I bought my 2014 Lexus ES from Alex, who was very helpful and provided excellent service. We came with the intention to browse, but were surprised with the deals that he was able to offer us. Alex and his manager treated us like family and worked hard to crunch the numbers and make sure we came away satisfied with a brand new car. We had been looking around previously and found the great prices and hassle-free experience here to be superb. Furthermore, Lexus Concord has a very large inventory. There were only six of the car that I was looking for (in the specific color/specification) in the entire Bay Area, and Concord had three of them. Overall, very professional, courteous service with great prices. I'd definitely recommend Alex and Lexus Concord to friends and family and would shop here again in the future.

In Fall of 2016, we bought a new 2015 demo Lexus ES300h with about 5,000 miles on it. In 2020, we had just over 46,0000 miles and the tires need to be replaced. The interesting thing at the tire shop is what we found out about the original 4 tires from Lexus of Concord. 3 out of the 4 original tires are pretty much worn out. However, the 4th tire is in good shape. Michelin tire carries at least 60,000 miles warranty. So what do you think Lexus of Concord did to my new car when we bought in 2016? Did they replace my new car with 3 used tires or did they replace only one of the 4 tires with a new one? If they replace only one of them with a new one, why?

I explained to the salesman that my son and I were just coming from Concord BMW where they had a Lexus IS250 for $20000 stripped with no back up camera. The salesman turned us to the manager who went through his inventory and worked a great deal for my son for a 2015 IS250 loaded for $22, 700 plus taxes. Feels much better buying a Lexus from a Lexus dealership than buying a Lexus from a BMW dealership. Could have been five stars but car was not ready at time it was scheduled after prepping the Lexus.

I've have been taking my ES300h here for service with no issues and happy with them but today when I brought it in for 50K mile service and was quoted $450 for required maintenance. I asked the service advisor if these are the necessary work for 50K miles and he said yes. I signed and had a loaner. After 30 minutes I remembered that after spending $450 for the 45K mile service the previous service advisor I had dealt with told me the next expensive service would be for 60K. And so I checked the things listed on my order and sure enough a lot of unscheduled unnecessary work were listed.

Lexus of concord finance department is very dishonest. I agreed to a 36 month lease on my new 2016 RX 350. Two days after the purchase I got a call saying I needed to come back into the dealership and sign a new contract because of incorrect DMV fees for the county I live in. I was told everything would remain the same as the previous contract, so I signed. Two months later I noticed on my credit report the finance department switch the contract to a 48 month lease. I went into the dealership to speak with the finance department about this issue, and I was told that I signed the contract and it was nothing they could do about it, and I was also told that I should be happy because I qualified for the lowest interest rate that Lexus offer. I specifically told the salesman that my deciding factors would be a low interest rate as well as a 36 month lease that was advertised for qualifying customers. I will never recommend anyone or have my car serviced at Lexus of Concord.

I came to the Concord dealership just with the intentions of looking and getting some information, NEVER did I think I would end up leaving the same day with my DREAM CAR!! From the moment I walked in, I didn't feel swamped by salesman or have any of those off the bat bad experiences most people complain about...I was met by Jason Proulx he answered questions I had and was actually very personable and went at my pace, after talking for a bit I decided to test drive the IS250. I fell in love instantly! When I had made the decision to go ahead and get this car, I was bummed out to find the Concord location didnt have the model I wanted but they could have it for me in a few hours..I was ok with that I mean I waited this long anyways. However, I was offered the fully loaded model but knew it was a little out of my price range, I can't lie I was a little bummed. Shortly after I was then greated by Mike Ramish the GM, not only was he extremely professional, friendly, and upbeat he made it a point to make sure I was happy. When he found out they didnt have the model I wanted on the lot, he along with Jason and their sales manager Efrain Moreno worked their magic and in the end I left driving the fully loaded 2014 IS 250 with everything I wanted off the lot that day! I can honestly say my experience was awesome, I never felt pressured, or as if I was being taken advantage of...They all were very professional, friendly, and all about their customer. I was nervous making a big commitment like this, however they made this the best experience possible...I became a forever member of the Lexus family and truly can't say enough great things about the staff...It was a pleasure meeting each of them!! Lexus vehicles are luxurious alright. But this lexus dealer is worse than any other I have dealt with, AVOID at all costs!
They literally ripped me off in multiple ways: I bought a pre owned vehicle. I was told that there is no spare key, and was offered a dent insurance that also covers replacement keys. I bought it. Later, though, it turned out that they had a spare key all along. I was able to obtain it from them and cancel the dent insurance thing though, so that rip-off failed.
Next thing, the car turned out to have some problems that should have been found out in their multi-point inspection thingy.
But the biggest rip off is this one: I decided to cancel a 3.5K $ service contract (warranty) I purchased for the car. I came in to their office and filled out a cancellation form as they instructed. After 4 months it was still not cancelled, so I called them. Guess what? That form magically dissappeared, and they did not cancel the service contract. They did not provide me a copy, so my hands are tied. They are no longer answering my phone calls or returning to my messages. This is borderline illegal! According to our contract, I have a right to cancel the service contract and get a full refund if cancelled within 60 days. Now it is too late for the full refund. I am discussing with my lawyer my next options.

She helped me at Oakland with my previous lease and I followed her to Concord Lexus. It was definitely worth driving all the way to Concord from the South Bay. Jessica had all the paperwork done for the new lease and turning in my old vehicle was seamless. In 10 years Of going to service on my 2010 Lexus, this is the first time I was so disappointed with the service department that I walked out. I have gone to Lexus of Concord to get my car repaired even when it was involved in an accident even the windshield was replaced at Lexus of Concord I did not need to go to Lexus of Concord but it was the service department that made me go there.
Seems like all the professional service writers at Lexus Concord are gone And you have people like Norma who does not belong in the service department.
I had called days before that I needed an oil change and either if they can give me a ride back home or if they can give me a loaner which they have done in the past for 10 years.
Much to my surprise the person that promised me The loaner car or a ride back changed her mind once I got there and told me unless I get a major work done I m not getting a loaner or a ride back this person had given me hard time in the past too . She used to be in car loaner department and even when the service department would authorize a loaner she would refuse. I had complained about her in the past same thing happened today. She was trying to nickel and dime me.
The difference in other car dealers and Lexus is the service department and also the service they provide and this is the first time they have let me down in 10 years I am not going there anymore to buy a new car or the service department anymore

Testing showed that the battery had a dead cell. Under warranty, I was supplied with a new battery, and a courtesy inspection. My vehicle had been washed when it was returned to me.

Then I was told by service it was just dyed to cover it up which was known as a temporary repair. I was told it was fixed and after bringing the vehicle back in for service they said to dye it again and charge me $95. Also, when I purchased the vehicle the finace manager tricked me into purchasing interior and exterior protection to reduce my bank interest rate which was a total lie as well. I asked many dealerships about this coupon issue and they said he just sold me $3k worth of worthless protection which interior didn't even cover the fake repair that lexus supposley said they did. I was trying to purchase a suv a week prior to bringing my is250 for service but sales never returned my call and i bought a suv from a different dealer. I am in shop for another vehicle and concord lexus wouldn't be a place I would return to get my vehicle after being tricked. The service department is great and helped me figure out that the worn seat issue was dyed and not repaired. They also tried speaking with the used car manager which he didn't give to much about. I used to bring my gs here for service...but they left my oil skid plate untied in...and it was drug when i got on the highway on a really bad rainy day..thats a whole seperate issue. Thanks lexus of concord...I used to be a lexus fan..
