No hot water 5pm, here at 7AM next morning. Once again Steve Grimes (Absolutely WONDERFUL Man!!! Just the nicest ever :) Showed up on time, had it fixed within minutes, visited for a few and ALL SET! NO out of pocket costs due to JW SERVICE MEMBERSHIP!!!! Best of the Best Again!!
