They have everything for the hole family. Pool, bar ,restaurant ,buffet breakfast and the staff has just been amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. Clint was great very helpful kind and made sure we were taken care of. GREAT customer service
Totally predictable hotel. Always friendly, always clean, always accommodating. I stay at a lot of Best Westerns and this is one of my favorites.
We got a great deal on a small but very nice room. With the included hot breakfast, we could not have been happier with our stay. The restaurant and bar in the hotel is also very nice. Great food.

Very high-end for a Best Western. There is a bar and restaurant on the first floor and you still get free breakfast. Oh, and the breakfast is on point. Everything tastes like it's made fresh. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
Somebody in our hallway was smoking marijuana and immediately they accused us. My wife and I have acute asthma and there's no way we would be smoking. But instead of during an investigation they kicked us out of our room and charge us an extra $200 we only stayed one night of the three.
My wife had a panic attack causing us having to leave and check out the first day of saying thanks Best Western.

Attended a seminar there. Have eaten at their restaurant called Mulligan's several times. Try the fish & chips. Had a meeting in their bar..which offers happy hour food specials. Easy to spot from traffic on Appleway. Wheelchair accessible, handicapped parking.. Good for groups, or to dine alone.
Very comfortable. Rooms are decent size and beds are soft but firm so you will gef a good night sleep. Water pressure isnt amazing but everything else is perfect! Definitely gonna be staying here again!
Even though I reserved adjoined rooms and didn't get them, the staff was very apologetic and gave me a discount for the trouble. Pool was nice and beds were comfy.
Don't forget to call housekeeping ahead of time to let them know It's okay to clean your room. Breakfast is not what your used to. Four selections of different pre made combinations and portions are small.
I stayed here in mid April on a work trip. It's easy to get to/leave, the breakfast was tasty, staff was friendly, nice indoor pool and hot tub. The room was beautiful (actually wouldn't have minded staying more than a night), with a very comfortable bed. And very affordable!
Excellent customer service!!! Everyone here was very nice and helpful. I inadvertently left my book behind and anticipated needing to pay the shipping to have it returned but the next day it was on my doorstep! I look forward to my next stay!
What a wonderful hotel! Large rooms..very clean, comfortable beds, large breakfast room with a breakfast that has EVERYTHING included in the very reasonable price! The hotel has been recently renovated and includes a beautiful bar/restaurant. I am more than impressed! It is also located close to downtown charming Coeur d'Alene. Highly recommend.
$274 for one night is a total rip off, room blinds dont even black out the room, so out side light coming in all night, you can hear every noise from The freeway to doors slaming, its not worth the money, i would have just kept driving if I knew

I've been here a couple of times on business trips, and this is a really nice hotel for this price point. The rooms are clean and we'll equipped, including a mini fridge. Complementary breakfast in the morning is very good.

We had a family gathering in one of the meeting halls. Food was good, nice touch having access to a full bar. Lots of seating along the way to the halls to wait or have a moment to make a call. Really nice set up they have. Parking was ok, the whole hotel was booked and there was still parking in the back that wasn't bad to use distance wise to the main door. Overall it's nice!
Housekeeping wasn't thorough when cleaning our room. Found personal lubricant on top of the headboard upon checkin. The front desk didn't even offer to change the bedding. We slept on the other bed in the room...
Breakfast wasn't worth it. Typical selection but not very good even when it was fresh. It's inside a restaurant that you can order from instead but there are plenty of other options for dining around the area and I suggest seeking them out instead.
Everything was great! Rooms were stocked and cleaned. I'm a very picky person when it comes to room cleanliness. We stayed so we could enjoy scarywood and had a great time. The pool and hot tub could have been a little warmer but it was agreeable. The breakfast was, in my book, top notch for a Continental buffet. I would recommend the inn to anyone who wants a pleasant easy stay.
I didnt stay here i just came here for a comedy night. All of it was awesome besides my two drinks that cost 14$ a piece. A bit overpriced. Never paid that much for a drink ever but love everything else very fancy and pretty hotel and event room very large

We came to Coeur d'Alene for our second anniversary after we were disappointed a little in our first anniversary trip to Coeur d'Alene with the weather and Resort staff. This hotel made it so great! We were able to stay in the suite two nights instead of just the one we had scheduled, and they gave it to us for the price of the room we were going to have that night. The staff was super friendly and we felt very taken care of with all the amenities. Would stay here every time we come to town!

I was honestly disappointed. Our sliding glass door had been severely damaged and did not want to close. Our heater did not turn off at 69 degF. The smoke detector had been damaged and was hanging by a wire. It may seem like little things, but if they are not doing maintenance, what else hasn't been fixed?
Beautiful place always. Great breakfast and wonderful settings rooms are nice and open love the pools and comfy beds.
We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very quite and peaceful and that's important to us. No problems other than a toilet that kept running a few times but I know how to temporarily fix that so it wasn't a big deal. I let them know when we left and they'll fix it. Don't be put off by the tacky-looking big, red plastic letters on the side of the building. That looks cheap but the lobby is beautiful and classy looking. Our room wasn't fancy but it was just fine. The buffet breakfast is good and not cramped. They didn't just convert a hotel room into a breakfast buffet like so many places do. It's easy to get to off the freeway and lots of restaurants and other stores in the area. I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend it.
Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly, and central to food and entertainment. We have stayed here 3 times and always had a good experience. The restaurant is convenient and the lounge has great potato skins!
I would have given 5 stars but our room had no pillows when we walked in. There were just 4 pillowcases laying on the bed. When I called to get pillows, no one brought them and I had to go get them from the front myself.
Covid-19 lodging status update: Employee's not wearing face masks at all. Pool and hot tub are closed currently but will open Saturday May 16, 2020. Don't expect to get a great value on food here. Double cheeseburger with fries priced at $17.00. Restaurant currently closed but kitchen is open for guests to pick up or have items delivered to their room. Overall a great hotel with straightforward and helpful staff. Laundry service available on second floor (single units) but take heed: door automatically locks for the night around 11pm. This hotel also is a venue for large events; when available.

Mulligan's has a great Atmosphere and beautifully plated foods. The food was gorgeous and and had well balanced flavors. Definitely recommend and will be returning soon!

I plus-oned my wife's work Christmas party, and it was a great time. The food provided was delicious, and the room was spacious for the amount of people (around 35) that attended. I would recommend their event rooms for those looking to host.
Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated interiors. Staff was helpful, rooms were VERY quiet ( road construction and freeway- could not hear any of it), convenient to freeway. Great beds - good breakfast. We slept well after a long day of driving.

I will absolutely be back the front desk staff at 3:00 in the morning was super friendly and even helped me find road trip plans for the next day, She got a tip. The pool was absolutely amazing and extremely clean as well as the hot tub. The janitorial staff came to add water treatment while we were soaking and was extremely friendly as well. It was in an excellent location and the breakfast was top notch they got a tip also. One of the better hotels I ve stayed at. Clean comfortable rooms and all staff was helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast was THE best breakfast I ve ever had! I only give 4 stars because of the poor water temperature. Barely warm water and not much before going completely cold. We even tried bathing 5:00 am and 12:00 am to see if temperature improved, sadly it did not. Overall it was a great experience and pleasant place to stay.
They are always very nice there and its very clean and tidy not like other places I've been! I gave it 4 stars as I have not been in the rooms just the restaurant and conference rooms.

Easy on and off the 95, close to gas stations and restaurants. Lots of shopping up Hwy 90 and some great trendy places down towards the lake. The B.W. plus was clean and well maintained inside and outside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Lots of good food items, hot and cold to choose from.
Good experience. We forgot to order non-pet friendly room, and front desk was happy to change it the next morning. Indoor pool area was nice. Breakfast was good with hot food and plenty of selection / coffee. Convenient location. No noise from live music in lounge area. Appreciated the morning local paper.

We have stayed at the best Western in CDA, Idaho several times in the last few years. We have always enjoyed ourselves. The room is beautiful as is the lobby. The restaurant has great service and wonderful food. All staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate.
Every employee treated us with the utmost respect. Perfect room with walk in shower which was needed due to my disability. A common area with comfy chairs and a fireplace. Restaurant with good food, and reasonable prices.

Best Western was very clean. The staff was friendly and quick to take care of any questions. Check in was immediate, no waiting. The FREE breakfast was as good as any breakfast buffet I have ever paid for and there was staff there to prepare food rather than me trying to cook my own food AND fresh donuts (cooked as we watched!)

This Inn is easy to get to from interstate 90. We chose this location because it was near Silverwood theme park and we have had good experiences at Best Western properties before. Hotel was clean, well maintained. Beds were good but this location did not have my favorite pillows. Breakfast was outstanding, great variety of items; omelet bar, fresh fruit, etc. Kids enjoyed pool and hot tub. Staff were cheerful and friendly, parking was available fairly close to room. This is a large property, lots of walking to get around,

It was Christmas night, and we had spent a full day listening to the happy high voices of our beautiful grandchildren, enjoying their Christmas gifts and vying for the attentions of their visiting relatives. Our minds were whirling, our ears were burning, and our backs were killing us. At the end of the day, all we needed was a cozy bed and piece and quiet. Thank you so much for providing just that. I took a nice warm shower about 8 PM and crawled into one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. We attempted to watch some TV but soon discovered sleep was more important. The temperature in the room was perfect. The halls were mostly quiet. We were surprised to waken to housekeeping making their announcements about 8:30 AM. Nearly 12 hours of sleep! Thank you so much!
Inn is right off highway and easy to find. Clean and comfortable room with mini fridge and microwave. Nice TVs. Staff ready to help. Well organized cleaning crew. Great and very diverse hot and cold breakfast! Restaurant and separate bar in hotel. Warm fireplace in lobby with comfortable furniture.
The hotel was clean and beautiful. There was a really cute walking path outside that was festive and relatively private. The service was okay. There seemed to be no menu available for drinks and the server answered a lot of questions with "I don't know". The main course at the event I was attending was extremely underwhelming, but they did serve delicious huckleberry cheesecake for dessert.
From the time you enter the lobby you are greeted with a pleasant aroma and waterfall feature! Staff at front desk are cheerful and ready to assist. The restaurant is really quite good and reasonable. I found the room very comfortable and warm. Of course the breakfast tops most BW plus inns because the scrambled eggs are not imitation! Never a less than quality, affordable stay here.
This is just the greatest place!! The staff feel like family..there was a volleyball tournament and several teams stayed there..I was worried they would be loud..they were very quiet,respectful,and very nice group of teenagers. The bed was very comfortable. I have to say,I tried all 4 of the pillows on the bed at some point,I know I am picky because who has flat pillows.they were great if you like fluffy..love the restaurant,tho this trip I visited family,so didn't get to enjoy anything off the menu...the complimentary breakfast was fantastic!! Great selection.even had my farmers hot chocolate woohoo!! We chose this place because we can eat our meals on sight..just a walk up the hall...my friend is disabled and the staff is so good to get us a room close to the restaurant.. it makes all the difference!!. We will be back in the spring and look forward to seeing those familiar faces at the check in and in the restaurant!!(and the friendly housekeepers when we pass them in the hall).
The rooms are so great! Especially the beds, I got amazing sleep on them. But my favorite is the amazing pool!!

We had a very pleasurable stay at the Best Western, Coeur d'Alene Inn. Upon check-in, we were quickly greeting by friendly staff who had us checked in within 1 minute. We traveled with our dog on this trip and they had a "Pet friendly" room ready for us, as well as a little gift bag for our dog which included a stuffed animal and doggie treats! The room was so nice I couldn't believe it was pet friendly. Absolutely beautiful and no signs, (or smells), of any previous animals. The room was extremely nice!
At check-out, another very friendly staff member helped us and, once again, we were done within 1 minute.
We had breakfast at the complimentary restaurant area. The whole area of presentation of food was extremely clean and shiny. The food was very good and was served buffet-style. Plenty of everything. Coffee was great also!
We will, without any hesitation, stay at this hotel again and again when we visit family in Coeur d'Alene.

Great hotel with large modern rooms and all the amenities you could want. No fighting with temperamental keys - just wave and you're in. Comfortable bed, good shower, fridge, microwave, and delicious breakfast. GREAT fitness room with two good-quality treadmills, free weights, and several other machines. Fitness room was delightfully cool when I visited. Convenient location. Pleasant helpful staff. Good value.
If you are concerned about social distancing and covid protocol, do not expect to eat their breakfast. In the midst of Soaring numbers of cases, there was a restaurant full of maskless people lining up next to each other to eat from a buffet. Needless to say, we opted to not eat the included breakfast as we did not want to put ourselves at risk.
We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and quality of this hotel. We ve stayed at many higher end hotels and this one gave them all a run for their money. The bed was one of the most comfortable I ve ever slept on and the room was immaculate. The restaurant was great and two free cocktails on check in capped off a great stay.

Good breakfast. Facility clean, toilet broken,carpets still wet from shampooing, refrigerator was not cold so ruined our food items. Dinner chicken rice bowl was soaked in sauce so much so couldn't eat rice.
My business group has been meeting here in their conference rooms for over 25 years. They have great service and are very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend if you need a meeting place or have an event.
Great location right off the freeway. Friendly staff, good hot breakfast and dog friendly. Our room was clean and fresh. We were travelling with dogs so we took advantage of room service from the restaurant. The food was good and not too pricey. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

This is a very nice hotel. The pool and out door area are great. The rooms are very nice and clean. It had one of the best continental breakfast we have ever had. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in a room with direct access to the pool and courtyard and it was great.
Food was hot in the morning! Breakfast style buffet, and delicious. We had conjoining rooms with a couple other friends and we just hung out with the doors open. The courtesy of the front desk staff to be able to book us these conjoining rooms was much appreciated. Great stay and restful sleep!
Mary at the front Desk who works nights is Extrememly Rude and ill behaved.

Standing at the counter while she playes with her phone leaning back in her easy chair for 2 minuets then without looking she says how can i help you.

The hotel was extra clean and felt very safe during this uncertain time of traveling. The breakfast was amazing. I have never been to a hotel that had a made to order complimentary breakfast as well as a grab and go option. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area.
