I would give a higher rating based on my interaction with the service people in the office only. Where Lexus lost me was when my car was returned to me. I had 4 new tires put on and I specifically requested that they clean them and put tire shine on them. Not only was that not done but whatever lubricant was used was smeared all over the wheels. When I brought it to their attention they told me they couldn t take it off. Very disappointing. Then Norma stepped in...after another 1/2 hour it came back looking like it should have in the first place. After having spent almost $1,500, I really expected better from Lexus. Also, Lexus needs to step up the quality and quantity of snacks in the lounge. People are hungry at times other than just first thing in the morning.
