Jonathan from the beginning was very awesome. He explained everything that was wrong with our unit. Once his evaluation was over he took time to explain the issues and helped us understand what we needed to do. He explained all options that were available for us to get our unit fixed. I love the great customer service and their employees . Good job! I Highly recommend this great company.
