Let's be honest, walking into a dealership and buying a new car can be intimidating. You're never certain what to expect and what negotiations or roadblocks you may run into, and at the end of it all it can be overwhelming, even for the most car savvy person.

John Celesk and Wes MacMaster took all of that doubt and concern away from the moment I walked into Kelly Ford. They were attentive and answered any question I had, no matter how big or small.

When I originally went into Kelly Ford I had assumed I would be looking at an older model or used car to fit within my budget. Wes showed me a 2016 Edge that we went over and test drove that was beautiful. After discussing it inside, John crunched some numbers and made me aware that I could afford a new 2017 model within my max budget. I was blown away because this was the car that I really wanted, but didn't think I could have. Black on black, titanium model, all the bells and whistles. I never thought in my wildest dreams I would be able to make that work, but they did.

Filled out the paperwork and a few days later it was mine. When I went to pick it up Wes was incredibly attentive. He made sure the car was spotless and spent 45 minutes with me going through all of the different capabilities the car had, each lever, button and touchscreen option were all went through in detail so I left there confident in all of the options the car had. On top of that he let me know I could call him at any time, day or night, if I had any questions about my new vehicle.
