I would probably give this dealership a zero if it were an option. We purchased a pre owned truck from Kelly Ford and we re constantly told the car would be ready day after day and waited almost two weeks. They gave us the truck with a broken right mirror which was very disappointing, we took the truck to our mechanic who said that the brake pads were so thin they needed to be replaced immediately and there was also a strange noise coming from the air filter.

We then brought the truck in to be serviced within the 30 day timeframe (which is a LAW) and the service continued to go down hill. They continued to string us along about when the vehicle would be ready which created issues as we only have one car and had an event to be at. They said they would not fix the Filter because it was not a safety risk despite selling us the car that way. They had to actually put new routers on the car because of how bad of condition the brake pads were in when they sold us the vehicle. They finally called my husband hours later to say everything was all set and he got a ride to the dealership only to wait over 45 more minutes while they did absolutely nothing. After all that they actually tried to charge us over $600.00 to fix what should ve been inspected before they sold us and which is also against the law. I have never written a review but was so disappointed by the dealership as a whole from start to finish that I couldn t not. I would never go back here to buy a car nor would I ever let anyone I know but a car from here. Terrible terrible terrible.

John Arnold took the time to listen to my needs and put me in a vehicle that was perfect for me at a great price. There was zero pressure and he made the stressful transaction of purchasing a vehicle a pleasure.

I just bought a 2018 F150. The process could not have been easier. It started online with Sabrina and then Ambrose Orlando was my sales consultant once I was at the dealership. The process could not have been better. He was great to work with, explained everything perfectly well, and made sure I was clear with everything. My dealings with the other people were also top-notch.

Our 2014 F550 was having a transmission sensor issue, we are really busy this time of year and can t be without our dump truck, the service techs in the shop did a thorough repair, got us in and out of the new shop in short order, they performed the work on the day that it was scheduled, washed and cleaned the truck, Brian and the team gave updates on the progress, all the work was covered under ford powertain warranty,
We couldn t be happier.

On Friday I agreed the the car and put down a deposit with the full amount the following week.

On Saturday I was called and told that the purchase agreement had not been signed so I would have to come back to the dealer. Why did this not happen on Friday?

I get insurance for the car on Saturday afternoon.

Tuesday the dealer received notice that there was an error on the policy VIN.

The dealer waited till I came in with the check on Thursday afternoon to let me know there was a problem. So I couldn't take the car.

Fixed the VIN on the policy.

24 hours later I'm back after it is registered.
But I'm still waiting because there is still no plates on it and it is still out in the lot not even a sold or hold tag on it.

Finally get the key at closing time.

On the highway I learned about "my key" and that I do not have the admin key to change settings.

Back to the dealer where I get a lectured about how I shouldn't drive that fast anyway so it shouldn't be a problem. By the General Manager.

They did get a locksmith to create an admin key.

I don't get to buy cars often 12 years on my last, but if I get another chance to buy a car it will not be from Kelly Auto Group.

Arriving at the dealership I met with Lee Moss who made me feel comfortable from the start with no pressure. Lee answered all of my questions in an honest and informed manner and took me on a long test drive that allowed for the full range of driving conditions and speeds to be experienced.. When we got back Lee promptly worked with me on the numbers and presented several attractive pricing options that allowed us to come to a great deal that exceeded my expectations. The folks at Kelly combine free and easy communication with great product and market knowledge to provide a great hassle-free car and truck buying experience. I am now the proud owner of a new F-150. Let's be honest, walking into a dealership and buying a new car can be intimidating. You're never certain what to expect and what negotiations or roadblocks you may run into, and at the end of it all it can be overwhelming, even for the most car savvy person.

John Celesk and Wes MacMaster took all of that doubt and concern away from the moment I walked into Kelly Ford. They were attentive and answered any question I had, no matter how big or small.

When I originally went into Kelly Ford I had assumed I would be looking at an older model or used car to fit within my budget. Wes showed me a 2016 Edge that we went over and test drove that was beautiful. After discussing it inside, John crunched some numbers and made me aware that I could afford a new 2017 model within my max budget. I was blown away because this was the car that I really wanted, but didn't think I could have. Black on black, titanium model, all the bells and whistles. I never thought in my wildest dreams I would be able to make that work, but they did.

Filled out the paperwork and a few days later it was mine. When I went to pick it up Wes was incredibly attentive. He made sure the car was spotless and spent 45 minutes with me going through all of the different capabilities the car had, each lever, button and touchscreen option were all went through in detail so I left there confident in all of the options the car had. On top of that he let me know I could call him at any time, day or night, if I had any questions about my new vehicle.

I cannot speak highly enough of the personal service I received at Kelly Ford from John and Wes. If you are looking to work with honest sales reps and walk away confident in your purchase, go to Kelly Ford. You will not be disappointed.

I think a friendly and trustworthy service department is so important and I m happy that kelly ford is such a place.

Thomas has been servicing our cars for the past 15 years. Every time - EVERY TIME - the service has been prompt and fairly priced. The techs always take the time to explain what needs to be done and how much it will cost BEFORE they do the work. I recommend Thomas Ford highly.

They didn t have an open appointment and I did not buy my vehicle from them either, so I was very pleasantly surprised when they asked if I could leave it for the day and they would try no promises to get my truck in. They got it all done the two factory recalls and upgraded my Sync system. Excellent Service I will bring all my ford vehicles to them!!!

This is the second time I am purchasing a vehicle from Thomas Ford. The Team is absolutely AMAZING, FRIENDLY, OUTGOING, and want to help you get a car that fits you right. I walked into Thomas Ford knowing what I wanted, color, style, and everything else both times I went there. Ambie sold me my first car, and I just needed to go back to get another car from them after my 1st car got totaled in a bad accident in November. Tony/Ambie sold me my second car. Tony did most of the work, but Ambie was the reason I came back. Gary is the financial guy and he really knows his stuff. Unlike other dealerships these people are not a pain in the ass, and the import they give actually helps you the customer out. They tell you how it is. I would go back time and time again to keep buying cars from these guys. This is a Top-Notch dealership.

I booked an appointment 3 weeks earlier from today because I can bring my car on Saturday. During the booking, I explained the problem and brought a video. The booking was 8:30 to make sure the guys will take care - decision of Kelly team.
Today I came to the appointment, and Mr. Lorenzo told me they will not get my car because the technician is too busy today. I can leave the car and MAYBE (or maybe not) if they have time, they will check it.
ARE YOU CRAZY?
The worst was Mr. Lorenzo telling me to make it work and come on Tuesday .
I booked an appointment. Why you cannot honor it?
Next time, don t make the appointment.
Ford has good cars, but service is far away for quality.
I hope you never see me or my money again.

My experience was awful. I would not recommend Kelly Ford to anyone and as a result of my recent visit I will never do business with this dealership again. The service dept is very unprofessional. They do not do work that they charge you for. Never return your calls then lie and tell you they did. My truck was promised to be ready by noontime but I didn t get it back until 3:30. My truck was returned with grease in the interior. It appears these people just don t care about their customers.

I purchased my 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid on Dec. 31, 2011. Salespeople were very friendly and knowledgeable. The car has performed very well, averaging 39 mpg overall, primarily commuting to Boston. Scheduled maintenance has been thorough and prompt. I have had to replace 2 tires due to a road hazard and 2 brake lights. At 40,000 miles, rear brakes and rotors required replacement. It has been a reliable car and very enjoyable to drive.

I purchased a 2014 ford certified escape titanium. Certified means they have a checklist to go through. About a month after taking delivery it would not start. The battery was so badly corroded it was a miracle it ever started. A trip back to dealership and 4 hours later they had a new battery in it (should have been checked before delivery). Now onto the latest fiasco, i brought car in under warranty to have paking sensors fixed, as well as a problem with the rear hatch closing on its own. Plus a god awful squeek from the front door panels. Now they did provide me a free loaner which is the only saving grace.
Ok they had to order new sensor, i brought in the car oct 9th and for reasons from part out of stock to issues with the body shop unable to paint a part the size of a quarter properly i did not get the car back until oct 28th!!! Now i get there and was told all was fixed, they never fixed the squeek they tried fixing while i was there, then on paying the free oil change they tried charging me for it. Got home and of course the rear hatch closed on my wife on its own. All this and they still charged the deductable. I got lip service but thats it. Three weeks and they did only 1 repair and never looked or fixed the other problems one of which can be dangerous. I would think twice about using kelly ford again, im going to ford about the hatch. This would have been 1 star if not for the loaner car...

I brought my 2011 F350 Super Duty in for service work which was covered under the extended warranty. Even though I bought the truck at another Ford dealership in New Hampshire, they treated me like I actually bought the truck from them, which says a lot about the dealership as a whole. Now, I could have brought the truck back to the dealership I bought it from and had the work done without paying the $100 deductible since an augment could be made that this was a condition that was present when I bought the truck but out of convenience and the positive experience I had with the service adviser, and the problem being rectified was well worth the $100. Being a mechanic myself and not having much faith in MoCo dealership service departments, I have to say that this review doesn't come lightly, and to actually go out of my way to write this review should say volumes. I will be using Kelly Ford for my future service work and I will update this review as well.

New dealership. The facility was very clean and set up to be very efficient. The individual that greeted me upon dropping off was very energetic and showed me into the service office. I payed extra for fords oil change and service packages when I purchased the late model 2017 explorer a little over a year ago. Oil change was processed at the desk and I mentioned some corrosion on the center bore caps for the wheels. He no questions asked submitted an order to have them replaced. Told me the oil change will be an hr, there is coffee and a lobby to wait. That said the oil change took over 2.5 hrs and the care of handing my sub 2,000 mile vehicle was extremely subpar.

A simple coated socket would have saved my only real complaint. The wheels have never been taken off this vehicle except in this one service. All wheels have chatter in lug holes. One rim has a very large chip in the paint among many small chips around lug holes. Another rim had a swirl mark of the socket spinning over the face of the wheel. 1,9** miles on the car! Nibs are till on the tires. I will be seeking resolution for this as I care very much about the cleanliness of the car.

I will be returning to have the wheel center bore caps replaced. They did order them immediately after I mentioned on dropping off that they are already corroded. ( garage kept, never seen snow in its life). I now am not looking forward to the discussion of having my wheels taken off again to have these replaced and it taking likely over 2-3 hrs.

This review would have been 5 stars if it weren t for the lack of care handling the wheels on a vehicle that isn t even due for its first tire rotation. Trust and respect are earned, so it will be interesting seeing this threw.

I've had a really hard time with these guys. It's been a month since I bought the truck and they still haven't sent me any form of temporary license plate. I have no idea if the truck is registered or not. This was after they changed the mileage on the purchase order during the process (which triggered a ton of red flags by my financing). Overall, the service has very poor... but, the price was good and the truck is great! fingers crossed I ever hear back from them about getting some form of registration on this truck.

I love my ford explorer and sales and financing went very smoothly. However, I noticed a few thing wrong after bringing yhe car home. Due to Covid it took over a month for them to have time to service the vehicle. My car has been there 2 weeks. I called for an update and I got a voicemail that I need to buy 2 matching tires. Well, why was it sold to me without correct tires? AC had a leak, heated seat didnt work, one key was broken and wasnt given floor mat as well. Yes, its used 2016. But, these all seem like things that should have been noticed and taken care of prior to selling the vehicle. I can never get a manager on the phone. I want my car fixed and back to me asap. Also, Im not paying a cent and you can keep it if thats the case.

Kelly Ford in Beverly went above and beyond my expectations when searching for my next car. Wes MacMaster (sales) and John Celesk (management) are both professional individuals that treat their customers with the utmost respect. Their gregarious attitudes made the entire experience very pleasant. After test driving a few cars, we were able to figure out which would be the perfect car for me. Wes is very informative and answered every question I asked. Not once did I feel any pressure into making a purchase. John was honest with me and made this process painless. The customer service from both Wes and John was outstanding from the moment we walked in the door. Everything was done in a timely fashion and I could not be happier with my 2016 Ford Escape. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and can honestly say I will be returning for future purchases.

My previous and recent experience at a different non affiliated Ford dealership left me convinced that I was merely a target for less popular inventory. Kristine, the Internet Sales Manager, should also be commended for her persistence in contacting me. I had all but decided to stay with Toyota. I gave Kelly Ford a chance and I was treated with the utmost respect. Christian and other staff members went out of their way to find and help me get into my "dream truck". From a military veteran, who fought for this Grest Country, thank all of you at Kelly Ford who "fought" to get me into a truck I could have only dreamed about.

Brought my2013 escape in for warranty work-was charged a$100 deductible on my extended warranty policy-on recall notices?! Was told my car was washed and ready-it wasn't washed and i had it detailed before i brought it in and it was given an oil change that wasn't needed-it was done last month. The guys were nice and polite and Brian did give me a loaner and let me keep it when the work took longer than expected.

Brought vehicle in for 10K oil change and problem with outside temperature readout. Service advisor stated that all was fine. Called back later in the day to report there was still a problem with temperature readout. It is off by > 10 degrees. Scheduled appt for following Thurs. service personnel checked out the problem. Replaced sensor and road tested. Brought vehicle back into service area checked it out and it showed that sensor was failing. They contacted Ford and are awaiting a resolution from their engineers.

I hope this goes to Mr. Kelly. I was very disappointed with the service I received at you new location.

I was traveling with my dog and my 2015 truck broke down. I appreciate the fact that you were in a new location and adjusting to the new environment. But that does not excuse the three complaints I have:

1. I was there for at least three hours on two successive days. Not ONCE was I offered a cup of coffee or something to drink.

2. I was not offered a courtesy ride to and from my hotel though it was less than ten minutes away.

3. I was not informed I would be charged $98.00 before the work was done (a labor charge of two hours more than what my insurance company says is the standard for such a repair.

For a person traveling from out of state your authorized dealership did not represent Ford nor Massachusetts well.

I will say the diagnosis was correct and the repair fixed the problem.

This week, my car got towed to Kelly Ford due to a transmission issue. Once I got there and discussed what was going on with Brendan, the service manager, I knew my car was in good hands. Not only was there plenty of communication as to what was going on while the car was there, but they also got it back to me as quickly as possible.

I can't thank Brendan and the guys in the service department enough. It truly was a pleasure to do business with them!

I negotiated price by email from 11.3k to 11k. Used car, but at only 20k miles so I was expecting normal tear and wear. Told them I will be coming from 30 miles away. When I showed up there, the car had 2 scratches about 3 inches long each on the windshield (driver side), a 5 inches long scratch on the door window, and another one, patched, on the bonnet. They told me it is "pre-owned, so of course it has scratches". They also brought up my price negotiation over email as if this was wrong or something. They suggested $100 price reduction and offered me $200 price reduction when they saw I was leaving. Do not deal with them unless you are ok with fake ads or gross misrepresentations. They wasted my time and gas and they will waste yours.

I emailed them multiple times about an F150 they had on their website, worked out a price and a time for me to come in. I rearranged my schedule and got someone to watch my kids drove 45min to the dealership and the salesman I was emailing wasn't there. So I drove the truck and wanted to work out numbers with my trade. They came back with a price much more than our agreed upon number. They told me that the internet price was wrong and there was nothing they could do. Total bait and switch, I would avoid this dealership at all costs, I wasted 3hrs of my time for nothing.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I walked in to a professional courteous staff who truly listened to what I wanted and provided it. I truly appreciated the friendliness of the staff and their ability to not "hound" me. As a service member I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good deal in a friendly environment.
