Why do I always have to go to a mortgage advisor to arrange things at obvion?
That advisor is only a conduit from me to obvion and I have to pay 600 again. I used to be able to do everything myself. Well obvion like a comment or keep the consultants working with money from the customers.

Please watch out for taking out a mortgage with Obvion. Do not do it!! I had a mortgage with a life insurance policy in which an amount is saved with which the repayment mortgage must be repaid at the end of your mortgage or in the event of premature termination. Obvion is not worth 1 star yet !!! what a bank !!, after 15 years my interest expired for a fixed period, and received a letter that I could change it, I did this too and had to send a manual invoice, so neatly sent by mail, because they needed a manual invoice , (that's just the trick.) I wanted to close a shorter period because of the favorable interest. after october i receive a letter you are stuck for 15 years. so I called (after a long wait) obvionbank claimed not to have received the letter, very clever of them, and you only get notified when you can no longer refuse anything. SO LOOK FOR THIS BANK, now it looks nice but in the future it will bother you, I am now trying to sell my house to get rid of this bank. I prefer a fair bank !!!

We can get the requested amount of mortgage without problem, but Obvion has already been 2 months after the sample quotation to reach a final judgment! This was not a problem (new home construction project is 3 years). But after 1 year we were already called by obvion when we put our current home for sale. Sounds reasonable to me, but when they send an overview stating the amount you can receive, you have to wait a long time for your own money. The customer of the customer service cannot see when a cancellation is planned.

In summary, you have to pay on time, but when you can receive your money, they don't know.

Treated with disgust in recent years. If it were up to this bank, I would have had a residual debt for an apartment in Utrecht (...). Two years later a home equity of 40,000. I don't know where to start, because it's all drama at Obvion. Incredibly customer-friendly bank. During the application process they keep asking for more information which slows down the process enormously. Then everything seems round, but they do not accept that the house is on 1 name, while the mortgage is on 2 names. We have deliberately chosen not to make me the owner of the house because we do not want to live in the house and to avoid the additional costs of transfer tax and mortgage deed. Since Obvion does not accept this, I still have to become the owner of the house, even if only for 1%. As a result, they unnecessarily burden us with costs and it becomes clear once again how arrogant banks are.

Then it takes 2 weeks before they respond to the new concept of the mortgage deed and they send the deed by post to be signed by all parties. ANOTHER, faster way to draw (eg by scanning) is NOT possible again. This AGAIN delayed the process and we had to postpone the appointment at the notary before passing.
We have now been working for 7 weeks to get the existing mortgage under 2 names, but every time we are faced with surprises BY Obvion.

It is that it was more advantageous to take over the existing mortgage instead of paying a penalty interest, but when we move, we will NEVER think of Obvion again.

About 6 years ago I took out a mortgage for "my" house, this was extended 2 years ago with a large building fund, it then became "our" house. (Moving or remodeling was necessary, the latter chosen). At the time, the invoices had to be submitted and paid directly. Our contractor had a company change during the construction process. (The invoices came from another BV). At the end of the construction process, the invoices were suddenly no longer paid. Not the contractor, but also the kitchen supplier who had to have the full amount for installation. We called Obvion 30 times at the time. They came up with the message "is pending, we can not say anything about it". My girlfriend and I took turns calling my girlfriend who once asked the operator of the operator for clarity. She was a little emotional and wanted to know what was going on. This one also did not want to say anything .... That was also the end of the conversation, she was put off with excuses in the subsequent calls and my girlfriend was no longer put through. The kitchen was placed within a few days, so we decided to pay for the kitchen ourselves. (Fortunately we had the means) We were in a temporary rental home so it just had to be finished. Finally after a month and a lot of phone calls they said what was going on. The contractor's invoice was incorrect. The contractor had a month's vacation in the Far East and was therefore not easily accessible. So much time had passed that it was back in a few days. Helaas kun je geen 0 sterren geven maar wat een ongelofelijk slordig, onfatsoenlijk bedrijf is dit.
Vragen om rekeningnr aan te passen, dat 4 keer niet doen, dan pas op geirriteerde toon vertellen dat je een formulier moet invullen, geen formulier daarvoor mee sturen. Pas na 3 keer vragen een formulier krijgen. 3 keer moeten aanleveren en steeds de melding dat het iban nr niet klopt, verder niets. Op vragen, telefoontjes en mails geen antwoord krijgen maar wel aanmaningen.
Blijkt dat ze zelf het verkeerde formulier hebben toegestuurd (Obvion ipv abp hypotheek) wat dan weer niet te lezen is op het formulier zelf.
En denk je dat er dan een excuus komt? Nee hoor, een soort sneer we zijn blij dat u nu eindelijk het formulier juist hebt ingevuld en zullen de wijziging doorvoeren
Echt bizar dat dit nog kan in deze tijd. 20 jaar klant en dan op zo n manier behandeld worden.
