Very attentive staff and beautiful show room. Our salesman, Dan Allcorn, was knowledgeable and thorough. They gave us a fair prices for both the trade-in and new RX450h.

Although the paper work aspect took much too long, they made every effort to keep us comfortable in the nicely appointed lounge.

We have previously used Lexus of Concord and will certainly do so again. Love the car!
