I went in for an oil and filter. When I first got there at the time I was given, calling the day before, I was told it could take up to 3 hrs and did I have a ride. Disappointed, I went inside and waiting to fill out paper work I was arranging a ride. The service writer said he could get me in right away. My car was completed in an hour. Better than over 3.
