We were impressed by the knowledge and skill of the service agent who came to check our AC system. He was very courteous and professional, taking the time to explain the diagnostic process and options available for repair and maintenance. We highly recommend Richard Hickey, as we felt at ease that he was truthful and honest about his recommendations. We are glad we called on this company for our AC needs, as it is obvious they hire well trained quality personnel .
