Enzo greeted us promptly. He was very attentive and personable. Enzo is the reason I'm giving our experience at Larry H Miller Toyota 4 stars .

However, when his supervisor took over it totally soured our experience. Hard selling/bullying is an antiquated backward practice. It's never worked on me and it never will. And I'm not the only one.
