Claudia the Service adviser filling in for Jeff (the original advisor I dealt with) was not friendly - seemed to be bothered by having to cash me out. The car was NOT washed as promised, the car seat was removed - I drove back to dealership when I realized this only to be told it was in the trunk - the car should have been put back as they found it when I dropped it off. There is a new large scratch on the driver side rear near the gas cap. It will likely buff out but yet another hassle left for me to have to deal with. All around poor customer service as usual at this dealership!
