Don t understand made a appointment to get a quote on a new AC unit and heater and was going to pay cash poor the unit they did not call me till 10 o clock they told me my appointment was from 8 to 10 they did not call me till 10 o clock I had called them prior at 9:30 and talk to somebody they said they were called me back so when they call me back the person that called me had no idea that I had talk to someone else and gave me a story that didn t match very unprofessional and the sad thing I got highly recommend it if they re treating theirFuture customers . It s sad not any kind of courtesy of giving me a call . Very disappointed very disappointed I just don t know how they could get so high ratings by doing this tpye of Business to their future customers very disappointing
