You are immediately greeted as soon as you pull in, kept informed of your vehicles required repairs and estimated costs. The repairs are completed accurately. When you pick up your car the exterior of the vehicle has been washed, and your car is driven right to you. At other dealerships I was handed my keys and told what area my car was parked in. No more searching for my car! Thanks for the great service!

The main problem is getting in touch with a real person...There are no greeting messages on voicemail to let you know who you are leaving a message for after the operator transfers your call. I left several messages on what I assume was my service managers voicemail throughout the 2 day service ordeal, which never got returned. I reached voice mail instead of a real person nearly every time I tried to contact the service department, including the cashier, and never got a return call. The shuttle took almost 2 hours to come pick me up (My guess is that he wasn't told to come get me). I had 2 meetings that I missed while I was waiting....After an hour, I called and left a voicemail for the both the service manager and the cashier asking about the driver...no return call....After another half hour I called back and finally spoke to a real person at the cashier desk. They were able to get the shuttle to me within a half hour. Also I don't like the explanation I received as to why my Silverado is making clunking noises in the rear end. I was told it is normal wear and tear on the leaf springs causing creaking noises. I reiterated that it is not a creaking noise, but a real "clunk" as if something is loose. I believe there is something wrong in the rear end, and if it is normal wear and tear causing this, then I have a problem with Chevrolet design and will never purchase another GM vehicle. I've been a GM/Chevy person for 40 years and this was the worst service experience I've ever had.

I couldn't be more pleased with my 1st visit to Boniface-Heir's Chevy. Tim, my initial contact was great as well as everyone else I met. However, I have a 1.5L engine that requires 4.2 quarts of oil according to the spec's. The dip stick confirms I have the full 5 quarts my receipt says you put in. Almost a full quart over the spec amount. That's a lot of extra oil, I hope it is not problem!

Made appointment last week for a recall. Guy said 2 hours. They didn't order the part because they didn't have room to hold it.. Really? Y wouldn't you bring the tiny part in the day b4? Now I'm sitting here since 7am. I'll be lucky if its done b4 they close!

This last time I was getting a oil change was so painless! I waited in the clean, comfortable customer lounge. When I arrived I was greeted by Charles, who was so friendly and chipper, it made my morning! The sales people were straightforward and informative, and the receptionist was efficient and patient! He is not pushy, but is there to guide you as needed with exceptional knowledge of the Chevrolet product line. He has tremendous patience, understanding that people don't spend tens of thousands of dollars every day. First time visit at Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet for an oil change on my 2016 Silverado. Met my service tech Bobby Sternberg and treated me above my expectations! I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation of how the sales department handled our recent purchase of a 2021 Traverse. We had been window (internet) shopping for the RS trim from S Fl to NC and found all the online small print. We realized that local would be the way to go for our overall future satisfaction concerning service so we decided on Boniface.
Since we knew what vehicle and trim we wanted we made the selling point simple. Our sales lady Mac informed us that she was new to the business but with continued support from the Hiers team she will be a great asset. She stated that she loves what she is doing and it showed.
Donald the Sales Manager was also great to work with once we got past the first proposal. It's no secret that the back and forth about a price is usually the most frustrating and sometimes stressful part but Donald made it a pleasure.
Financing was on par and easy.
I look forward to servicing my vehicle there and seeing how Mr Hiers has developed this area of the dealership.
If it is anything like the sales side then I know we will not be disappointed.

I take my Chevy Equinox and Silverado here for oil/filter changes and because the vehicles have been so reliable up till now I've only needed minor maintenance here. As for that I can say Tim in the service department made sure my most recent service was done quickly and he treated me quite well. Actually I've always been treated well here. Very satisfied with this place

General manager Mike Brown made me feel right at home and he even had Eric Swist, Chevrolet Sales and Leasing Professional, meet me at the curb when I drove up. Eric was very attentive to what I was looking for and used his considerable expertise to help me find the truck that I wanted. I was super nervous going to buy another vehicle after my last experience buying my wife a car at another local car dealership. But from the moment I walked in, Mitch took me to the exact vehicle I wanted and when it came down to negotiations, there wasn't any games played, and within 3 hrs I was a new car owner.

Took my 2019 truck in for warranty work came back more damage then when it went in. Walked around for 20 minutes looking at new trucks specifically a $60000 truck and never had a salesman ask if I need assistance or help with anything. Took my truck in today to drop off to get To get the damage fixed and the one of the issues I took it in for that wasn't fixed the 1st time. Said I need a loaner vehicle They try to give me a spark I told him that I need a truck. After being told numerous times by different people that they do not hold courtesy vehicles The Service manager tells me that the 2 trucks that are sitting out front are being held for somebody. If you need any kind Of service done or want any type of service I suggest take your business elsewhere. Bobby the service writer has been great so far through all of this.

Bought my Chevy from Rosner with an AMAZING experience... Then they changed into Boniface and have only had terrible service from their end. 2+ hours for an oil change, that they claimed I made them "rush" through.. So no wash or tire rotation. Even though it was 2 exact hours after my appointment time. I'm coming up on another free oil change (purchasing deal with Rosner that Boniface tried to get rid of) and I am honestly debating if it's worth my time to even bother.
I took my Equinox in for a covered oil change. I am always able to get a convenient appointment quickly. They always explain what they will do, while offering options without pressuring. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

This dealership is spamming marketplace with ads for vehicles that have a super low price listed, but when you click the listing it says to call for the actual price. This is embarrassingly shady for a legitimate dealership to be doing. Getting a 1 star review from me for spamming the internet with fake ads for cars they don't even have anymore. Matt Powers should be fired and replaced with someone who has some integrity in how they list vehicles for sale.
You guys are what give the industry a bad reputation.

Recently purchased my vehicle from Rosner Chevrolet, but prior to my first service, the dealership was purchased by Boniface.
We scheduled an appointment, but weren t on the schedule when we arrived. The gentlemen in the bay taking our car apologized and said they were having some transition issues, but they would take care of us. However, our service person Cliff decided to blame us for the error and proceed to tell us that while we could get the oil changed, he couldn t promise they had time to look at a possible warranteed safety issue. I cut him off as I didnt appreciate his tone and he promptly called me out for my unnecessary attitude. When I finally got him to stop lecturing me by imploring him, multiple times, to let s both move on, he begins to offer me all sorts of additional services like filter changes and tire rotation. I ask him why we have time for that, but not a safety issue and he tersely told me it would be seen to.
Then Cliff proceeds to put a paper in front of me informing me they have been bought out and in order to continue with the free oil changes that were included with my purchase, I would have to agree to having a Boniface sticker and license plate frame on my car. I told him that I won t sign it, and trying not to waste his time or mine, as it s not an issue he has authority on I ask for the service Manager. Cliff proceeds to continue telling me why the form is perfectly reasonable, while I continue telling him I m trying really hard not to get into it with him, because only a manager can assist with this.
Finally get the service manager and he,
Sorry didn t catch his name and he didn t give me a card, and Cliff proceed to explain to me that this form is necessary because Mr. Heirs would lose money if they honored the oil changes and Rosner took all the money set aside for those oil changes with him . My comeback was that as a finance professional what this says is that Boniface did not perform their due diligence prior to purchasing the business and therefore did not properly price their offer. I didn t say this at the time, but will say it here. We all know the oil changes are an incentive to get you in the door, and a nice one, but the goal is to get me to have other services done that will make up the oil change cost in the margin.
At this point I was beyond late for work, as was my husband who was dropping me off. Boniface couldn t replicate the issues I was having and there was no code. I am having new issues since leaving, not blaming them, just saying. So in one visit they have lost my trust, which is a huge industry issue, so my time and money will be spent elsewhere.
My experience has always been excellent when I come in for service, Bobby is an exceptional service rep, he made me feel very comfortable and everything was done in a timely matter
The instructions were taken and followed exactly. When I inquired about the status of my high wing spoiler installation and other minor warranty work the customer service rep let me speak with the mechanic who showed me what work was being done. I m an engineer, that s important to me. You will definitely be handling my future C8 service work
I'm telling you, stop looking for other places because this is the best place to buy a vehicle! They have really good prices and a good variety of vehicles. As soon as I walk in to the entrance Justin N. welcomed me with a smile. He took really good care of me and my needs during the process. He was very, very patient explaining to me everything (and believe me, I know NOTHING about buying cars). He patiently show me differents options, and he did't stop until he saw the smile in my face! Bought a 2013 Silverado 1500 brand new with 10 yrs warranty from Rosner. Now truck driver seat doesn't move due to a bad seat assembly and Rosner no customer service tell me to take my truck back broken because they don t have and can t get the seat assembly. Making my truck useless for two members of my family, because driver seat can t be adjusted. A couple of weeks gone by with no update and no other solution from Rosner! Terrible dealer to do business and very disappointed!

I received excellent service from the Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet Melboune Service Department. I was assigned Cliff Eanes as my Service Agent and he took care of all my needs such as explaining the repairs, where parts were coming from, documenting particulars about my truck in their system, coordinating getting me into and picked up from work. My drivers all knew where my office was located and quickly dropped me off and quickly picked my back up. And to top it all off, they wash your vehicle at no additional charge. This sort of service saved me valuable time so I did not have to take time off from work.
I bought my car from this dealership and Tu worked so hard helping me get my vehicle. He even helped me empty out my old vehicle.

We were shopping for a car at a different dealership when we got a phone call from a friend who suggested we go to Boniface Hires. They were not on our list but we figured ok no problem. From the moment we stepped on the lot which happened to be at closing a salesman named Tu greeted us with a smile and definitely did not rush us. Tu is like a walking encyclopedia on his knowledge of cars. The service we received from our first visit to the signing of the paperwork was excellent and stress free. Did we mention that they have lifetime warranty?
I went to the service center for a appointment early in morning. I do not recommend this company and I will tell you why. After going to my appointment I was not discussed about a diagnostic charge. I show up later in end of day I speak to my service rep there and I was told they would call me back about my status of my vehicle. I go home and receive no call back at all. so the next morning I receive a text saying my car hasn t been worked on and it will be 280 plus tax to tell me how much a broken power seat will be just to tell me what s wrong with it. I was told there normal diagnostic fee is 100. So basically they waste my day for a appointment with no one even looking at it just to tell me it will be over 300 dollars just to look at it. From moment you walk in service center people do not do any customer acknowledgement people in there look very unhappy and won t even say hi to anyone at all Wich is strange because I went to Toyota of Melbourne and people there are really nice . I was hoping to receive some good service since it is a dealership they should have some one on my truck at my appointment or else don t make appointments before I go I see a man standing and I had to go out of my way to introduce my self to him I feel overall the service center isn t good at all because they leadership there. After I walked over to introduce myself to service manager I told him I will be writing a negative review of his company he didn t seem to care one bit I told him how they basically wasted 2 days of my time and he offered no resolution at all so I see why his employees there don t care at all it s because of he doesn t care because of poor leadership is my guess how are employees supposed to care when manager offers no resolution and couldn t care less I am writing a negative review of his company the only thing he said to me was thank you for telling me the problem that s it no I m sorry about your service he didn t say anything to me but that. So I leave and will not return there ever and hope no one else has same experience as me. Overall I would make it a zero star dealership due to no one cares at all and no one is friendly there and no one seems to want to fix the problem. And if the manager doesn t offer any assistance or any resolution I am not sure what his real job entails. Because he definitely doesn t care at all and offered 0 resolution to the problem. So I feel it is a poor leadership issue even when I was sitting in the depressing service office the mechanic walks over steps over my service dog puts the service paper on thE table wouldnt look at me and acknowledge that he is about to step over my service dog which was extremely rude as well. I wish I read the reviews before as well cause this is there 2nd bad review in a week in service center so that is my honest 100 true and accurate review. I will not return for any type of anything at the Chevy dealer on us1
Worst Chevrolet I ve ever been to, the service is just so horrible that would never go back there. We were there waiting for more than half an hour and all the representatives were just laughing and playing around, when asked how much longer we were gonna have to wait they just didn t even bother to try to make things quicker. Just the worst customer service!
I am super disappointed that the free oil changes are being cancelled. I was told when boniface took over for rosner that as long as i agreed to take the rosner plate off my car and replace it with boniface that they would continue my free oil changes. Since I have 3 children with special needs I loved the fact that oil changes to keep my vehicle reliable and safe was one less bill I had to pay. That was a HUGE factor that led me to purchase from there. Next time I am in the market for a car I may just look elsewhere

10/10/19 Today was the first time I ever used the Boniface Hiers Chevrolet service department. I have to say this was the absolute best dealer service department that I have ever experienced. The guys from Kentucky, Adam and Jimmy were amazing!! All about customer service and satisfaction. I explained the problem...they got me in and out, so quickly!! I have never been treated this good at any dealership. I m definitely using them again in the future!! 5 star service!! Thanks guys!!

They do not care about their used vehicles. They were trying to sell a used vehicle $2k over market and then add almost $3k in fees. $899 document fee aka the hour you spend at the tag agency. The vehicle had missing parts everywhere and should have been sent to auction. Its so easy to care for a Honda and flip it yet they put zero effort in.
The inspection they are mentioning below included rotors and brakes that needed to be replaced, missing essential parts, corrosion, broken dash and other issues. It's been over a week so I do not remember everything. I remember the Honda Element having a missing sun visor, broken tail light, missing item from the drivers seat, rotors having issues, brakes with issues, broken dash, rear springs non functioning and a scary amount of rust.
Just bought a 2018 tincoat yellowZ06 Corrvette from Bonaface Hiers Chevrolet. It was an easy transaction even with a trade. They were very reasonable with all the pricing. I also bought for my new vehicle an extended warranty policy which was very reasonably price and will give me peace of mind while I m enjoying my Z06!

I appreciate your response. The reason I was offered free tire rotation on my cars along with the oil change. Was because I paid $26,000 cash the day I bought my cars and it was a special perk they had given me. I did not know you guys actually sold the place or whatever happened. Anyway I believe his name was Chip in the service department, was able to help get me sorted an out-the-door, so thanks to him it actually got worked out. I didn't get my tires rotated though but that's okay. And honestly at the end of the day Chevrolet is Chevrolet isn't it? does it really matter what name is on it? Rosner Chevrolet Boniface Hiers Chevrolet Jerry Chevrolet it's all Chevrolets LOL just a different person making all the money. Cheers
