Our AC is working great, but we wanted some routine yearly maintenance done. This very young AC tech was on his phone half the time he was working. He left and entered our home numerous times without any updates to us on what exactly he was doing. You've got to talk to your customer!

When he's finally finished he informs my wife that our lower coils are dirty and it'll be $700 to clean it all out. All we wanted was a maintenance! Just cleaned up. He then tries to pitch multiple other services that can be done that range from the low hundreds to multiple thousands.
