I arrived at this dealership optimistic of the experience. Thankfully, we were taken care of by Sales Manager Jessica Roble. My brother-in-law and Jessica negotiated for a pre-owned vehicle the day before and one positive experience led to another. She was very formative, thorough, and honest as can be regarding the vehicle for sale. Next thing I knew, I found myself at the Lexus of Concord dealership with the vehicle we inquired about ready for me to inspect and test drive. I was sold as soon as the test drive was complete!
