I worked with Aaron, Greg, and Taren(sorry if I didn't spell that right). This was the fourth dealership I had looked at and they had exactly what I wanted and for a great price. The staff was very charismatic but still very low pressure and great to work with. I ended up buying my car from this dealer and so far couldn't be happier! Thanks so much!

I had an appointment to get my passenger side mirr...

I had an appointment to get my passenger side mirror attached to my car. After I had waited in the lobby for an HOUR, the lady (Mary Jane?) came to tell me that the mirror they ordered had come broken, and that they would have to re-order and reschedule. It took an hour to see that the mirror was broken? Why was it not checked upon arrival??

In addition, this first appointment was scheduled on a Saturday morning. When I called to reschedule, (Yes, I had to call to check that the re-ordered mirror had arrived. Nobody called me about it.) I was told that they don't do appointments on Saturdays, and that it is solely on a first come, first serve basis. What? But I JUST had an appointment this last Saturday.

I have had bad experience after bad experience at this location. As soon as I get my mirror put on, I will NEVER be back. Never. Again.

My wife and I went in about a month ago to look at cars. We had a great sales rep named Alex Ogilivie. He was very helpful and informative. The best thing was that he was not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions about the car we bought. We highly recommend anyone buying a car from Larry H. Miller Toyota in Murray, just make sure that you ask for Alex and you will get taken care of.

Mark E. was fantastic! I loved purchasing a car with him! His attention to detail is unrivaled. He was very patient, helpful and extremely honest. He was the first salesman I've worked with who I felt did not blatantly lie to my face. He absolutely went the extra mile in every aspect, whether it was the perfect timing for when to detail and gas the car to provide maximum value to me or getting services done and multi-tasking so that when the paperwork was completed, the car was perfectly ready to go. He took the time to show me everything and set me up with the phone connection and got me familiar with the controls. He even went back and forth with me to inspect any issues with the car. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and cooperative salesperson to work with. It made the experience a blast. If you're considering buying a car, definitely go see Mark, he will take care of you and treat you the way a car buyer should be treated!

The dealership itself was great to work with as well. The behind-the-scenes staff were great at working together to prepare the car and get add-ons installed. The finance department was great to work with and very fun and helpful in picking out warranty options and providing great discounts and working out deals beyond their standard packages and helping find and customize the right package for me. I never realized how many people are involved with purchasing a new car and I was pleasantly surprised to see how helpful they all were, so a big thank you to the entire team at Larry H. Miller Toyota in Murray! I'll be back!

I hate everything about my car I wish I never bought it not even two years old and it already broke down called these guys to try and help me since they gave me a pos car and they won t do anything!!!! I have to take my veteran husband to the va almost every week for appointments and now I can t thanks to these people I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER SO BAD!!!!!!!!

Honestly these guys are amazing 100%. From being jerked around by my attorney, these guys took care of me and made it very worth while for a car. I would like to do a special shout out to Janna Lee Johnson, Dave Scineros, and Mark Mattice!! You guys are amazing and Toyota is lucky to have employees like you that actually care about your clients. Definitely coming back and was very please with the customer service, attitude and honestly provided by these guys. They work hard to make sure you get taken care of. Please see Mark if you need a car and his team with take care of you as if you have none them forever! I can t thank you enough for getting me into a newer, low miles and great looking vehicle.

Horrible experience last week at Larry H. Miller Toyota in Murray. Salesman Bradley Penrod and Finance Manager gave us the run around for four and a half days. Then we came to an agreement, signed all of the documents, contract, etc. When we went to pick up the new car the next day, the deal changed dramatically. Nobody took responsibility, Fiance Manager blamed 'the sales guy' and the Salesperson Bradley Penrod said 'it's not my fault'. Unfortunate to say the least. Particularly because I drive a Toyota, I'm a huge Toyota fan, but sad to say I'm not a Larry H. Miller Toyota fan.

Racist. Waited at the front desk for sales rep. A middle aged white haired sales rep came, looked at me then turned to the white family behind me and helped them. The woman at the front desk who knew I had been waiting, witnessed the whole thing and didn't say a word. As I walked out to the lot to find my wife to leave, I crossed paths with Walter, another sales rep. When I expressed my frustration with him, he confided with me by telling me about a similar racist car buying experience he had like it's acceptable then began to sell me instead of escalating to management.

My wife calmed me down and convinced me to give at least test drive the car to make the most of our time given the child care arrangements we made just so we can focus on educating ourselves on this big purchase. Car was great. Service is terrible. Clearly racial stereotyping is part of this branch's culture. Will take my business to another dealer.

If I could give a negative star I would!! I bought a 'certified' used vehicle from Larry Miller Toyota in Murray on State. Unbeknownst to me, it had been in a previous accident! I was not informed of this! Consequently I now have to come up with $5K to fix the problem! Since the accident did not occur when I was the owner, my insurance company will not cover it, that's understandable! I believe Larry Miller Toyota is responsible! They sold me a defective vehicle! I am a single retired woman on a fixed income! I feel I was dealt unfairly! I had purchased two 'certified' vehicles from the Miller dealership on the past! So I relied on their experience for this latest vehicle. I guess I was wrong! Buyer Beware!! You can't trust their advertisement of 'certified' used!! They DO NOT stand behind their claims!! Buy from someone else!!!

I have been taking my Tacoma's here for years and it had always been a great experience. Scheduling an appointment really helps to speed up the service process (they call me to schedule based on my last service). Free popcorn, soda, coffee and hot chocolate help to pass the time and the kids play area allows me some freedom if I am unable to leave them with mom. I highly recommend Larry H. Miller Toyota service center for your car maintenance needs!

Best service in Utah.

Best service in Utah.
The customer service is great, they tell you a time that it will take and the service is done by that time and even sooner!
The technicians service your car/ truck througrally and they do it right.
You get your car washed too!
It's great because you always know what work needs to be done, how much it will cost and they keep records for everything.
I've been going to Larry Miller Toyota for 6 years and have never been disappointed.
They're fantastic!

For an easy car buying and service experience Larry Miller Toyota is a great way to go. I have bought and serviced many cars over the years and This is the best dealership I have been to.

Where do I start? When I first called I was able to speak with the Dave Thompson is the Internet sales manager. When I arrived at the dealership, he greeted me and introduced me to my salesman Michael Hoff. What surprised me is he had the vehicle started and all warmed up and ready for me to test drive! In the end all I have to say is my experience was amazing thanks Dave and Michael for all your help. Also in the finance department I worked with Bob he made me laugh and made all the paperwork go fairly quickly. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Toyota 4Runner SR5 premium. Happy as ever!!!

Plus, I got a better interest rate than the one I got pre-approved for through my own credit union! I'm newly pregnant and feel sick pretty much all of the time and you really took care of ME, going as far as giving me your own granola bar when I started feeling sick. Overall I give Larry H Miller three or four star. My husband had replace both of our filters in our truck a couple days before I went in. After they did the oil change, they tried to sell me on getting new ones because they said they were dirty. Not a big fan of dishonesty.
Even with an appointment, Wait is over an hour.

I'm sure this is a great place to finance a car from, but about six months ago I bought one right out. I hate car payments so I saved up money for SO LONG to purchase a car outright. The saled man was very nice, as well as the other sales men who weren't assisting me. They have free popcorn and drinks everything. So I bought a used car outright from a reputable dealership so as to not buy a lemon they even did emission an inspections for me. Two days...not two months or even two weeks but TWO DAYS later the car broke down!! I took it to a mechanic and they said that this car should have NEVER passed inspections. There was so much stuff wrong with the car that it would cost much more than its worth to fix it. But at first I wasn't too worried. I thought Larry H Miller is a good company they will help us out. NOT!! They were very rude and talked to me like I was a child. I understand I bought a no warranty vehicle but I mean come on!! Its been two freakin days AND they illegally passed the car when it shouldn't have passed. So I took it to corporate to see if I could get some help and they ignored me. Nobody ever wrote me back no call nothing. I was shocked! So I sold the car for parts because that was all it was worth. There is no way they couldn't have realized that car was a POS. THEN that sales man had the audacity to call and see if we wanted to buy another car!!!! Ugh it just makes me sick. Its not like I am made of money I have two little babies and i'm going to school. I can't just pull money out of the air. I just can't believe how i was treated and the lack of compassion for someone they sold garbage to for thousands of dollars. ='(

I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Jorge Torres. I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years and workout a doubt this was the best experience I've ever had. The trade-in value on my cat was more than fair. The price on the Jeep was the best within 1000 miles and Jorge drove with us to Idaho so we didn't have to drive back to Utah with our trade. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal with no hassle. They're THE BEST!!

The people here are nice, don t get me wrong. However, we had them change our windshield and paint the bumper. Our windshield needed to be replaced after the dealer scratch it taking off a dealer sticker. They did replace at their cost. The painter washed the car the next day after buffing the paint on the bumper. We were instructed to not wash the car until the windshield cured. So let s hope our windshield does not leak. Here we are two days later and I notice broken glass all over my car from the windshield replacement. Honestly now I m just pissed. This is the second car I purchased from them in 35 days. I won t purchase or recommend them anymore. Please take your car somewhere else to be serviced, unless you want unprofessional work done on your Toyota.

I've purchased two 2018 Toyota vehicles from Jon Priest at Larry Miller. These were by far the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Jon really knows Toyota vehicles and how they compare to the competition. He let the vehicles sell themselves and didn't apply any pressure. He arranged the paperwork so we were quickly in and out of the dealership and gave us a great deal on both vehicles. We consider him a family friend! The financing staff and delivery staff were also excellent.

This company is scam artists we purchased two vehicles from them and they did not sell them to us at the agreed upon price we put more than 7k down on a 12k truck and when the paper work came back they said they was financing 12k so where did our 7k deposit go and when i called all i got is the runaround i will be seeking a criminal investigation into this company and advise all that are considering it to save their money and go somewhere else.

I had to drop off my Tundra to be serviced and I was in a hurry to make it back to work. The service rep ushered me inside and had me taken care of quickly. I was impressed by their sensitivity to my schedule and the rep's attention to detail around what I was asking them to do. They then arranged for a Lyft ride to take me back to work. Not the usual "take your car in for an oil change" experience I typically put up with. 5 stars, no question.

Larry H. Miller got me in for my regular oil change In less than an hour. My daughter and I had popcorn, coffee, and hot chocolate while we waited. I brought my book along but didn t even get to read it. Mark was our person of contact. He was nice and friendly. I asked if he checked my breaks and he said every time we come in they do that as routine. We tried to do my registration however the DMV site was not working so I just did it from home. Got full service and was in and out. I always recommend people to you guys. One of my buddies just bought a muscle vehicle from you guys. Wouldn t trust any car dealer like I trust Larry H. Miller. Thanks for everything. Satisfied customer.

I just wasted my time following up on the "Sweet Ride Discount" that I "Unlocked" online. I printed off the online price and when I arrived they said that it was a computer glitch. I feel it was just a way to get me in there, telling me one price online and then another when I got there. Do NOT trust the online prices they are a fraud. Also, they offered me $3500 less then the average trade in price for my vehicle using NADA. Very Disappointed!!!

I worked with Lance and he is THE MAN!!! He took the time to answer my questions, understand my needs and gave me a lot of valuable information so I could find the best truck for my needs. He made the process seamless, stress-free and believe it or not, a lot of fun! I have been always going to this dealership for oi...

I have been always going to this dealership for oil change for about 3 years. The staffs are very polite, but the actual service to the cars is very bad, at least to mine (around 10 oil changes):
1. They never check or adjust the tire pressure, even when I reminded them that the tire pressure might be a little low.
2. One time after oil change, they didn't put all the bolts of the skid plates on, so that there was some road noise. I took the car back and they fixed it.
3. One time after oil change, they broke the plastic holder for my dash camcorder. I understand that they don't want to be recorded, but how hard it is to properly remove the camcorder? I complaint and they politely offered to pay for the holder, but it's at most 3 dollars, so I rejected the offer and just let it go.
4. Then the most recent oil change: I noticed that the car was not washed after the oil change. I was little upset, but it's ok I can wash it myself. Then I found that they didn't pump up the tires as I asked, but again it's ok I can do it myself. Then I went to wash the car, and found that there was a scratch on the car, and immediately I knew why the car was not washed. yes, you can argue that the scratch may not be done by the dealership, but 1) I check my car every day and almost every time before I start it, so I know very clearly how many scratches it has; 2) the new scratch was very deep at one spot, so that I can see the metal on the bottom. Such deep scratch can't be created by flying stone on highway or by opening door of car parking beside. So I furiously drove back to the dealership but they closed early for christmas. Parked in front for their locked gate, I changed my mind: just go home and use some touchup paint to fix, and don't come back to this dealership anymore.

I took my 2006 hybrid highlander in for some repairs and a couple of days later received news that it was the hybrid battery and would be $5200.00 to fix. I spoke to the technician and asked if they would install a refurbished one. He said they would so I sent the battery to Toyota and soon after arriving they called with news that the refurbished battery didn t work. At this point I was in the hole about $3500.00 with a car that wouldn t drive. I went into the shop and talked to John Rasmussen about my situation financially and he helped take off some labor charges that would help me pay for a rental car. I will always trust Toyota to be honest and provide a customer service experience like no other repair shop. Thank you John!

The Service Staff has always been upfront with me about recommended services and costs, and they're very efficient when it comes to performing the services I request. And they're not stingy with the discounts, either. It's honesty and service like this that will put me back in a Toyota when the time comes, and I'll be making that purchase with Larry H. Miller Toyota.

Everyone is really nice. They made sure we didn't leave without buying a car. It seemed a little pushy but we were trying to beat the deadline to get the best deal. They had used cars that were bare boned an with a lot of miles so we were almost goving up and that's when the pushing started. We ended up buying a 2018 car that was smaller than the Rav 4 that I wanted.

I would never take my vehicle to any other place for service they are outstanding customer oriented service managers who sincerely care about a great experience and value service for your car. They never push things too hard and clearly outline your choices. Forget the old adage dealer service is too expensive these guys are fair priced and the best!

Awful experience.
Majority of salesmen were arrogant and can't listen to a customer. They would look around, glaze over and even walk away anytime I begun to speak. I reluctantly ended up deciding to buy, signing and driving away a used 4Runner. 3 days later I got the call that they needed a significant additional amount down or can't do my deal. I was very discouraged they didn't tell me this before signing the contract and letting me drive away. When I drove in to discuss new terms turned out they increased my interest rate by 3 points as well. Unwilling to pay the outrageous rate I had no choice but to take back my old vehicle. It was embarrassing to my family who fell in love with the new car. Even more shocking was when I returned the car I didn't receive a SINGLE apology. The only thing I got was "when will you bring the 4Runner back?" cold cocky salesmen running around trying to find paperwork and license plates for an hour. Working in hospitality myself and for a company that knows customer service I was uncomfortable and shocked the entire time at LHM.
