I hate going into dealerships cause I imagine I'll get attacked by 10 guys before both my feet hit the dealership grounds. But I needed a car so I had no choice. This place changed my perspective on dealerships! The receptionist was sweet (and pretty ;)) salespeople weren't pushy at all, the manager, Mark H. was funny and respectful, and the finance guy was awesome! And I got a great deal on my new Lexus! Thanks Lexus of Concord!!!
