First time using Kelly s service department. I used their express service with no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. it was very quick , in and out in approximately one hour. The service advisor (Brian Trombetto) was professional and very knowledgeable. The facility was clean and organized.
Perfect example of why I hate buying a car. Did a ton of research prior, knew the exact car that I wanted and the MSRP. Only spoke to three dealers. Kelly gave me an email price we agreed on. One catch was it was the wrong color car. They assured me it was not a problem and they could honor the same price with the color I wanted even if they had to pull it from another dealer. I pushed for the window sticker but they said it was going to take some time but again assured me it was not a problem but I needed to come in "today" to secure the deal. I fight 90 mins of traffic and I get to the dealer they sit me in a room, slide the quote over and it's $100 more a month. What happened I asked? The original quote was for a "demo" car. Since they are having to pull from another dealer the price went up. I explained I asked the sales person this very question BEFORE I fought 90 mins of traffic and he assured me they would honor the same price. I walked out. Kind of sad really. I guess Kelly does not value honesty and being true to their word. The process at Kelly is the perfect example of why car dealers get such a bad wrap.
Coming through New York our F350 started to violently shake when it hit a bump causing us to reduce speed to zero to stop it. You can imagine how scared we were to almost come to a complete stop on NY's busy highways hauling a 44' RV!! Looking ahead to our next camping stop we found Kelly Ford not far away. While still on the road we called their service department and got to speak with Branden. He understood our concern and the fact that we would only be in town for three days. He got us an appoint for service for first thing the next morning and began to analyze the possible problems. Always concerned for our safety, our time frame and even our pocket book, Branden was thorough, professional and reassuring and did get our truck fixed by working Friday and Saturday to get us back on the road on schedule and most importantly, safely! We truly want to thank them and I highly recommend Branden and Brian and the professional service technicians at Kelly Ford. I wish we lived closer to them as I would love to have them for full time service on my vehicle. Ed and Debbie
Friendly, straightforward dealing. When unable to answer complex technical questions about my new Fusion Hybrid, the salesman, service manager and owner worked to find the answers immediately. Thomas Ford is obviously serious about good customer service and relations. I put them to the test, and they passed with flying colors. I hope the manufacturer's product is as good as the dealership. So far I am quite satisfied with both.
Service staff were very accommodating. Walked through the new show room while I waited for my oil change. The sales people made searching for a new truck easy and did not pressure me into a quick decision. Looking forward to working with Kelly Ford in the future.

Brought my truck here to get service done to it. Had brand new rims, not even 3 months old, on it none of them had scratches on them. I get my truck back and one of the rims was completely scratched. I ve only washed these rims maybe 3 times, so it was not on my part. They denied everything and they denied doing it. Do not bring your car or truck here if you care about your vehicle because it will come back, not in the shape you left it there and they will deny they did it. I have picture proof of the rims before and after they had it and they still can t do anything about it. Will never come back here again or will never order parts here for my business trucks ever again.
This is for the Quick Lane Service, a part of Thomas Ford. I have been going here for years! Brian always knows who I am and what vehicles we have. He has always also been very accommodating and helping when one of the kids' cars was in trouble. We started going here for the convenience, but now we go because of the service. Great job everyone. If you are in Beverly you should give them a shot, no matter what kind of vehicle you drive.
No appointment. I called Mike and asked to drop off the car for some routine maintenance and he said no problem. This was on a Saturday. Car was done quickly and then hand washed. No one does that anymore. Very pleaseed with the service dept. Haven't dealt with sales yet, but service is an A+...
So I wanted to update my original review. Today, Sept 2,2017 I brought my F350 diesel in for an oil change and to plug a tie and check my coolant additive. They got it done quickly and for a whole lot less than I budgeted for it. Love this place
Recently bought a used truck from Kelly Ford. Went to do my first oil change and found and issue with the oil pan drain plug. Brought it in to have it looked at, and they replaced the oil pan with no questions asked and even gave me an oil chance and filter on the house. Melvin and John were both great to deal with and made this process a breeze!
My most recent visit to Thomas Ford was for an inspection sticker. I was taken right away and had my car back in 15 minutes. Very impressed with the staff and service.

Worst experience EVER buying a truck. If you want to pay the MOST MONEY and LESS on a trade, and think you are getting a deal, then go here! Otherwise, check out Muzzi Ford. Worth the travel time. After spending 2 and 1/2 hours with the sales rep, Bruno, who said he would beat another dealer initially, he did not. Also was offering me 2500 less than Muzzi for my trade in. Oddly enough, while I was driving to Muzzi 2 days later, I get an email from Bruno that they will come down in price to match Muzzi and will do better on my trade. (Wow, that tells me they could have come down about $3500 on the first visit. Why did not do that in the first place???) In all fairness, Bruno did not seem to make any decisions at all. He had to go to the sales mgr on every question I had pertaining to $$. As I was walking out the door, The sales manager was a jerk and tried to pressure me into a deal "today" as he says the sale will be over in a few days. He should be FIRED for pressuring people like that. Why do we all have to pay different prices and negotiate with these jerks! Honestly, compare different dealer prices. Don't be pressured to buy anything. I would give them zero stars, but the system wont let me. Good luck!

Wonderful dealer, wonderful salesperson (Robert England). There was an error in the pricing resulting in a $4,500 discount for me on a very in-demand vehicle that normally gets $0 discount off MSRP but, since they had quoted me the price (even in error), they honored it. It's hard to find a dealer with integrity but John (sales manager) and Robert were high integrity people. Thank you, all!
I purchased a Ford F150 truck and by far the best experience I've had when purchasing a new vehicle. Sales consultant Robert England was great to work with, no pressure, down to earth and I was very comfortable dealing with him. Very happy with overall experience. Excellent service from start to finish. Had a timing challenge for a wedding. Service staff super nice helping us out even though we were not regulars.
I was able to get the part I needed replaced fixed. However, the next day I had electrical problems with the car. A different garage speculated that the large volume of dielectric grease used on the engine fuse box could be the culprit. I ultimately did have to replace a couple of fuses for my headlights. They were old, it may have been a coincidence.
The service advisor Xavier was very knowledgeable and personable. The Manager Mike went out of his way to treat me like I was his only customer that day. He talked to me and answered all my questions without making me feel like he had anything else to do that day. No pressure and a totally enjoyable experience.
Outstanding customer service in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Bruno was wonderful and made it very easy to fall in love with our car (a 2018 Ford Escape S with less than 20k miles for less than $15k *woah!*) and our payment options! This is our first big family purchase and we couldn t be happier having placed our trust in Kelly Ford. My experience Saturday 09/30/17. was nothing short of every experience I have had at Kelly Ford in Beverly, MA 5000 mile service was thorough and complete. All reports were good, also received my new inspection sticker. Spoke with service people at desk, all very polite and friendly. While waiting I had occasion to speak with one of the sales Managers, John Celesk who was instrumental with my purchase 1 year ago. He remembered my full name and made a point of taking time to speak with me. Spoke with Service Manager Mike Picarrello before leaving and he assured me everything had been completed and was friendly and as a whole, I say all my future business will continue to be with Kelly Ford. Kelly Ford sold me a car with the traction control disabled. I did not know enough to detect this myself until it was spotted by the Manager at Direct Tire. When I called Kelly to inform them in December of 2019 they said they would look into it. In March 2020 the anti-skid traction control is still not fixed. I have called every 2 weeks to ask when it could be fixed.
Went in for routine oil change and I reported an occasional pulling to the left. After doing the oil change they discovered the tires were way out of alignment , thanks to the roads I drive in Everett by the produce market and that one of my brake lights was bad. In no time all was done at a quite modest cost. The service advisor explained what was going on.
Very helpful in finding the truck I was looking for. They went to the other dealer to pick it up (200miles away). 4th truck I purchased from Kelly Ford.
A big shout out to Stephanie in Service Dept for taking us in when we were stranded w/our truck broken down @1500 from home. Although not as quick as we would have liked, other dealers in the area would not take us for weeks! Also got a good rate for a rental car thru Kelly Ford for the 12 days stranded waiting for our truck to be repaired. All was not perfect but in hindsight, it was a positive experience. This place is nice with the customer service but they cost me a days pay because the Mickey moused the recall so now I had to bring it back so they can fix it the RIGHT WAY and rent out of my pocket in the mean time.. No the recall did not pay for the rental
We all hate going to dealers for service. They often don t fix the problem the first time, don t listen to your concerns, take longer and charge more. Not this place. It s always a pleasure to service my truck here.
I am generally satisfied with the Kelly service - except - on my last visit on 11 November I reported a problem with the automatic motor shut off when coming to a complete stop. The shut off does not work. Service checked it and could find no fault. They did not suggest any further action and I have a faulty shut off. I think Kelly should fix it.
John went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for my needs. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I will certainly return for any of my future purchases. You have an amazing team that really work well together.

Salesman was great however the after sale experience was horrible. The two year old vehicle was purchased from Kelly Ford and originally sold by Kelly Chrysler. Two days after I purchased the vehicle, rust was discovered bubbling up under the paint on a door corner. Kelly Ford basically said see you later, we can t help you I went to Kelly Chrysler and they covered repair under warranty.

I initially decided to check out Kelly Ford because of a recommendation from a friend of mine. I started out by pricing out a few options online and then seeing what they could do for me when I got to the store.
Honestly, I assumed I was looking for too much in a vehicle and knew there would be some compromises, especially because my main concern was budget. I also assumed this first trip would be informational and educational, but the start of a long process.
Upon getting to the dealership, John was able to look at the printouts of cars and said he would absolutely work on crunching the numbers.....but he actually just found an Explorer Sport that I should definitely check out.
Now, the Explorer Sport wasn't even on my radar, but it was the color I wanted, way more features than I assumed I could get, and it had 28 miles on it. I was blown away.
Before I even got back to the dealership from the test drive, they had run the numbers, and it was well within my max budget. They then factored in my trade-in and I was sold. John was unbelievably professional, worked very hard to get me into the car of my dreams, and I felt like he was actually on my side of the conversation. You could tell he was as excited for me as I was about getting that truck.
When I went to pick it up, Jim Blatchford, Lee Moss, and John Celesk worked incredibly hard to make sure my insurance company got them the information they needed so I could drive away with it that night. It wasn't easy but they made multiple calls to ensure things went smoothly. Jim went over all the options on the lease, made it a breeze to get through the paperwork, and I was in and out within 30 min.
Lee then took me on a 45 minute tour of the new car I just bought. Every single feature, every screen, made himself available any time I had questions, and I truly felt as though I was absolutely his priority during the time we spent together.
I can't stress enough how important this experience was to me. The last time I bought a car I ended up hating the process, and to receive this experience at Kelly Ford with John, Jim, and Lee...I will never shop anywhere else.
Great all round experience. I love the new place which is a huge step up from the prior location! I worked with Melvin DeLeon who was excellent. He was attentive to my vechile service needs and my service was prompt. I was able to work online while I waited thanks to the courtesy WiFi. I also had two delicious coffees and they had real cream as opposed to that white dust that most people use. I highly recommend having your Ford Truck serviced here.
Okay! So this winter my lemon of a Honda Civic blew a head gasket. I needed a car in a bind. Upon tons of searches, we came across a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. It was stunning on the website and came at a good price with low mileage. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an extremely friendly salesman by the name of Chris Smith. He was an absolute pleasure to sit down and talk with. Extremely kind and had a vast knowledge of cars. We picked the Jetta and did a test drive where I immediately fell in love with the vehicle. Once we made the decision to purchase we were met with an awesome Financial Advisor named Gary who did some incredible negotiating to help me get this car as my credit history was not the best. He brought my interest rate down tremendously. Everyone at this dealership is incredibly kind and eager to help, for that I am thankful. I am so in love with my new vehicle. To anyone looking for a good car with a side of awesome service, I would highly recommend Chris Smith and staff.

My wife's 2001 Corolla is quickly dying so we needed a good replacement. Last week looking on the Kelly Ford website, I saw a 2013 Camry and the price was very appealing. A quick look on the Kelley blue book site showed me it was actually a little under their valuation.
I reached out and got a very prompt response. My wife and I met with salesman Francis to inquire about the car but when we got there it was up on a lift getting a safety inspection. Though we wanted to test drive it that night, it struck us is a good sign that it was being given that inspection rather than being just put out on the lot as it is.
A day or two later I went on a long test drive and was impressed with the vehicle so I started the paperwork process with Francis and I've got to say that start to finish, the whole process was quick and painless with no pressure. Francis, his manager Gary and all the staff there were very courteous and professional.
They did all the legwork from getting the car inspected to getting it insured to going to the registry, all I did was go and pick it up even though they would've come and picked me up.
I've got to say I was very happy with my experience at Kelley Ford and will certainly consider going back there in the future when it comes time to buy another new/used car and I would recommend Kelly to others.

Found Kelly Ford to be very attentive. They located a 2018 Cinnamon Glaze Ford Escape Titanium trimmed with medium light stone leather seats from Townsend, Ma., and had it transferred almost immediately. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price we paid was fair.
It took 5 days for them to look at my vehicle, 3 days to diagnose the problem and another 3 days to get parts. With all that said I was never offered a loaner I had to beg for one.
The quality was great. Truck runs great!!! Only question I have is why does it take 2 days for a tune-up? I made the appointment a week in advance and they didn't have the spark plugs in stock when I showed up. Thank you
