DISASTER!!!!

DISASTER!!!!
I booked an appointment 3 weeks earlier from today because I can bring my car on Saturday. During the booking, I explained the problem and brought a video. The booking was 8:30 to make sure the guys will take care - decision of Kelly team.
Today I came to the appointment, and Mr. Lorenzo told me they will not get my car because the technician is too busy today. I can leave the car and MAYBE (or maybe not) if they have time, they will check it.
ARE YOU CRAZY?
The worst was Mr. Lorenzo telling me to make it work and come on Tuesday .
I booked an appointment. Why you cannot honor it?
Next time, don t make the appointment.
Ford has good cars, but service is far away for quality.
I hope you never see me or my money again.
