Horrible experience. Called to fix no hot water and low water pressure in a shower. Needed a new cartridge which I provided. It was not till later that I learned the $536 I paid did not have any discount for the provided cartridge. Found out the price is the same no matter whose they use. Also now have a drip from the faucet which was not leaking before the repair. I paid over $500 to get hot water but a faucet that drips.
