Kevin was absolutely amazing, my new system wasn't cooling like it should he came out and within a few minutes he discovered the issue and resolved the problem. He also checked for other issues and fixed those as well. I am always amazed at the service you get with John Wayne. Thank you all for the wonderful service you provide. Everyone should feel comfortable using this company. Great job!!
