We called Jon Wayne on a very hot morning when our AC went out, and they came out that same afternoon to give us an estimate. The next day they put in an 11 hour day and installed our new system. We were impressed with how professional, respectful, courteous, and friendly they were. I especially liked how our safety seemed important to them during these crazy times, and they wore their masks and honored social distancing. We couldn t be happier with how comfortable our home is these days! After we had our new HVAC system installed, we had to have a water line rerouted, and we used them again. They had to go crawling around in both of our attic spaces and cut multiple holes in sheetrock to do this. They were so good at explaining everything they did, and they kept the holes to the minimum they could get by with. They were very professional and neat with their work. I would highly recommend Jon Wayne!
