Christian O'donnell, my salesman, was very professional as was all of the staff members at Kelly Ford in Beverly, MA. Christian saved Ford from losing a new Ford customer. My previous and recent experience at a different non affiliated Ford dealership left me convinced that I was merely a target for less popular inventory. Kristine, the Internet Sales Manager, should also be commended for her persistence in contacting me. I had all but decided to stay with Toyota. I gave Kelly Ford a chance and I was treated with the utmost respect. Christian and other staff members went out of their way to find and help me get into my "dream truck". From a military veteran, who fought for this Grest Country, thank all of you at Kelly Ford who "fought" to get me into a truck I could have only dreamed about.
