Our technician was Tom Rodriguez. He was prompt and friendly. He explained his findings and explained our different options thoroughly without making us feel pressured to spend the most amount of money. Our kids are virtually home schooling right now and Tom was very professional, so there was no disruption to their online learning. We really appreciated everything he did and how things were explained and handled that we went ahead and signed up for the yearly membership.

Jon Wayne service tech, Thomas, was absolutely great. He explained everything he did and showed me everything related to the condition of my system as he did his inspection. He wore a mask the whole time. Thomas talked highly about his company and I found out that Jon Wayne is a local small business with a good owner who does alot for local veterans. I now know that my system is working well but there are some issues that could come up. I was provided with cost estimates so I can be prepared. They also create an online profile for every customer that shows all the information and diagnostics from today's inspection.

They were very professional and helpful. They taught me a lot about how my HVAC system works and what I can do to take better care of it. I wish they had been able to come out faster than 24 hrs, but I understand why they are busy.

Installers were supposed to be here between 9 and 12, finally arrived shortly before 2. There was a lot of mention how previous installs were not done correctly (done previously to us buying the home)

Tom and Justin came into my home, Our drain for the Air conditioner was plugged. Water leaking through the ceiling. They gave me the options and in a short time it was fixed and a very quick response time. Very friendly and informative. Really satisficed!

Jeff was my service professional today, after speaking with him and discussing our situation Jeff developed a plan that would fit us best,. He is a true professional, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and the job was fantastic! Also his work area was kept clean even in the midst of a bunch of kids! I would recommend this company and Jeff again!

Geoff was awesome to meet, and even though he couldn t fix the problem, due to it being a manufacture issue. He was still amazing and explained things so I could understand!!!

Well besides Technician being friendly ( 1 star) I was not impressed with the overall service. Was rescheduled from my first scheduled appt due to many service calls. Was told I would get a call 30-45 minutes before they would arrive and I got a call about 5 minutes before. Technician was not given all the info on was was needed to get done. He provided an alternate solution assuming it would be easier for him without even checking and that wasn t the case. Although I had requested my Thermostat to be checked and replaced if needed, he did not make a note on my invoice that it was even checked. In the end, he called his office to have them process my CC which was declined twice and had me stressing since I had no idea why that was happening. He then told me he was over charging me ($100) and processed card himself which then it was approved. When I asked him why he couldn t have done it to begin with, he said he doesn t like processing credit cards. I also feel they are way too expensive!! Paid $809 to have him install 4 outlets which I provided and 1 AC breaker. Will not be using them in the future.

James #1818 did an awesome job and got AC back and running. He got here early evening but stayed to get the job done tonight and thankful because it s been so hot! Thanks again!

From my consultant Jay to the installation crews with Eric and Brandon they were great! They were all very professional, walked me through and explained everything. They worked very hard to get my system in and running. Highly recommend!

The service technician (Brent) showed up in a timely manner, was very professional and knowledgeable about our system, was very thorough in his inspection and explanation of the issues we re experiencing with our system and offered several options for us, the home owners, to take. In the end, he scheduled a consultation for us in the near future.

The two men were professional and thorough. It seems that we are always pushed back when scheduled to receive work. I was told the attached unit was not under the service contract, I was not aware of that.

I have been using Jon Wayne for years and I am very happy with the services I've received. Every technician that have come out have been very professional and knowledgeable. Today I had the pleasure of having Paul Valencia come out for the yearly maintenance of my new AC unit and once again I was very happy. Our AC is working great, but we wanted some routine yearly maintenance done. This very young AC tech was on his phone half the time he was working. He left and entered our home numerous times without any updates to us on what exactly he was doing. You've got to talk to your customer!

When he's finally finished he informs my wife that our lower coils are dirty and it'll be $700 to clean it all out. All we wanted was a maintenance! Just cleaned up. He then tries to pitch multiple other services that can be done that range from the low hundreds to multiple thousands.

I haven t received the service yet to my home until tomorrow. However the consultation was amazing with Jay. He is very knowledgeable about what the company does, he is very knowledgeable about everything...He was very patient, as I did have a lot of questions..He will also educate you On the task and make sure that you have a clear understanding of what needs to be done. When it came time to discuss financials, He was spot on with that, took his time and Presented us with every option available. Thank You !

We called Jon Wayne on a very hot morning when our AC went out, and they came out that same afternoon to give us an estimate. The next day they put in an 11 hour day and installed our new system. We were impressed with how professional, respectful, courteous, and friendly they were. I especially liked how our safety seemed important to them during these crazy times, and they wore their masks and honored social distancing. We couldn t be happier with how comfortable our home is these days! After we had our new HVAC system installed, we had to have a water line rerouted, and we used them again. They had to go crawling around in both of our attic spaces and cut multiple holes in sheetrock to do this. They were so good at explaining everything they did, and they kept the holes to the minimum they could get by with. They were very professional and neat with their work. I would highly recommend Jon Wayne!

Don t understand made a appointment to get a quote on a new AC unit and heater and was going to pay cash poor the unit they did not call me till 10 o clock they told me my appointment was from 8 to 10 they did not call me till 10 o clock I had called them prior at 9:30 and talk to somebody they said they were called me back so when they call me back the person that called me had no idea that I had talk to someone else and gave me a story that didn t match very unprofessional and the sad thing I got highly recommend it if they re treating theirFuture customers . It s sad not any kind of courtesy of giving me a call . Very disappointed very disappointed I just don t know how they could get so high ratings by doing this tpye of Business to their future customers very disappointing

Jon Wayne is one of the best plumbing / air conditioning companies I have dealt with. From the girls who answer the phones to Carlo that came out to service the AC unit and to Steven that came out for the plumbing. Five stars to everyone. I wouldn't call another company if you need an services they offer, because you are wasting your time.

The tech Paul did an excellent quality work in doing our annual rescue club in flushing the gas water heater, checked all tolilets and bathroom sinks as part of being a rescue club member.
He demonstrated good communication skills and knowledge. Answered questions when asked, polite, friendly and has great customer service.

Coby and John were very professional and courteous. They informed my husband and me about the existing problems with our heating unit. They made suggestions and recommendations on what to look for in our home ac/heater installation. We highly recommended this company.

Called and talked to tech support. When they couldn't help, they assured me someone would be out withing three hours. They called back 10 minutes later and said someone would be there in 30 minutes. They got here in 25. Reuben and Travis were very professional and made sure my problem got resolved quickly.

We came home to a hot house! A sensor detected an issue and shutdown heat pump. Called service, and being under contract, got priority time!! Kevin came out within 1-2 hours, detected issue in under 5 minutes, resolved, and also performed our annual inspection...thoroughly. Once complete he explained every detail and reminded us to renew our maintenance contract (left copy with our options selected).

Our cost for today s service? NOTHING!! As senior citizens on a fixed income, that was a blessing! This company, its products, and employees are all first-rate. You should try Jon Wayne A/C. We did!!

I had a leak in the kitchen and the technician found it immediately. Thankfully, it was only a hose for the ice/water maker in the refrigerator. He got the part and replaced the hose that had sprung a leak. All the time he was here, he was most courteous. I will use John Wayne anytime.

Jacob was super helpful! No hassle and a quick fix to get our A/C back up and running.

We've collected several estimates for a whole home standby generator system unique to our needs. Jon Wayne's estimate was absolutely outrageous!! All in, the estimate came in at over $30,000. The salesman/technician was reluctant to give us details on the various prices for equipment, parts, and labor. We persisted so he finally let us see some of the line items. Imagine our shock at the price of $5500 for a 6ft long trench for a gas line that would only be 6 inches wide and 8 inches deep!

The other estimates we've received have been consistent with one another at between $10,000 - $12,000. Both contractors provided us with detailed and itemized line-by-line estimates of the cost of ALL equipment, parts and labor. There was no mystery, no hidden costs and no $5500 trenches.

Shame on Jon Wayne! Their bid was nothing short of opportunistic - especially now that families are fervently considering generators post Freezeilla 2021.

I called to get a quote on fixing my AC or to get a new one. Well a new one it is. They worked very hard to get a great price. The tech was very informative and had answers. JW is a great company.

Horrible experience. Called to fix no hot water and low water pressure in a shower. Needed a new cartridge which I provided. It was not till later that I learned the $536 I paid did not have any discount for the provided cartridge. Found out the price is the same no matter whose they use. Also now have a drip from the faucet which was not leaking before the repair. I paid over $500 to get hot water but a faucet that drips.

Today we met Matt Baumann, from Jon Wayne Service. Based on the professional, creative and can do attitude of Matt, we were able to make a confident decision to purchase a new a/c system for our home. I was looking for a company to come replace a part on my furnace and found John Wayne. Their customer service, friendliness, and knowledge was top notch. Andrew Arceo and Jonathan Unfried are a great part of John Wayne.

Jon Wayne Service Company is absolutely the best! From the very first moment I contacted them, I was throughly impressed with outstanding customer service and professionalism. Furthermore, I was confirmed for an 8am appointment and my plumber, Joe Benavides, was at my door right on time. Keep up the awesome service.

The techs are very professional and do outstanding work, but the company is the one that is very unprofessional. Management micromanages everyone and belittles them in order to get the most out of their workers! During the summer there has been plenty of heat waves and techs are expected to work AFTER HOURS without any breaks or extra compensation. They are constantly being rushed and overwhelmed to the point where they are literally feeling sick while out on the job. There has been multiple complaints about management calling techs out of their names and not providing help or guidance when it is needed ESPECIALLY when techs are out on late calls and nothing has been done about it. People that speak up are usually micromanaged EVEN MORE and are called in due to any minor inconvenience just to harass them furthermore. Some are even fired just for speaking their mind. It so bad that techs are scared to speak up because they don t want to lose their only income. Everything they do for the public and in the public eye is PROPAGANDA so they can look good from the outside. Save your money and don t support an unprofessional, EVIL and OVERPRICED company. P.S; YES the OWNER is aware of everything that goes on in his company, he also does the same as his management. Calls workers out of their names and harasses those that speak up.

They were very kind, professional and worked hard to diagnose the problem and repair it. I am elderly and have a serious lung health problem and appreciated their prompt service when they are so busy from the terrible snow and freezing weather we had last week.

Plumber came over to diagnose and quote me for fixing a leak. He cut a whole in my ceiling and identified the leak. Lowest estimate to repair was around $1,200. I told him I d think about it ... had a friend over. We went to Home Depot and repaired it for $7.25.

Tech showed up when he said he would. Very professional and friendly. Tech was very diligent about wearing shoe covers and PPE. Thanks Jon Wayne!

One of the best decisions we ever made was choosing Jon Wayne. Could not ask for better service.

Not impressed with Jon Wayne's ability to keep to appointment times. First appointment ran more than four hours late and had to be rescheduled. Second appointment was right on time. Joe Benevides was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. Subsequent water heater installation team came late (after dark). Installation appears to be good. Discovered today that they shoveled a lot of rocky soil and grass into a flower bed when they installed a new pressure regulator at the curb. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT!! They also removed the foam protector around my outside water spigot and did not reinstall it. Left it lying on the ground to blow away. I picked up plastic debris on the sidewalk and in the garage. Less than impressed with the installation team.

Thomas Mullinax was communicative, thorough, and professional when working on the AC. He took time to explain what the AC needs without pressuring me to purchases services or products. With his work and recommendations, the AC runs more efficiently than ever. Thank you.

We are shopping for a Whole home standby generator. The customer service has been great. Their pricing is fair. No complaints.

We called Jon Wayne to check the A/C system for a noise that it was making during shut off of air. They identified the issue right away, checked for any malfunctions and replaced our filter. They were very knowledgeable, very professional and they addressed all.our concerns. Very pleased with their overall service.

I had 3 techs come to my house John, Jeremy and Joel. They removed my previous Goodman 3.5 ton heat pump and replaced it with a 4 ton American Pride heat pump which is a rebranded Goodman 16 seer. They increased the air return size to a 30x30 which required a new plenum to be installed. Long story short they did a fantastic job! When they started it up around 5 pm it was right around 8 hours from the start of the install at 9am I immediately felt the air moving through the house. Within an hour the house temp dropped to my desired temperature. I checked all the vents with my temp gun and all vent were within 1 degree blowing at 54 degrees. The sales rep Jake that came out did a great job also in his presentation of the system options and wasn t pushy when I wanted to make some changes like keeping my Ecobee thermostat instead of their smart option. I m completely confident that my new HVAC will keep me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The price is a premium compared to other companies but the professionalism and future support I m sure will be well worth it.

John Wayne installed our brand new AC in 2018, and we haven t had any problems since. They ve come out every year to service and replace the filters as needed. They schedule the service and show up on time. Always super friendly!
