I hope this goes to Mr. Kelly. I was very disappointed with the service I received at you new location.

I was traveling with my dog and my 2015 truck broke down. I appreciate the fact that you were in a new location and adjusting to the new environment. But that does not excuse the three complaints I have:

1. I was there for at least three hours on two successive days. Not ONCE was I offered a cup of coffee or something to drink.

2. I was not offered a courtesy ride to and from my hotel though it was less than ten minutes away.

3. I was not informed I would be charged $98.00 before the work was done (a labor charge of two hours more than what my insurance company says is the standard for such a repair.

For a person traveling from out of state your authorized dealership did not represent Ford nor Massachusetts well.

I will say the diagnosis was correct and the repair fixed the problem.
