I was shocked how horrible the finance guys were, it's like they were from the 90's when buying a car was deceitful. They talked just loud enough so we could heam them, they were really two a#oles. They asked how much money I would put down before they would even consider budging on the sticker price and in the end they low balled my trade by1500 and would not move the sticker price at all so I got up and walked out after 2 agonizing hours. Kelly Ford had the opportunity to earn our dedicated business since my wife has been leasing ford explorers for years from Stoneham Ford who really do treat you right.

This review is nothing against my sales guy, Lee I think his name was, he was a pone like most car sales people.
Advice: Teach your finance team to be professional they sit in the middle in an open evironment if they are going to act like they did today then you should put them in a back sound proof room. Also the dealership is totally run down remodel it.

irst you need to understand that my husband and I do not make decisions easily. When i sent a request John at Kelly Ford for a F150, I received an email within 30 minutes stating what was available. Believe it or not, this was all done while my husband and I were boating. He requested information about our trade to make the information readily available upon our arrival. We were greeted by Lee and John, Two ROCK STARS!!
We were not planning on buying that day. We would rather have sleepless nights and stress when we purchase something (HAHA). However, Lee was so good at explaining everything to us, the test drive was FUN, we connected right away. Upon walking back to the office, I got a text from my husband that said to me" you are the finical adviser, make it happen."
John then proceeded to make sure all was going well. WELL IT WENT WELL, WE BOUGHT THAT NIGHT!
They closed at 8pm and we did not leave until 9:15, Never once did we feel pressure, It was all GOOD.

I went to Kelly Ford for oil change rotate and balance sync update . I used to be a mechanic and was a little nervous bringing my truck there. The service writer and manager were very professional treating me like a human. The Parts manager, assistant ,and the mechanic were outstanding with knowledge and helping me feel comfortable. I no longer am nervous. If anyone needs your Ford worked on I highly recommend Kelly Ford. Exceptional service, curtious and a clean shop. A dealer I can trust. Thanks again Kelly Ford.

Friendly / Family atmosphere, no pressure, they listen, they find solutions. Been dealing with this dealer ship (through change of hands) for 40+ years, have purchased a number of vehicles from them, used their parts and service departments many times. Never an issue.

I needed a third car for my son who recently got his license, so I decided to buy myself a new one. The folks at Kelly Ford had the best prices and made the process seamless. I was driving off the lot in my new car in less that 48 hours from initial contact. The salesman, Ambrose, was courteous and very helpful, as was the entire staff. The entire experience was great!

I have mixed reviews. Love this place and trust the mechanics without reservation. Very honest and dependable. THAT is why I bring my car here. And they do a very good job!

However...when I brought my car in on Friday I had a 9am appt. I had this appt for a week.
We were prompt by dropping it off right at 9am.
When I called to check the status at 2:45pm (bc I had not yet heard from them) I had to leave a message. Called back again at 3:15pm. Still no one in service was able to take my call. At 3:30p Mike finally called me back to say they were just now driving it to see if there was anything wrong with it.
Six and a half hours after I dropped it off?? That s not ok.
You guys are overbooking if one of the first appts if the morning isn t being taking till late afternoon. Not ok.

I recently had a very difficult 4x4 and grinding noises while driving in 2wd problem with my 2015 F-150 that took 53 days to return the vehicle back to me in normal working order. I first started this repair journey with Salem Ford Hyundai in NH. After weeks and weeks of being told it was repaired and wasn t and just horrendous service from every aspect of their service Dept (even with a Ford motor Co. investigation case on the truck) I decided to rescue the truck and bring it to Kelly Ford in Beverly MA. I had previously owned Nissans and always had good luck at their Lynnfield store. Well lets just say Kelly s service Dept was great from Mike the service manager to Steve my technician and Danielle in service who delivered something to my work that I had forgotten in my truck. They updated me with the status the whole step of the way and even showed me the findings to make everything perfectly clear. They found the issue and got the truck back to me in original working order. This truck issue I had has caused me a lot of stress not having this truck during winter storms and going back and forth to the dealer with improper repairs. Ford Motor Co was no help at all which was a huge disappointment. In the 53 days of this mess only Kelly Ford was able to help me get through it and back on the road. Highly recommend Mike and his team in Beverly MA.

We are currently in the middle of the worst service experience possible. We dropped a vehicle off on Monday August 1st and have been told each day that the vehicle will be ready for pickup and each time we drive over to pick it up, they give us a different excuse that the vehicle is not ready. Today is August 10th, I have made countless calls and trips to the dealer and now I am being avoided by the service department ( Barb and Brian) when I am only trying to get info on the vehicle. This is by far the worst experience I have witnessed in my life. Not once has anyone from the dealer called to tell us that they have encountered delays, which could've given our business the ability to plan accordingly. Your UNPROFESSIONALISM shows.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my vehicle through Kelly Ford. Straight away my sales consultant, Caitlyn, was understanding of my needs and wants and made sure the vehicle I finally chose suited almost all of the requirements I was looking for in my new vehicle. Once I moved into finance, I also had a pleasant experience with Gary who took his time answering all of my questions and explaining everything in wonderful detail. Overall, I feel confident in my decision to purchase here and will definitely recommend Kelly from now on, and will be purchasing my next vehicle from them as well!

Service was prompt and efficient.

I am more than pleased with the service at this dealership. My particular salesman was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping me find the right car as my first car! I recently just graduated college and wanted to buy a car but didn't know much about the process and whole deal of purchasing a new vehicle, but the Thomas Ford staff made it a very easy and reasonable experience. They did not go after my pockets, but rather put themselves in the experience of my first new car with me! They demonstrated their own excitement in my experience and really made it an enjoyable purchase - not a pain in my butt! They understood my strict budget and listened to my requirements. They did not try and raise the bar on me or put me into something that only they benefited from. I highly recommen this dealership even if you are new to the car buying scene!

Excellent experience. I knew what I wanted walking in-a used Ford Fusion AWD. The price was already excellent when comparing around, so I wasn t looking to lowball and lose a great deal. Easy, quick, low key experience. Efficiently completed the financing with no game playing. Picked up my new wheels the next day. Go in knowing what you want, what you will qualify for on financing based on your own research and it s the easiest, breeziest purchase ever. I love my beautiful new-to-me car! Thank you Kelly Ford!

Typical 'bad car salesman experience'- the pre owned manager was not able to give me a straight answer - they tried to sell me a vehicle as pre certified that hadn't even gone through an inspection process, committed to reach out within a few days with an update and has not returned my calls. Their sales staff definitely require additional training! I went to a different dealership the same day, bought a vehicle that was impeccably maintained and inspected and had a great experience!

That's like what they used to do in the old days. Thank you thank you thank you for bringing that back. I purchased my new Ford Fusion Hybrid at Thomas Ford because some months earlier when I began shopping for a new car, I received the best information and the most courteous treatment (Ambrose Orlando) of all the dealerships I'd visited. Once I was ready to buy, I went back to Thomas Ford and to Orlando where all of my questions were answered and there was zero pressure to buy. I'm 66 year old and have owned many cars (this is my first American car since 1978) and can honestly say that this was the most pleasant automobile buying experience I've ever had.

My first oil change on my new mustang and what a great experience. I was told 1.5 hours and it was. I did work while waiting no problem. It was when I got my car that was so awesome. They cleaned the stain on my seat from a bird. The seat was like new. They vacuumed and washed it and it smelled and looked beautiful. And to boot it was free as I forgot about my Ford pass money I had accumulated from my initial purchase. Everything went way better than expected. Great job to the entire Kelly Ford team. I dont know about the integrity of their sales department, but I can certainly comment on their service and professionalism. If I could give less stars, I would. My boyfriend and I brought our truck in to be serviced for an airbag replacement due to a recall last week. The appointment was made almost two weeks in advance, giving them plenty of time to order the parts they would need. Due to this, he was told this would easily be a one-day procedure. Instead, he received a call at 5:30PM that evening saying that the correct part actually had not been ordered. He was told that by Friday the truck would be set. So now we are three days into a "one day procedure." Another call on Friday - Oh, oops, we still havent placed the order for your airbag. Truck will be done on Monday. Well you can probably guess what happened on Monday! This time, we were given the excuse that the guy who was supposed to be working on the truck "had left work early because he was sick." However, it was also said that the PART STILL WASNT IN, so I'm going to go ahead and guess that it hadn't been ordered, AGAIN. Lovely. So here we are today, Tuesday morning, and lo and behold we get another phone call to let us know that the part still isn't in. Zero stars, folks, because we are picking up the truck today, after SIX DAYS, and literally no work done. Thanks for all the "hard work" guys. Really stellar service.

I went to the service department to inquire about extended warranties for my C-Max. By the end of the conversation they not only answered my question but also performed an oil change while I waited as part of my extended service agreement. Good work.

Buying a car is probably one of the things I hate the most. Kelly Ford completely changed that for me! No pressure, answers to all of my questions, and a real dedication to their customers. I got the car I wanted, at a very fair price, and couldn't be happier!

I personally drive by a Ford dealership on my way home from work and there is also a Ford dealership close to my home I choose to go to Kelly Ford it is worth the drive and experience that I have received

Dropped off my truck for an oil change and an inspection sticker. Picked it up, billed for inspection, no report in truck and old sticker still on window. Bring it back. Someone who offers no apology drives it away and now we wait. Appears it was never inspected at all. There are so many more incidents since Kelly bought dealership. The service department is completely incompetent. Please go elsewhere.

So I picked up car, drove home, and then went to work. On my way home I had the same overheating issue. They never fixed the problem just told me it was all set. Worst repair shop ever

***I was contacted by the manager after leaving the review. He apologized for the miscommunication and to let me know the car is now ready. I do appreciate the follow up, it shows they take there reviews seriously***

Worst dealership I've dealt with. They called to tell me my car is ready, when I went to pick it up I noticed the charging system malfunction error was on. This wasn't on when I dropped off the car. They then tell me it will be a few weeks before they can diagnose it. Definitely not coming back.
