I called first thing on the morning because I had a nail on my tire and was losing air quickly. I believe I talked to Melvin and he told me they were fully booked but he could get me in when he can. Came in and he immediately had people working on my car. There was also a recall that needed to be done. I was out of there in about an hour and a half which was great without an appointment. Was great that he squeezed me in before other appointments arrived. Great service and a great attitude. He helped me out. Noticed he was also nonstop working hard the entire time I was there. Nothing I appreciate more then great service.

Brendan from service went above and beyond customizing it and getting it tuned. Thursday 8/13/20 was a terrible experience at Kelly Ford. What was to have taken two hours, as originally stated, took three and a quarter hours. It was, however, the contentious arguments back posed by the service manager(?) that really ruined this experience. Although he did offer to pay for part of the service(a tire alignment), he did so by stating I will pay for the alignment, but I shouldn t ! By 3pm we hadn t had lunch. Although the Customer Service Rep.(Stephanie) offered to get us lunch, we refused , because we were unaware that an extra hour plus had been added on. Nor were we aware of mechanics going to lunch. I realize that everyone needs lunch break, however as a customer, I am only concerned with service to me. Stephanie told us SHE was taking lunch break. Service Mgr. told me he hadn t had lunch all week.
Service Mgr, went on to say, you re only going to give me a lousy review anyway ! Well here it is!! This defensive, back on his heels young man is not ready for management. He needs Customer Service re-training!! Do not argue or butt heads with customers. Also, what is $29.99 customer pay shop charge? This is not my first bad experience with your service dept. We have a right to express dissatisfaction over an unannounced hour and quarter. Still trying not to believe we were talked to like that! This will be our last time at Kelly Ford, and you people have work to do. I welcome a response.

I brought my 2012 Focus in at 8A.M. for two recalls(something with the wiper motor and a computer upgrade for the transmision shifts), and a Mass. state inspection. I was told it would take about two hours and they would call me whe it was ready. At 1:30 P.M. I called the dealer and was told the car was being test driven to make sure the car was shifting correctly and after the test drive the inspection would be preformed. I was then told the car would be ready by 3P.M and they would call me when it was ready. I hadn't received a call by 3 so I went to the shop. The service rep told me that the emissions memory on the computer got erased when they upgraded the computer so the car failed the emissions part of the inspection. he also told me that they took the car on a long drive to attempt to get some emissions data into the computer so the car would pass.
I do not like the fact that I wasn't told when i called at1:30 that there was a problem and I am disapointed to find out that whomever scheduled the order that the work was to be preformed in did not realize that the emissions test should be preformed BEFORE the computer is touched.

The location was very easy to get to from Salem. When I arrived at the Ford dealership, Dave Lebrecque was waiting at the door to greet me. He immediately made me feel very comfortable. We spoke a bit about our backgrounds and of course children and then got down to the business of buying a car. He took me out to the lot and asked me to choose between two Ecosports. We then went on a test drive. When we got back inside, he explained the intricacies of the car. Initially, I had planned to visit a couple of other dealerships, but I soon changed my mind. My gut told me during our conversation to choose this car and this dealership. I purchased the car the same day. The last time I purchased a car was in 2000. I spent more than four hours at a Toyota dealership waiting for the dealer to do whatever it was he was doing. I felt uncomfortable and not much was explained to me. Dave, on the other hand, explained the process step by step and made it clear to me if I ever had any questions or concerns to contact him. I look forward to having a long and pleasant relationship with Kelly Ford of Beverly.

As always Kelly service was right on the money with my visit. Needed my new Explorer checked for a recall and scheduled the appointment When in for an oil change. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning and a loaner was waiting for me. Received a call later in the day saying my vehicle was all set, but I could keep the loaner over night and pick my car up the next day if I needed to. Arrived the following day and my car was washed and ready to go with no wait or delay throughout the process. I have to drive a little farther to go to Kelly Ford but the personalized service and attention to detail makes it worth it.

I had to have my F150 towed to Service at 9:00 PM. They had my issue diagnosed and quoted by 11 AM the next day, and was fixed and ready for pickup by 11AM the very next day.
It s worth mentioning my friend told me he had the exact same issue, and it took his mechanic three different visits to pinpoint this same issue. Kelly Ford service found it and fixed it in 36 hours.

I had brought my 2010 F-150 in for 33,000 mile service & inspection sticker. I had recently added clear License Plate Covers to the truck. The person doing the state inspection informed me that in Mass these are illegal, even if they are clear. Rather than put on a Rejection sticker do I have to take the vehicle home to remove the covers myself. He removed the covers, put them on the floor mat in the truck and let me know he did this & why. So I learned a little about Mass state inspection rules and was very happy with the professional attitude of the Dealer.

I called to book an appointment for the Ford Explorer recall and to have the rear lift gate fixed. Brian, the staff member who attended me was courteous and very helpful. He ensured the appointment was per schedule. Ford also provided a loaner car without any extra charges. Although it took a little longer than I had expected, I didn t mind because it was on the understanding that some parts had to be ordered, so it took some time to ship. All along I was made aware of the progress. When the car was finally fixed Brian called me to pick it up. I ve noted that my car s performance has improved and the work done on rear lift gate looks great. I would recommend Ford to anyone planning on buying a car.

Just brought our Flex in for the installation of a normally factory-installed option, the hidden trailer hitch. We bought the car from inventory at another dealer because it had everything we wanted, but then realized we needed a hitch. The dealer we bought it from refused to install it for us, insisting that it can only be done at the factory.
We were surprised that Thomas was not only willing to take it on but actually had experience doing this retrofit. Price was reasonable and they did a perfect job--just as if it had been down at the factory!
