Kelly Ford in Beverly went above and beyond my expectations when searching for my next car. Wes MacMaster (sales) and John Celesk (management) are both professional individuals that treat their customers with the utmost respect. Their gregarious attitudes made the entire experience very pleasant. After test driving a few cars, we were able to figure out which would be the perfect car for me. Wes is very informative and answered every question I asked. Not once did I feel any pressure into making a purchase. John was honest with me and made this process painless. The customer service from both Wes and John was outstanding from the moment we walked in the door. Everything was done in a timely fashion and I could not be happier with my 2016 Ford Escape.
