Mr. Hickey was extremely professional. Showed up at the beginning of our scheduled window and went straight to work. Figured out the problem with our A/C quickly and had it back up and running. Not too expensive. I ll definitely be calling John Wayne Services again.

Another great experience by the Jon Wayne service company today. It was our annual HVAC system check up. Juan Londono arrived promptly on schedule and was very friendly and courteous as well as keeping me updated throughout the service. He also was extremely patient with our husky that wanted to keep harassing him while he was working. Thank you for a great experience again today.

Reached out to Jon Wayne this morning and they were able to get a technician out here within an hour. Our technician, Daniel, did an amazing job fixing our issues and addressed all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend contacting Jon Wayne if you have any issues with your HVAC.

My appointment was scheduled for 8am-10am. I received a call just after 8am letting me know my technician would be slightly late as the service call before me took longer than anticipated. At approximately 9:45 am I recieved another call that my technician would arrive shortly, the representative I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite, professional and friendly. Tom and Justin arrived just after 10am. They introduced themselves to me and allowed me to explain the problem I was having with the air conditioning unit. I then showed them where both the inside and outside units were and the two got straight to work. Throughout the process both Tom and Justin let me know what was happening, answered my questions and took the time to not only tell me what was wrong but to ensure I understood how the options would effect other things as well as the overall air conditioning system. Tom and Justin were both polite, professional, knowledgeable and respectful throughout the entire service call. They both represented themselves and their company very well.

Got home from work late in the evening to no a/c. Called the service number and was told they d be out the next day on a Sunday!! . James was very professional,courteous, and got the job done quick. Will definitely use again!!

Had a tuneup on hvac today. Michael was awesome. Professional,courteous, and quick. Brought a few things to my attention and was on his way. All in all a good outcome. Jon Wayne service company is the best .

Had annual maintenance performed on a 2 yr old unit installed by Jon Wayne. Technician flushed the unit but it didn't drain. His solution? Put more water down the drain, then investigate. When he checked the line he noticed a crimp was causing the water not to drain. His solution? Jon Wayne plumbing can fix that for you. He recommended getting them out soon to make sure the water flushes. Too late. Water had already backed up and water spots appeared on my ceiling. 30 minutes later it was dripping on my floor. I called Jon Wayne back to find out what to do and they said someone would call me back. An hour and a half later they did. By that time my husband had already driven home, fixed the crimp and found a gasket sitting on top of the a/c unit in our attic. The Jon Wayne supervisor immediately began telling my husband about the crimp issue explaining that his technician has advised me to fix it until my husband asked about the gasket. To the question shouldn't this have been on the unit instead of on top of it, his simple reply was yes. Problem solved, but not by Jon Wayne.

Falsely provide that there duel trained technician could do electrical and plumbing. On the day of the appointment they called and said only the Electrician could come out and the plumber wouldn t be available for almost a week. This after I already waited several days. Their technician that came out for the electrical said apparently they have problems with their appointment personnel not providing accurate information and I was definitely not the only person this has happened too.
