As a first time buyer, my experience with Lexus of Concord was phenomenal. I want to personally thank Mark for making the purchase so smooth. He was extremely helpful in answering my questions and helping me find what best fit for my needs. I would refer Lexus of Concord to my friends and family.

Everything was great. It was easy to make the appointment, Brian was very considerate and explained the maintenance that was going to be done. He arranged a loaner for me, and the work was finished early. The process couldn t have been any easier or smoother. Thanks again!!!

Car shopping can be stressful but Brain and Mo was great! Not pushy, super friendly. To be honest I had fun this time with car shopping.

Brian McNutt provided the utmost professional and quick service from the scheduling of my appointment to replace my battery through the actual replacement of the battery. When he responded to my message on the same day I had called he had already researched when I had had my last battery replacement, informed about the remaining warranty and scheduled my appointment for the next day. I went in the next day and the battery was replaced and they checked to make sure everything was working all in just over an hour. I opted not to have a car wash even though it was offered because I had another appointment. Thank you Brian for taking great care of my car!

Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership brought my car in for recall on stalling and got back a car that is undriveable the gas smell inside is overwhelming the car was brought into them smelling like a brand new car still have not got a contactor phone call from anybody in that dealership explaining how they're going to fix this problem take a mechanic's advice which I am do not use this you will be highly disappointed on any major services that take a little skill

My intentions were to buy a Lexus today. I walked inside to the showroom and spent over 10 minutes looking at cars. There were about five employees within 20 feet of me, but none would greet me or make eye contact with me. Two employees were typing (not talking) on their cell phones and the other three were watching a soccer game. The gal at the front desk didn't seem interested in speaking with me as well. Unfortunately I must drive to Pleasanton as Concord Lexus isn't interested in my business. By the way, this is my first negative review I have ever posted.

This was one of the best visits I've had at Lexus of Concord. Emily made it like working with a childhood friend. She was very attentive to all my needs and things I didn't know I needed. My only complaint was my car wash seemed rushed my windows look like they were opened right after they were washed. And the inside of my car wasn't wiped down or vacuumed.

When we purchased the car, we were told that we would have use of a loaner car even if the vehicle had to be kept overnight. When we had our car serviced this last time, we found out this is no longer the case. You have changed your policy. I m not happy with this new policy.

This is the third Lexus I ve leased from Concord Lexus. Moe in sales was fantastic, as was Moe (same name) in finance. Very professional and friendly. And I ll probably lease another Lexus from them in 3 Years.

Need a new car? I highly recommend Jessica Roble. I had my 1999 RX300 for 18 years and wanted a new RX. So did the internet search and got responses from Jessica of Concord and also a salesman from Pleasanton Lexus. When I had questions it was quicker for me to email and then I had a written record. From Jessica I always got a quick response with answers I was requesting. From Pleasanton all I got was "call me" and then phone-tag. This straight forward no games approach is exactly what you get from Jessica, definitely a different car buying experience. All the Concord Lexus staff I dealt with in making my recent purchase were the same no games, here to help you kind of people...enjoy!

I tried to get a car there. They weren't very helpful. I think they're racist.

Karen Juarez is the technology person at Lexus and does a wonderful job of explaining how your new cars technology works. She is patient, clear and extremely helpful. We had a lot of questions for her. She was very flexable regarding our coming back and asking additional questions the next day.

Try calling service department, goes straight to voicemail and never call back. Literally impossible to get through to anybody there.

My car stopped on me recently and I had to get it towed to Lexus of Concord, so I was extremely stressed not knowing what was wrong or how much it would cost me. The service department team was phenomenal!! They put me in a nice loner and sent me on my way, then called me a couple of days later to let me know that my car had a minor issue and that I could come and pick it up.
My overall experience was excellent and I cannot say enough about the high level customer service that I experienced at Lexus!

This was a recall appointment. Lexus of Concord was very accommodating in giving us a loaner car for 4 hours No Charge . They performed the work very quickly, washed the car and the contact person Chris did a great job explaining everything and was very pleasant to work with.

Very disappointed! I felt rushed and did not address the issue I told them to look into. I was having trouble setting my reverse mirrors, got the car back with the same problem. I also did not get a complimentary car wash either! Pricey oil change.

Terrible sales and financing people. I will be posting their names and titles soon. DO NOT SPEND your money here. They cant help themselves with screwimg you over. The whole office is rigged. I would give negative stars if possible. Ever word out of their mouths is a lie. i have recorded conversation to prove it.

Not sure what the purpose of scheduling oil change appointment. My appointment was at 10.30am on Saturday and i was told the car will be ready at 1pm. For a 30 minute service? Also, despite specifically giving them my number, they kept calling the number on file of our account. Needs little improvement in this area, otherwise why pay double the price of an oil change service

Came in with a plan to walk out with a new car and they had me sold the first 10 min. No BS, just straight facts. Would gladly recommend anyone looking for a LEXUS to buy at this dealership.

Tristan Yi was amazing, personable, took his time and asked all the right questions to assure we were getting the perfect vehicle. The word "transparency" is probably the most over used word today. However, transparency is the perfect word to describe our time with Tristan. He advised us on must have features, as will as, feature packages we probably did not need to consider. He then offered us very aggressive pricing. Including showing us the invoice and hold backs. It's not a wonder why Lexus of Concord sells so many vehicles to very satisfied customers.

Just bought Rx450h a month back on 22nd January and from than running after them to honour there commitments which they made at the time of selling the car and for a refund which they charged extra and committed for a refund by there financial head Timothy.Very sad to write this but not happy to buy car from them and would STRONGLY not recommed to go at this dealership .

The service is usually excellent. My most recent experience ended with my car being returned to me half vacuumed. I would think it was the least that could have been done after my service appointment. After a failed attempt to vacuum the spillage of a fragrance bag the service person just moved my seat forward to hide it. Really Lexus ??? Disappointed.

I have been to a lot of dealerships and I have always encountered the rudest employees. I figured all dealerships were the same until I walked into Lexus of Concord. I was treated with respect from beginning to end, even though I didn't end up buying a car that day. I felt no pressure from neither the salespeople nor the managers. I know I will definitely be back to buy a car from here very soon!

I have been a client of Lexus of Concord for over 19 years. I own a 2000 RX300 with over 168,000 wonderful miles. In my mind a car is only as good as the people who service it and the person that owns it. Lexus of Concord on its worst day has provided outstanding service. They make it right! Always make it right. No matter what. I have no plans on getting a new car. Why? I love this one and it has served me and my and family for years. I love and will keep it until it s final days....of which she has many more.
I want to personally thank all the service people. It s been my pleasure to work with all of them but most recently Nick C.for his care and concern regarding my car.

One of my best experiences buying a used car, good selection,clean vehicles and a very helpful staff will do bussiness with them again.

The sales man Moe, was friendly helpful answering all our questions and showing us any cars of our interest and we got a great deal.
