This was not my first Lexus dealership experience but It was my first time buying a car from Lexus of Concord. I have serviced cars here, always been great, but I feel compelled to write a review about my buying experience here. Honestly the smoothest purchase ever.
This time around I went for a 2016 RC 350 F-sport, and the only hard part of this deal was picking my car's color. I did not call in about the car in advance because I brought an older Lexus in for a service and decided to use that visit as my chance to get familiar with the RC. All I did was find a salesperson and ask him if I could take a RC on the road. The salesperson that helped me was Adel Karra. He was not pushy at all, and since I already knew what I was looking for, he was respectful and just helped whenever I needed an answer to a question.
We walked out to a black on black RC, Adel pulled it out of its row, stepped out to let me in the driver seat, and we hit the road. The car was great. Didn't need much time to decide that I loved it.
I told Adel I wanted to take some time to shop around and see what people are paying for these. I did some research online and called him back the next day with a number in mind, It was fair and based on the lowest prices I had seen people paying, and he simply asked when I would like to come in to complete the deal. I came in the same day not knowing if the management had approved my offer. Long story short, there were no surprises. When he brought the money details to me on paper, they were exactly what we had discussed on the phone.
I did however change my mind about the color. I decided to go with silver on black. they did not have one on the lot, but thats no issue for these guys. They did a dealer trade for the black on black one and the silver one was on its way over.
In the finance office, Aziz Amin took great care of me to make sure I understood everything. Offered me a few add ons and did not push when I decided against them. And he also fought for me to get the a better interest rate. I really appreciated that. Aziz is a super solid finance guy.
I also had a chance to speak with Mike Amin, who is a sales manager there, because what I wanted was not available on the lot. He was excellent as well. He made one phone call and the trade was done.
I have had both good and bad experiences buying cars, but this one was exceptional. I never had to fight for anything and thats amazing to me! This in my new favorite dealership.
