I came to this dealership yesterday wanting to order a 2020 RAV4 Adventure. After test driving the Adventure, we went in to look at pricing and the salesman told me the Adventure didn't exist anymore and that it was getting replaced by the TRD Off Road (which is a couple thousand dollars more expensive) and tried to get me to order that instead. When I showed him the build I wanted of the Adventure on the Toyota website he backed off and said I actually could order an Adventure, but continually tried to upsell me on added features that I didn't want. He tried to get me to put a downpayment on a car without even telling me the exact price or anything, saying we'd figure it out when the car arrived, and that they couldn't give me the deals Toyota was offering for July since the car wouldn't arrive until August. Either this guy was flat out lying to me or just very incompetent, either way I won't be buying from them.
