Not impressed with Jon Wayne's ability to keep to appointment times. First appointment ran more than four hours late and had to be rescheduled. Second appointment was right on time. Joe Benevides was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. Subsequent water heater installation team came late (after dark). Installation appears to be good. Discovered today that they shoveled a lot of rocky soil and grass into a flower bed when they installed a new pressure regulator at the curb. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT!! They also removed the foam protector around my outside water spigot and did not reinstall it. Left it lying on the ground to blow away. I picked up plastic debris on the sidewalk and in the garage. Less than impressed with the installation team.
