I would rate our experience as excellent. Just one issue that will prove out over time. I wanted to wait for the 2014 Highlander, but we were told they wouldn't be out until Feb or March of 2014. My wife, Christine, didn't want to wait that long so we went ahead with the 2013. I will be watching when the 2014 Highland does arrive on the market.
