Jon Wayne's overall service was excellant. From start to finish, the quality of service provided by service advisor, Brent Christopher was very great. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to details in regards to repairs that were required to fixed the issue with the system.
The person who came did a good job checking the AC however I got 2 diffetent stories on what was included in the mainatance package of $179.00. The dispatcher over the phone said that the freon was included with the maintanace that was to be done today however the person who came said the freon was not included. That was very disappointing because I expected the freon to be added to my AC unit. Very unprofessional on her part (the dispatcher).
Jose the service Tech did a great job, he was friendly and answered all of my questions. He checked both inside and outdoor systems. He followed the social distancing guideline and did a great job explaining all of the services he performed. Highly recommended

The technician, Tom Rodriguez, was amazing and thoroughly checked all of my systems, electrical, water quality and ensured that I was informed about what was going on and if there were any suggested changes or areas of improvement. We had an issue where water would run out of the wall when my wife would turn on the disposal. Being unable to wash clothes or do dishes because of this issue was extremely nerve racking. We ve used John Wayne (Colby was the tech) in the past for our HVAC issues over the duration of two years. Each time we had an issue he was there to get us fixed up. Because of his services we ve stayed loyal to John Wayne as we know it would be handled quick and in a hurry. Since John Wayne offers plumbing work as well we decided to call John Wayne to help us with this new issue. Christopher Blanco was the tech we had today and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, energetic, and passionate about his job at hand. He showed up earlier than we were expecting from the call service and got what we thought a potentially a major issue handled quick. Christopher also explained the cause of the problem and how to avoid mishaps like this in the future. Because of Christopher and Colbys performance I ve decided to write a review and say how happy we are that these guys have handled all of our issues!! Keep up the great work! If any more problems arise these are our go to techs!
Wonderful services provided. Quick, on time and courteous. Very uofront about prices and although they do upsell they do not pressure the home owner to purchase anything. They just give you the option. I will only use them from here on out !!!
Did not come in the time frame scheduled. Warranty did not cover the part, very convenient, and the cost for them to fix was extremely excessive compared to the price of the actual part. Felt like they just wanted me to pay to join their monthly subscription to get a better deal which still is excessive. Technician was very nice, no issues with him. Just personally I'd choose another company for service.
Tom was sent to my home to look at my ac system. Tom arrived on time and very professional during his visit. He was able to identify the issue I was having, in this case a failing capacitor on the a/c compressor, and gave me a list of potions for improving and fixing my system. While I understand Tom is expected to offer whole system solutions, I really needed the most affordable option, and Tom respectfully understood my decision and promptly got to work fixing the most immediate issue. My system is now back up and running and I have peace of mind again. Thanks again Tom for your dedication to your work. I look forward to working with you again when the time arrives.

I wish we could give a negative number of stars. This company ripped my mom off and took advantage of her. She had them come out for their $79 system cleaning and inspection. $233 later they told her she needed a whole new system. The service technician waited until after he left to call her back and let her know that he had also turned off the gas, so the heater would no longer be functional. I suggested that she get a second opinion before she took a loan out to buy a whole new unit, and thankfully she did. When the other company came out, they assured us that everything was fine and that there was absolutely no reason to turn off the gas. I don't understand how people like this can stay in business.
John Wayne cooling and heating is a great company. We have been with them now for 9 yrs and all techs that have come through my door have been good honest people always respectful and professional. Would recommend them in a heart beat. Today a tech named Jose came to my house cause there was issues happening.Jose came trouble shooted and never gave up till he got it gave a great explanation of what happen and how he fixed it. I would also recommend Jose to service my house if it ever needs it again.
We had a clogged water drain that filled the pan in our attic and overflowed. Roberto came out and fixed the problem in 10 mins by pushing air through the pipes. He then did a very thorough review of our system with options to fix the items. We were able to pick the ones that made the most sense with no pressure sales. Roberto was very professional and made our system right! Can not recommend this company enough.
We have been using Jon Wayne for about a year now. We purchased a new unit last year. It is AMAZING. I m so thankful for the efficiency of the ac unit, and the rescue club allows them to come make repairs if we have need. Wouldn t use another company for my ac unit. Very straight forward. Arrived on time and gave us all pricing before any work was done. There were no surprises or hidden fees. We have a plumbing repair in our guest bathroom that will take a two step process to fully repair. Estimates completion is 6 days from start. Very professional.
Micheal was friendly and professional. Didn't waste anytime checked everything , cleaned units , replaced filter,worked in hot attic and never quit smiling . Outstanding in all respects. I called Jon Wayne to have them look at a couple of issues that showed up on aninspection report. The operator who took my initial call was friendly, cheerful and above all, seemed genuinely interested in solving my problems. He scheduled a plumber for the next day and an HVAC tech for the following week. Jon, the tech who came out look at my water heater, showed up on time and within 30 minutes determined that there was no issue with the water heater. This was great news as I was expecting to have to replace. He also check my pressure relief valve and this too was in working order . Throughout the process, Jon was nothing but friendly and professional. No easy feat in a 120 degree attic space. What impressed me most was the pride and affection he had in his company. From the little brags about the top of the line equipment he s issued to his praises for the management and their response to COVID, it was clear to me that this guy felt he was working for the best company in the world. What more can you ask for. And all this for the cost of a service visit. Highly recommend.
The service advisor did a thorough look at our a/c unit we have. He took the time to explain to use each option that Jon Wayne could do for use. He was not a pushy sales guy. He understood our situation and understood when we told him we had one more estimate.
We called John Wayne to come and fix our AC because the outside unit gave out. The technician AJ assessed the problem and in a very professional and polite manner described the discrepancies of the unit. AJ presented multiple solutions to the problem allowing me(the customer) to make an educated decision. John Wayne management should take a look at what AJ is doing with the customers because he is doing it right. Not only were my AC issues fixed, but AJ also provided customer education and as a result of that, the John Wayne company will be my go-to should I encounter other AC problems.
The technician Jay was on time and super nice. Went straight to the issue and was very upfront about the cost and even gave me options if I wanted to basically avoid the repair and go full electric. He didn t try to up sell or give me a bunch of bs. Will definitely be using these guys for my repair once I hear back from my insurance company.

Josh was the plumber that flushed our water heater today because of our water heater being blocked due to buildup. He was very informative about my water softener and gave us good advice on what kind of salt to use and other advice I didn t think to ask about. Although we didn t purchase our water softener thru them he took the time to explain and answer my questions (unlike the people I purchased it from). John W. from Jon Wayne would be a real asset to any service company. We met John a few years back when he came to fix our existing system. At this time his work was superior, and we were delighted that John took an extra time describing in all detail all shortcomings of one of our current AC systems. Approximately a month ago, we met with John again when he came to design the new AC system replacing one in our bedroom. His attention to detail and patience in illustrating all aspects of AC design is worthy of mention. The unit installed month ago works perfectly. Therefore when we decided to replace our AC system upstairs, we could not think about a better person to contact. Today John was working on replacing two units ( one upstairs and one downstairs) as expected John did spectacular job troubleshooting all aspects of the new design for two independent systems. He patiently took us through the technical requirements of the AC systems and painstakingly worked through the challenging layout of our old house ( that was built without the necessary allowances for the air-conditioning. The old split system that we are replacing had numerous errors in design. John tirelessly was working through every problem and designed two independent systems that will serve us much better than our old AC systems. Thomas, the service tech, did a great job in explaining and showing what needed to be repaired. Then he really put his heart into doing a great job with the repairs. He also assessed our need for work with our plumming and set us up with an appt.
I don't think I've ever been so disappointed in a company. (Especially a service co.) I came home from work on Dec. 29th to a broken window on my house. The next day I googled window replacement & Jon Wayne was top of the list. My mother is always praising the co. so I called & yes you do window replacement. Got me scheduled for 12/31 between 4-6. ( I was worried because it was New Years eve.) The person I spoke with asked about morning but I informed them that I had to work. I didn't know if I was going to get off early or if I was going to have to work all day. I asked if they had something later in the day. My mother lives with me, but she had a doctors appt. that afternoon, so I didn't know for sure when one of us would be home. They told me between 4-6. They called me once during the day with an availability but I discovered I was working all day & my mother wasn't home yet. We were called again around the appt. time to inform us that no one would be able to come to the house. The next day was New Years & then the weekend. Jon Wayne left me high & dry with a broken window. I have since had it replaced with a company that wanted my business. I am a patient & understanding person, but to have me on schedule all day & then cancel at the last minute before a holiday & the weekend was NOT acceptable & totally left me speechless. I've never had an experience like this. If you're going to be a service co. then be one. There are too many other companies that will appreciate being the company you call for your services.

This is the 2nd home I've had to use Jon Wayne for major repairs and unit installation. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I'd trust them with any job they do, every thing they've done is quality work and they give you multiple options. I've had an entire system replaced and minor to major repairs done and have always been completely satisfied each time. They might be a tad bit more expensive than some others, but sometimes, you get what you pay for. James

Late in the afternoon on the 4th of July, our less than one year old AC unit quit working. Knowing it would be impossible to get serviced on the holiday weekend, I elected to send Jon Wayne Service Company an email explaining the problem. Less than five minutes after sending the email, I received a call from a Jon Wayne representative. After a short discussion, I was scheduled for a service call the next morning at 9am. Right on time, Carlo Avendano arrived at the front door. In about ninety minutes Carlo checked all the systems on our AC, replaced a defective capacitor and was on his way. There was not one penny charge because we were under warranty. I am still reeling from surprise at the extremely fast response from Jon Wayne and the fine professional service provided by Carlo. Jon Wayne has my total confidence and recommendation.

I m not sure why this company has great reviews. This is my third night without AC! They came to fix it, and it s not cooling at all. The temperature inside the house is in the 80s. Yet, I was charged $159 for what! I m glad I made an appointment with another company for the next day. I definitely don t recommend this company.

The entire experience was a blessing. I sent a text to Robert in Jon Wayne in response to Angie's List. Robert calle me within a couple minutes. He explained the pricing, service call procedures and scheduling. I approved and immediately spoke with a scheduling technician who set me up immediately. I was provided the name of the plumber and an approximate time of arrival. The plumber (Steve Grimes) arrived within 25 minutes. He explained the repairs that needed to be done and approximately 90 minutes from my original text to Robert explaining the plumbing problem it was history, and the price was outstanding.Thing is I tried several other plumbers before I called Jon Wayne - beginning over a month ago and all I got was lies and promises. I would like to state that I received the most outstanding air condition service that I have ever received. My air conditioner stopped cooling so I called Jon Wayne Service company and they sent a Tech by the name of Carlos out to fix my system. Carlos was very polite and professional in all his actions in repairing my system. He explained everything he was doing. He had my system up and running in about an hour and a half. Carlos was the most professional technician that I have had working on my systems I have ever had. Jon Wayne Service Company should feel very lucky to have such a professional on their staff. We had started getting estimates a few weeks back and decided just to wait until it had gotten cooler to get a new AC. Well, Thursday our air conditioning unit decided it was going to quit. So much for getting more estimates, we chose Jon Wayne based primarily on the customer reviews and the amount of responses. We are so glad we did. Abel came out that very same day, very polite, well informed, knowledgeable and was genuinely interested in helping us get what best fit our needs instead of trying to sell us the most expensive things offered. He could've easily taken advantage of our ignorance regarding air conditioning units, capacity, etc. Instead, he took his time and went over every single detail based on the livable square footage of our home. He even offered to get us a window unit or try to temporarily fix our AC while we waited for the new unit to be installed the following day. Luckily for us we have an in wall unit in our converted garage that we slept in for the night. So we didn't need a temp fix or loner unit. During the entire process Abel made himself immediately available to us in case we had any questions or needed help, even followed up the following day to see how the new unit was and how our satisfaction was. Friday we were notified that the installers were loaded up and in route to the house. Blake and Justin arrived, introduced and began to tell me what they would be doing. They even laid out carpeting to not get my floors dirty, which was a pleasant surprise for me because I was not expecting that level of service. The were both polite and goal oriented in completing their task in a timely manner. Our new furnace was bigger than the last one and our closet needed to be reconfigured, the work they did on just that task alone was impeccable and looked as though it was built that way from the get go. Despite the large volume of work needed to be completed for this job, the two of them did an outstanding job if completing it expeditiously. At the end of the day when they had completed the install they took all the time we needed to understand how our new unit worked as well as the smart thermostat included with the package. On their way out they cleaned everything up and left our house just as it was before they arrived. Based on our experience I totally understand why Jon Wayne has the highest reviews. Thank you for your prompt and professional service.
The repairman made suggestions to improve my existing system but was too much price he would fix the problem but I bought some program to cut cost later my AC works great The person that came out to clean my ducts did the same thing trying to selling me more than I could afford I don t know much about HAVC BUT HIGH SALE PRESSURES IS WHAT I FEEL EACH TIME I NEED SOME WORK DONE

The team's, both A/C and Plumbing, we're topnotch professionals. They are courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the scheduling department is terrible!
