper was the only thing painted. The passenger door didn't even get touched and my car was also returned to me on EMPTY! At this time I'm furious! I Called and spoke to the manager about the situation. He graciously set up an appointment for a driver to pick up my Lexus from Sacramento and take it back to Concord to get painted AGAIN. 4 days later my car is brought back to me in Sacramento..Needless to say the body shop did a terrible job on my passenger door. The whole door did not get painted like they promised me. It looks like it was buffed and now I have this big basketball size dull looking spot on my passenger door. I called the supervisor Scott in the parts department and left a message in regards to this situation and how unhappy I am with the finished results, but he never returned my call. I had high expectations for this dealership and I am very disappointed in their service. I will say Jessica my sales rep was great!

My car was serviced & completed in the correct amount of time. Only issue was the tech could not hear my speaker crackle and now I must reschedule for another time to have them hear the blown speaker.

I'm constantly having issues at this location. I think the staff here is not honest. I went in for an appointment because my monitor wasn't working. They put me in a loaner. Brian the man I was working with txts me the next day and says they need to order a new radio for my car but need to get the ok to order. Then txts time a few hours later and says they got the ok and the car is ready to pick up. I get there the next day and Brian says so the car part takes 7 to 10 business days to order and we're going to give you back you're vehicle until the car part comes in. Where was this communication when Brian was texting me? I'm thinking my brand new car that I've had for only two months is ready to go and the service has been finished. This is a tactic used to get people to return the loaner. It's fine that they give me my car back but don't make it seem like my car is ready and once I get in your office you explain that it s not ready. I never have these kind of problems at the Lexus of Oakland.

We never thought about taking the NX300H 2020 home LAST NIGHT! My husband and I had a great buying experience here. We ve been to other dealerships and Lexus of Concord is pretty on top of what we expect in terms of customer service, inventory, and working efficiency. Being respected and provided with good services is always one of my concern when I go to the dealerships and Lexus of Concord has been impressive. I feel like it s hard to get this type of service somewhere else. We are in love with the car because it has so much features that we like and it s very comfortable when driving it. We bought tires a week ago at Lexus of the Desert (Palm Springs) and picked up a nail while visiting Contra Costa on Sunday. Lexus of Concord repaired the tire at no charge and had us back on the road in just over an hour. That kind of care 500 miles from home on a Sunday. is why we will be Lexus customers for a long time. Let me start by saying the only good experience I had at this dealership was the salesman. Once you have agreed to run numbers for a car (in my case a certified pre owned Lexus CT200H which is basically a Prius in a tuxedo) they put me in a dark little windowless room. They made the experience feel like a shady buy here pay here. Once you get through that phase and agree to some numbers they move you to a different building (in my case it was to the new car sales building from the used car building) where the finance department lies directly to your face to pad your loan. To sell me the prepaid maintenance package he told me an oil change for my new car was going to be $280, which is just an absolute provable lie. He then told me the package would cover all the big services at 45k and 90k miles. I looked in my owners manual and those include changing cabin filters and such like that, routine maintenance. I understand they are trying to make money but straight up lying to me? That s just not what I expect from a mid tier car companies dealership. Then to put the icing on the cake they neglected to send the payoff check for my last car to the bank who possessed the loan. 3 weeks and 2 days after I got my Lexus I get charged for my old car loan, and check to see it s still active. I call for them to say oh yeah we forgot to send it . Really? This dealership feels like it s being ran partly by 15 year olds and partly by scam artists. Save yourself the trouble and find a different dealership to buy a Lexus or other car from, this is another run of the mill stealership.

I bought my first Lexus GS in 1998 and it's been a great car with over 200,000 miles. I decided to get something smaller, like a IS250. I went to Stevens Creek Lexus and bought the IS250 in May 2013 from George Solimon. The buying experience was very easy and painless. I later learned that George left Stevens Creek and it now at Concord. The new dealership is lucky to have such a great saleman,

I called George and decided that I wanted the 2014 IS250, He said that he would take care of me and he did! I worked with him on his day off! He came over to my home and wrote down all the features I wanted, talked financials and delivered my car the next evening. He took car of all the paperwork and made it a painless experience!

I have 2 friends that are Lexus owners and have recommended that they contact George when they are ready to buy their next Lexus. George is a true professional that goes above and beyond to make his clients happy! I highly recommend George!

Update: After leaving a review here and on Yelp along with an email to Basir, I received a call back. Basir stated that there was a glitch in the system that resulted in my warranties not being cancelled. He expedited one of the car warranty refunds to my bank. That was reflected on my statement yesterday. I am still waiting for the second warranty refund. I m told this will take another 4-5 weeks to be resolved. I appreciate Basir s call back and him getting on the case. Unfortunately, the damage is done in my opinion. I update a second star because of his work on getting me the refund back. I will update further when I finally receive the full refund from the other company as well.

Previous Review: I have been dealing with Basir Khan for over 6-7 weeks now. This place is a complete scam. I demanded my warranties be refunded immediately after I purchased my vehicle. He said it would take 3-6 weeks for that to happen. It s been over 7 weeks and my credit union has not received the check. I check with him again and he goes actually it takes 6-8 weeks. This time I called the warranty companies myself. He never submitted for the return. I demanded a full refund and will be getting one. This place is absolutely horrible.

I was looking around when Rob came and introduced me to Jessica Roble. She is one of the best sales person. We went for test drive and I fell in love with my new ride. Lexus of concord finance department is very dishonest. I agreed to a 36 month lease on my new 2016 RX 350. Two days after the purchase I got a call saying I needed to come back into the dealership and sign a new contract because of incorrect DMV fees for the county I live in. I was told everything would remain the same as the previous contract, so I signed. Two months later I noticed on my credit report the finance department switch the contract to a 48 month lease. I went into the dealership to speak with the finance department about this issue, and I was told that I signed the contract and it was nothing they could do about it, and I was also told that I should be happy because I qualified for the lowest interest rate that Lexus offer. I specifically told the salesman that my deciding factors would be a low interest rate as well as a 36 month lease that was advertised for qualifying customers. I will never recommend anyone or have my car serviced at Lexus of Concord.

I was looking for a specific model and color of Lexus RX. I found on it! Looking on the website late in the night. I was able to leave my details and the next day we worked out all the details before I even set foot into the dealership. Robert has everything set up to pick up my car, it was already detailed and the tank filled. When I arrived I was greeted right away to the dealership Wes had me look over the car answered my questions and make sure I was completely happy with the vehicle during that a gentleman came out to go over the features of the car and pair my phone. Finally into finance, it was quick and painless, absolutely no high pressure up selling like a lot of dealerships do. After finance, Wes helped me switch all my belongings into the new car and I was off. I have purchased and leased a lot of vehicles this by far was one of the best experiences I have had. Even the next day Robert followed up to make sure everything was great afterwards. At most dealerships the service stops after they have sold you the car. I would highly recommend Lexus of Concord for the professional and friendly service that values your time, on top of the great service, you can t go wrong with the great reliability and quality of Lexus vehicles.

During a critical time crunch just prior to Than...

During a critical time crunch just prior to Thanksgiving day I had both my Lexus vehicles require major service/repairs. My service advisor Emily Vanden was on top of my needs , she provided superb and professional support which got me back on the road for my wife s car (really important!!) and my ride (which I use extensively for business travel). On top of it all Ms Emily was also able to apply holiday discount coupons which significantly reduced the damage to my overall costs.

There s nothing like superb customer service, and Ms Emily has made our experience at Concord Lexus the BEST !! It s like getting early an early Christmas gift.

Nathan from the Services department is amazing! Usually when dropping your car off at a dealership service department, your scared as hell of how much that bill will be, but Nathan made the process as least painful as possible! He made sure there was a loaner car available for me, and was super accommodating to my schedule during the pick up process. While my car was at the dealership, he always responded to my texts... which made me feel like my concerns were important to him. If I have any questions, concerns or issues with my car, I will DEFINITELY be calling Nathan directly, having a go-too person is EVERYTHING! Thanks so much Nathan and Lexus of Concord!
