I had been thinking about buying a larger vehicle, and during service visits on my RAV4 I had spoken to Mike. He talked to me about a few of the vehicles but I just fell in love with the 4RUNNER. He was very helpful, I didn't feel pressured to buy something I wasn't happy with.
