Well besides Technician being friendly ( 1 star) I was not impressed with the overall service. Was rescheduled from my first scheduled appt due to many service calls. Was told I would get a call 30-45 minutes before they would arrive and I got a call about 5 minutes before. Technician was not given all the info on was was needed to get done. He provided an alternate solution assuming it would be easier for him without even checking and that wasn t the case. Although I had requested my Thermostat to be checked and replaced if needed, he did not make a note on my invoice that it was even checked. In the end, he called his office to have them process my CC which was declined twice and had me stressing since I had no idea why that was happening. He then told me he was over charging me ($100) and processed card himself which then it was approved. When I asked him why he couldn t have done it to begin with, he said he doesn t like processing credit cards. I also feel they are way too expensive!! Paid $809 to have him install 4 outlets which I provided and 1 AC breaker. Will not be using them in the future.
