Needed an oil change/tire rotation under the CPO program for my 2012 Equinox. Loved that around 4pm on a Tuesday there was no waiting. Service Advisors were courteous, attentive and very nice. One of them also put the rear windshield wiper cover back on after having the wiper replaced somewhere else. Appreciated the free exterior wash that was included as well. Nice touch to leave a dealership with a clean car even if just coming in for service.

I brought my car in to Jim Ellis Chevrolet on Tuesday July 28, 2020 to be serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for over 2 1/2 hours and when my car was brought to me, they had not and( did not) vacuum my car nor did they wash it. There were and still a light out on the back of my car. Paul Jerrell was my assistant and I let him know that my car was not complete according to the vehicle inspection report. He (Jim) stated that I would have to wait another 45minutes to get my car cleaned out. I was feeling ill that day is why I did not wait any longer. I called to office to address this matter and got no answer. I will call and make an appointment to have my service completed. I paid 79.69

I submitted an inquiry using the Make Me A Deal Tool. After we agreed on a price and value for my trade in, I was sure there would be a different story once I went to the dealership. The person I dealt with wasn't there so I worked with Ricardo Shands and I only wanted to look at the vehicle. He assured me several times that what I had agreed to online wouldn't change and I could go bring the trade in back and he would have everything ready. He stuck to his word and everything worked out great.

Just wanted to thank Seymour Content for making buying a car so pleasant and easy. If you want somebody that will not pressure you or try to up sell you then see Seymour. Found just what I wanted on the internet. Once we arrived at the dealership Seymour worked with us and was able to get us a great deal . We were in and out in what seemed like less than an hour. Although we bought the vehicle " as is" when we had a issue the following day Seymour stepped up and took care of us right away. Very impressed! Definitely has the "above and beyond" spirit. Will definitely use him again.

Picked up my vehicle today, after spending $800 plus on routine service and maintenance only to discover theft. I drive thru tolls in FL for work so my center console has small bills in cash, dollar coins and rolls of quarters. Didn't think that a dealership I've been working with for years would steal from me. Thought they could be trusted, but they are literally comfortable stealing from their customers.

I worked with Kalo Brantley and his knowledge base was phenomenal! He was able to find a vehicle with equipped with all of my "must have" features, and he was able to do all that while staying in my price range. I would definitely recommend all of my family and friends to shop here! And to shop with Kalo!!

Last month, I took possession of my third Chevy Equinox, a 2017 All-Wheel Drive. I worked with Jeovani Nava--whom I definitely recommend. He knows his stock. He is personable. He is totally bilingual, Every year, he sells many automotive vehicles as a result of this winning combination of traits. I had an extra benefit this time. I had to obtain a copy of the title to my former Equinox. Jeovani drove me to the DMV headquarters. He saved me a lot of money. We returned to Jim Ellis in a timely manner. That afternoon, I drove my new Equinox home. I have found that doing one's homework regarding car shopping is important. I presented my offer, and it was acceptedwith authorization on the spot. I include this as a compliment to the entire Jim Ellis dealership. Their Service Department is excellent as well. Jeovani, Vladimir, et al. Thank-you for all of your professionalism. Oh, the coffee and the waiting area are always pleasing. Thank-you, Jim Ellis Chevrolet, for all that you do.

My experience was great with the product specialist manager Seymour Content. My husband and I came in to look at a Yukon Denali and he assisted us immediately. During the test drive, he was not pushy, but informative. We received top notch service. I purchased and would highly recommend this dealership. Superb service!

I found a great car at Jim Ellis Chevrolet and then I met Mario who made the car buying process really easy. He was friendly and patient, not pushy, and answered all my questions. I would definitely buy again from Jim Ellis and Mario.

On June 3rd we dropped of 2011 Chevy Silverado for transmission reprogramming . Day before we were quoted $300.00 to do that. June 5th,when we picked up our truck we were charged $308.10+$2.95(compliance fee ?)+$30.81 JUNK FEE!!! Called 4 different times, left msg for Paul Jarrell to ask him about JUNK FEE but never heard back from him or anyone else. I know it's only $33.76,but think about all the customers that are charged this JUNK FEES! I hate writing bad reviews ,but you guys need to stop doing this.
Second issue: we were told truck was tested after reprogramming and its running great. Mileage in/out,before and after repair, are the same. No test drive was performed. Remember,we were told its running great. We don't see any difference before and after reprogramming.
Truck was registered under Antep Auto Sales.

Everyone in the service center was helpful and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure my car was in working order without suggesting anything unnecessary. The support manager made sure to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and explained any possible scenarios before they started. They authorized all of the repair work with me before starting and there were no unexpected charges at the end.

Since June 2019 to July 14,I have dropped three times in the row, the engine light still on.

I was pleased with the service and waiting areas. Though the Service Reps didn't readily acknowledge my presence because they were either with a customer or on the phone, the one that did help me eventually, acknowledged and said that someone would be with me shortly. Rep offered service to take me back home if I didn't wish to wait.
After my oil change was complete, I noticed that unlike my former dealership in NJ (Multi/Open Road) my vehicle was not washed. I did notice the list of car wash services for a price of course.
Nonetheless I'll see if this will be the best place to have my Traverse serviced again in the future.

Always have excellent service, but for the last several times my Tahoe was in the service dept I have not received the results or any problem my vehicle might experience . Is this item not prepared by the service tech anymore?

Being on the road and out of town, they were able to fit me in a busy schedule and had me out in a few hours. Very grateful for that. On the downside, they are the most expensive chevrolet service department in the country. I've had my oil changed in three states, this place is $30 over everyone else. If your traveling and need a reasonably price certified oil change, don't go here. The staff was friendly, but the service was not that professional, I needed to ask for a next service sticker. If your gonna be the most expensive service department in the USA, atleast provide a professional service.

Awesome! I dealt with the pre-owned department. Seymour Content, my salesman was excellent! Edwin, the finance rep was just as friendly, professional and timely. The best experience buying a car I and my wife ever had. We will refer all our friends and family.

Purchasing a car has always been an anxiety driven experience for me. My sales person, Fred Gamble made this by far the most easy going and pleasant car purchasing experience for my husband and I. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, he was fun to work with! Fred took his time with us and not once did we feel pressured or rushed. Excellent customer service! We love our new Equinox and we will definitely go back to Jim Ellis!

On 7.2.2018 my wife and I went to Jim Ellis Chevrolet to look at a new and used Chevy Tahoe. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tony Benitez. While Tony might be new to the Jim Ellis family he is not new to the car world and that was apparent throughout our time together. Tony took the time to connect with us and to figure out exactly what we needed. Tony did a great job of bridging the gap between us and the leadership team at the dealership and he was critical in us coming together on a price we could all agree on. Without Tony on our side I don't know if we would have been able to go home with our new Tahoe. If you or anyone else you know is in the market for a new Chevy, Buick or GMC I would highly recommend you connect with Tony and you won't be disappointed.

I just bought a 2019 Camaro last night and the customer service was outstanding. Franklin, the sales representative, helped me get an awesome deal on the vehicle, and he was just so friendly and attentive. Also, the finance manager, Dominique, was so sweet and funny and made the entire financing process seamless. She made the entire experience so welcoming and exciting with her bright energy and informative conversation. I recommend this dealership 120%!

1. My car was returned 2 days late.
2. I called late in the day to ask the status of my car, and was told that my service advisor had left for the day, and that I would have to call back the next day. I asked, therefore, that someone find out the status of my car NOW, rather than make me wait for the next day, and call me back. Nobody called me back. Apparently, my car was actually ready, but no one called me and I had to wait an extra day.
3. The email confirmation of the work that I requested to be done did not look like what I had asked for. I called back and was told that the system did not allow entry of the specific customer service requests. Apparently, only canned services can be entered. An email resend of my confirmation looked just like the original - not reflecting what I asked for.
4. I asked specifically, in written instructions that I provided to the service advisor, that synthetic oil be used for the oil refill. The invoice does not list synthetic oil, so I have no idea if synthetic oil was used.
5. My car was returned smelly with some sort of air freshener. It still has an unpleasant smell after more than a week.
6. When I went to pick up my car, after it had supposedly been completed the day before, I still had to wait a while for "paperwork to be completed."
7. There is more, and I could go on, but you get the idea.

Came for a simple oil change and tire rotation that was free since I just bought the car at this dealership. First of all I waited 15 mins before being told that I was at the wrong service center. This is after the greeter told me to go inside THAT service center. After driving to the correct place I waited for another 30 mins before I was helped. I had an appt at 9 and they took my car at 9:45.
WORST PART. They broke my lock nut socket somehow and then used their master to put the lock nuts back on. Then asked if I wanted to buy another set from them. When I said no they were ready to send me on my way WITH TIRES I CAN NOT CHANGE! This is unacceptable.

Awful! They wanted to yank around all these thousands of fees. Finally they offered me a bottom line price "Out the Door" we agreed on. Then they took their offer back and said the best offer they could do was $1,590 more than the bottom line out the door price we agreed on.

One of the best experiences buying a car. Two days after getting my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder from Jim Ellis, the tranny dropped out. Jim Ellis not only warranted the transmission (used car, sold as is and not a brand Ellis has a dealership), they took the car to NIssan and had them install a new transmission and a new radiator (radiator cracked leaking water into the transmission, a defect in pathfinders).

Don Campbell handled this very well. So did Dan the sales manager and salesman Joey D, one of the nicest, no BS guys I have dealt with in buying a car. no pressure, and when the problem happened, they all got together and fixed it immediately, no waiting, no trying to pass it off as "as is" or anything.

True professionals. They went way beyond what they had to in order to make sure I was happy. Even gave me a loaner for a week.

The Jim Ellis experience was awesome! I'll be taking my Chevy van and Pontiac Solstice there from now on.

I bought a used Nissan and they treated me like I bought a new Corvette.

Poor customer service. If you're trying to buy a car and like being ignored, check them out. The sales managers don't even return calls. Maybe you'll even get the same rude, sexist salesman I did!

This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I ever had. Not only was Blake a gentlemen, he listened and helped me choose the right car for me. He acknowledged my financial situation, gave me an excellent deal on my trade in and came in exactly on target with my monthly payment. Did I forget to mention the entire dealership worked as a team and this made the whole process a very positive experience. From the financing to the Manager I was treated with the utmost respect. Thank you Blake Kenya and the team.

I was at Jim Ellis last month with my wife and we were looking at a 2015 suburban. Our sales person Kelvin Endee was so helpful and even delivered the vehicle to my house. Greatest car buying experience I have ever had. I even referred my friend to go and see Kelvin.

Had a great experience with Jim Natili buying a 2016 Tahoe for my wife. Super easy in and out process- got the truck I wanted for what I wanted to pay. Brought my own financing, no hassle at all. I d definitely buy another truck there, no doubt about it.

We purchased a new vehicle from Jim Ellis Chevrolet and our sales person Bill O'Hara was wonderful. He found exactly what we wanted and had everything ready when we arrived at the dealership. There was no hassle or pressure. Tony Brown was also very helpful with the accessories. Katherine took her time to show us how to work the technology in the vehicle in a way we could understand. Great Job Jim Ellis!

By far Dino Hill one of the best salesman i have ever met. My experience was terrific just a little disappointed with the financial section. Sometimes you just don't want to buy all the coverage offered by them, just because, nobody has the right to get mad because you rejected an offer. 5 star for Dino Hill.

I have had two recent experiences with Jim Ellis s...

I have had two recent experiences with Jim Ellis service. The first time, I had an appointment but dropped the car off before my appointment. They decided not to look at the car that day and kept it. The second day they looked at it and, even though I had authorized fixing up to a certain amount, they decided not to fix and kept the car 2 more days so I had a rental car for 4 days, adding to my expense. In the end they only needed to do an oil change and clean the engine compartment because the problem was a previous botched oil change done by Express Oil Change. While they don't find it important to get your job done, they do want to make sure you have all of your service items like cabin air filters done there. They ask about that sort of thing every time they talk to you.

I came back with another appointment to have the car evaluated because it is getting poor mileage. Again they made an appointment but didn't really plan on looking at it at the appointment time. I ended up having to drop it off and, by they time they looked at it, I had to take the car back without having any work done.

The person you are able to talk to is not the mechanic. The mechanic will not call you. I found myself on the phone with the service coordinator relaying my questions to the mechanic in the same room, which was better than the previous time when any question was followed by another 2 hour wait for the coordinator to talk to the mechanic.

Anyhow, I'm done with this garage as my car is out of warranty. I show up for my appointments. They do not show up for theirs.

Over the past seven years, the family has purchase...

Over the past seven years, the family has purchased six vehicles from Jim Ellis Chevrolet. The biggest reason for us returning time and again is the people at the dealership. For each of our cars, Jeovani Nava has been our sales associate. The very first time we visited, we were simply on a fact finding visit. Jeovani did not pressure us, but let us ask as many questions as we wanted. His knowledge of the vehicle inventory was superb. Four months later, we returned, and we purchased that first vehicle. Another big reason for us returning is the service we receive. Brandon Colon has been our service advisor over the years, and he's always able to explain what's caused any problem we've had, or he's there when we simply need an oil change. Both Jeovani and Brandon remember us by name, and that's customer service! We're currently exploring the purchase of a Chevy Colorado, and Jeovani has been answering our questions. Once again, we are feeling no pressure, but we're getting the information to make the decision that's right for us.

My experience At Jim Ellis Chevrolet was a lot better than I expected. My sales associate was Jalen Walker and he made the process as easy as possible for me. I am a first time buyer and from out of state so I was originally worried about having a hassling process. It was far from that. I would definitely recommend my friends and family in the area to Jim Ellis Chevrolet and to work with Jalen.

Excellent service department !!
Louise, in the service department is a wonderful gentleman. Recently I brought in my 2016 Chevy Tahoe for a minor warranty service and oil change. I was greeted promptly and was assured that I would be back on the road soon. 12 hrs later Louise delevered !
A real pleasure to work with Jim Ellis Chevrolet... Awesome service !!!!

I want to give a big thank you to Mr. Thomas Scott. I came by Jim Ellis with my Mom looking for my first car. He was very helpful, offering some good advice for the first time car buyer. He gave some great suggestions on which car would be beneficial for me, and he was very patient, answering all my questions, openly and honestly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. Thanks, Mr. Scott!!

Below is a Service Department ONLY review! Sales for us is 5+ stars and we only BUY our cars from this dealership. Ask for Reggie Stagmaier, he is the BEST! If you use this dealership for service, good luck you you, we ve been trying for years and we are done now.

As far as the SERVICE DEPARTMENT; Vladimir is the best employee at this service location and he absolutely keeps that place together! He deserves 5+ stars and is the only thing that kept us from giving this review 1 star. His service is exceptional and we only tolerate the incompetence of the other people working there because we trust our cars with Vlad.

As unfortunate as it may be, Vlad needs to take breaks (though he obviously doesn't get many because he is always running around making up for what the other employees aren't doing) and we came back to pick up our car while he was at an extremely late in the day lunch. We told Vlad when we would be there and even texted "20 minutes prior to arrival" like the text service asked. However the process was still a mess. We stood at the desks while 2 employees ignored us for close to 5 minutes, not on the phone or talking to clients (it was empty inside) just shifting papers about and typing on their computers. Robert finally looks up and asks if we'd been helped even though he was there when we got in. We told him we were here to pick up our car, he responded with a smart "I wouldn't suggest it, they are heavy"...we get it, you think you're funny but can you actually help us? He called a porter to go get our car and we waited over 15 minutes. 15! That is unheard of. All the while we had to listen to Robert schmooze a customer over the phone about how his warranty on parts can't be matched and he wouldn't advise them even bothering to waste their time looking elsewhere, he sounded slimy at best. The man finally returns without our car and hands the service person our keys saying it "must be up front"... okay, but then they hand US the keys and say your car is out front. I waited 15 minutes to go find my own car... I could have done that 15 minutes ago! Fine, I walk out looking for the car and can't find it, only to ask the runner where it was, he vaguely points and says "over there." Luckily I followed the sound of my keyless entry beeps and came across my Corvette...only to have the thing I brought it in for now not working at all. Seriously?

The latch on my trunk was recalled but mine was working perfectly BEFORE service so I asked Vlad not to touch it unless they had to. Now the trunk won't open at all. I stormed back into service and got the displeasure of dealing with Robert again and I asked for the manager, Brandon. Robert went into the clear office and we could see them chatting for awhile...we can actually see you, not a great idea when you're in a glass office. No way to treat an already irate client. Robert comes back and says "he can see you now" with attitude for miles. I said "really?" to which he responded "yeah, really, had to see if he was available." Good idea, give the upset client more attitude. Regardless, the manager came out to my car, messed with some buttons, lowered the convertible top, put it back up and said something about resetting the system and then apologize about how it should have been done before I got there. Yeah, I feel the same way. He was polite but I was already so mad I just wanted to leave. At no point should a service department treat clients the way we were treated and I am so very greatful that my husband was with me because for many years I have brought my cars by myself and the good ol' boys in the service department treat women like they can't be bothered to deal with them. At least now my husband could see first hand how the employees have a complete disregard for your time.

Vlad is the only person that is kind, knowledgeable and competent with customers, but sadly his excellence no longer makes up for dealing with the rest of the crew, I think we will be finding another shop for our cars after this experience and advising our friends do the same.

I pulled over in to Jim Ellis' lot after puncturing a tire on debris on Peachtree Industrial approaching 285 after swerving to avoid a large box in the road. I was really stressed and late for a meeting and Robert in the service department had the spare put on free of charge within a few minutes flat. He also contacted the local Nissan dealer to see if they had the tire I needed. This was all the more stressful a situation due to it being a rental car, but the kind help I found here made all the difference to a bad start to the day.

More like Jim Hell-is!

More like Jim Hell-is!

First I applied online through the USAA car buying app on a Kia Soul that was at a great price, once I called about it the car was somehow just sold in a 30 minute window although it showed in all inventory (and still does!)

Luckily for me another one just came in with similar miles and features for a little more. There were no pictures online and after some haggling I was finally able to obtain the carfax and about five pictures of the car (all interior). I was told it was in perfect condition with no dings or scratches by Keenan Matthews.

I finally got the price where we agreed and took off work early and drove over an hour to get there. On arrival both entire sides of the newly arrived Kia were scratched, slashed and bent like it had been driven by John Candy and Steve Martin from Planes, Trains and Automobiles!

The right front tire was gouged to the point of replacement and numerous other flaws were discovered. They then stated that it had been through service although that was soon contradicted by another salesman.

After checking the oil stick I found it burnt and caked all along the dipstick. Again they said it could be checked by their mechanics and reassured me it would be in excellent condition and verified. (Although I was told that already happened that morning)

Long story short we left and cannot express how much we DO NOT recommend Jim Ellis Chevrolet or Eagle Eye Keenan!

I will see our second salesman Neal did try to remedy the situation and filled up our tank for the trouble

My only regret is I didn t think to take the picture of the damage on the Kia to share

Melvin, Jeremy and Brittany made sure that the truck purchase I made last week was a pleasant experience. Melvin was very professional, honest and prompt, answering all of my questions and being understanding even when I switched from a used truck to a new truck in the middle of the process. Jeremy also was professional and efficient in the finance process, having everything in order with the correct negotiated pricing on the contract and low pressure in presenting optional additional services. Brittany did a great job showing me how to use the mylink system, navigation, phone, etc. Her simple method made it easy to learn and understand the advanced features of the truck. This is the second vehicle I have purchased in the last four years from the dealership, and I am certain I will do business with them in the future.

I am not having a good experience with this dealership! In fact that my vehicle still there and you know what? Its being over a week now. The service adviser promise to give us a quote for the tires last week and we were the ones who end up ordering the tires on tire rack. The service adviser also promise to give us a loaner vehicle Saturday and they didn't have one and we called Monday and they still didn't have one.... I am extremely disappointed and the service center of this dealership is nothing more than a mess!

I have been bringing my vehicles to jim ellis for several years, this experience was by far the worst one in which i will never return to this location again, the lack of communication between myself and my counter representative was HORRIBLE, the dishonesty played a huge part, my vehicle was put into their shop on monday for a door regulator and motor, i asked how long would my car be in for repairs so i could make arrangements for a rental i was told 2 days max, after i returned my rental i contacted them and was told my vehicle was not ready should be ready the next day, Thursday i reached out again and was told yet again it still was not ready, friday afternoon i called, same thing still not ready, after being frustrated i asked to speak to a supervisor and instead of being transferred to one i was told my information would be passed over to one and i should receive a call, i never did so i had to call, once i spoke to a supervisor i was informed that the reason my car wasnt ready was because there was a part that had been ordered that had not made it yet, something the representative who was assisting me never communicated! Not to mention they want you to give them permission to do the repairs on your vehicle with only an estimate, not the actual expenses in which you will be paying so you can say yes to 1,200 in repairs and when you pick up your vehicle your total amount can be $1,800 how can someone agree to an amount thats only an estimate! They need to do a lot better with the communication with their customers because without your customers your business can t run itself

Last year I gave a bad review because the service department didn t return my car the way they got it. They didn t complete the repairs. The service manager contacted and said he would take care of the issue. In as much, he asked me to take down my bad review. Well he never took care of the issue. The bad review is back up. The service department is terrible. I don t know who owns this place but if Jim Ellis still does, he only cares about your money.

I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation, I received the oil change but didnt get a tire rotation until I had to go off...but the charge was on my bill. I knew they didnt rotate them because I marked my tires. As I was going to check my car, they said you have to pay...I told them I have to check my car because I dont trust mechanics. And lo and behold my tires were not rotated. I asked to speak to the manager and when he came, he tries to tell me they did rotate my tires until I showed him proof...then he wanted to apologize and he said well he had all the equipment out to rotate them but I guess he got distracted, yeah well you didnt get distracted to charge me. Of course I was disappointed because that means now I have to wait another 15 minutes after an already hour and a half to finally get my tires rotated....

Super easy!

Super easy!
We did our research and looked around for two weeks. We checked out Carmax and a few other local dealers with no luck. On Monday morning (week three) we decide to try again at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. We meet Seamour. He's really nice with a friendly smile. We tell him what we are looking for and our price range. We're in luck he has a few (minivans) in stock and within 5-10 minutes he has the one I was eyeing from the Internet in front of the building! I test drove the car. Next we talk money, we are able to work out a deal everyone was happy with. Next we meet with Cherise, who is able to get us better financing than what we came in with. She is very efficient but warm.
We went in at 10 and left in our new car at 12:44.
Super easy!

I have a crazy work schedule that makes it hard for me to schedule service for my Sonic. I needed to have my tires/rims check since my air pressure warning light came on every other day. I was able to fit in a couple of hours to head over to Jim Ellis Chevrolet and ask if they could fit me in. They made the time, found the problem and installed two tires (my rims were ok).

I really appreciate Billy Ray Heinlein and the service team for making sure my car is safe to drive.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying a car here! Our product specialist Jim Natili was great! We went in after work last night knowing what we wanted. We went to countless dealerships and had some awful experiences. We were greeted when we walked in, (even though it was like an hour before they close) Jim was very nice and attentive. He listened to our concerns what we were wanting and adjusted to our needs. Thank you Jim we love our car!

Freddy Florian was my first contact through email from internet sales when I showed interest. He was super Helpful and friendly, making me really want to go take a look at the car!

Our Finance manager Karrie Haynes was very personable, funny and explained everything we were signing as we went along. She was very transparent with everything. We were very happy with our entire experience and these three were just great to do buisness with!!
We are overall extremely happy with our purchase and experience and would recommend Jim Ellis to our friends and family, as well as recommend those that worked with us!

This is the only place I ll take both of my Chevy vehicles. I worked with a new service advisor this time. Which isn t the norm.. His name is Marcos and he did an amazing job, despite all that s going on with the pandemic. We had a couple bumps along the way with my Tahoe.. but overall, the staff (including some of the execs) took more than great care of me. They listened to all of my concerns, even through the frustration. I couldn t be more pleased with my service. Everyone in the bay always greets me in a timely manner to make sure I ve been helped. I love that. I don t have to stand around waiting to talk to someone. Steve, another one of the service advisors, also helped a ton while I was there as well. I had both of my vehicles taken care of. I don t take my Chevys to Jim Ellis because I have to. I live nowhere close to it. But they provide more than great service, and I always feel at home. Everyone knows my name. And they know exactly what vehicle is mine. I can t brag enough. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!!

Unfortunately, my experience here did not go well at all. I am only completing this because I keep receiving emails to review the company. I will say this - Vlad is very welcoming and accommodating. I won't be returning to this company.

Brought a Chevy to Atlanta and have had to get it serviced, once for body repair for somebody hitting me, and another for recall. Neither experience was particularly bad, but the service website, email notification, and phone operators made organizing the service easier here. Felt guilty about having to reschedule because of work-related occurrences, but my appointment was easily and kindly switched.

Great service once I was passed off from one clerk to the other. The service center was running behind on appointments but was clearly explained to me how much time is going to be needed. The clerk was pretty accurate on his guesstimated wait.

Ricardo did a splendid job selling me my new Silverado. Chaurice and Steven in the finance department did a wonderful job assisting me with a trade-in that I was upside down on. They were able to get me in a better, newer vehicle with no money down and virtually the same monthly payment. I highly recommend Jim Ellis Chevrolet!!

Worst ever!!! If I could give zero stars in would for the pre-owned half of this location. We went there to look for a very specific car they had online. Once we got there they pulled the car around which had a little bit more wear and tear then pictured but we were still interested so we sat down. The WHOLE TIME we were there they said someone else was trying to buy the car (sales tactic) and upped the price. While they were asking for 23,000 we offered 21,000 to take it home then and there. While "talking" to sales Manger ANOTHER SALES GUY COMES UP AND GRABS THE KEYS AND IS SHOWING THE CAR TO ANOTHER PERSON BEFORE WHILE WE WERE AGREEING ON A PRICE!!! At that point I wouldn't take the car if it was FREE!!! Then to.top it off the sales manager who came over to talk was a douche bags and when I called to complain after we left to a different manager, all they did was ignore my call and send it to voicemail!!! Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned cash somewhere else that will atleast show you some common courtesy...

We drove 2hrs to do business at Jim Ellis Chevrolet and they went over and above to make it a good experience! Our salesman was Thomas Scott and he was phenominal. Anything that needed to be done he was right on it. Vance and Jeremy were also both very kind and made the buying process smoothe and easy! We will be recommending this dealership to our friends and family. It was worth the drive!!

I can say this, don't lie to me to my face about something that don't need to be changed out when it doesn't! I will never come back to the non speaking staff establishment again and I was going to buy a NEW TRUCK from you all.

This was definitely the fastest car buying experience I've ever had. Our Product Specialist was Melvin Sandlin. He had us in-and-out in no time and was very helpful when it came to getting us exactly what we wanted. To add to that wonderful service experience, which was about two weeks ago, when I called today with questions, he remembered exactly who we were, even mentioning my husbands birthday that just passed and other personal things we had discussed. This made me feel like he was really paying attention and genuinely interested as apposed to just trying to get a sale. With service this great, we would definitely recommend AND shop again!

Update: Had to take a couple stars because I was told that they would have second set of keys ready after 30 days, which seems like it was a scam to get me to pay additional for the second key. Also because a month after I made the purchase, the A/C goes out because of a huge hole in a hose, which had to have been visible during their inspection so when I asked about any defects before making the purchase, it would've been great for Mr. Sandlin to disclose this. I still love the vehicle and would've purchased it either way. I just would've liked to have a warning before having to spend another $500-600 right away on something that was not disclosed and is not covered by the warranty that I purchased.
That to say this: due to the slight feeling of deception, I'm not sure I'd go back.

This place is awesome . No pressures or gimmicks. They assign the customer to a sales rep and you deal with that person till your finish. I had Dino Hill and he was very professional and honest. I never felt pressured or in a hurry to make a purchase. This place runs very smooth and efficient.

I got recommend to work with Reggie Stagmaier by Robert Frost. Reggie was able to get 3000 off my new 2015 Chevy Spark and I drove out of the dealership that day with my new car. Since this was my 1st time buying a new vehicle I wasn't sure what to except but Reggie took great care of me through the whole experience and got me into a car I'm now loving driving.

Oil change went very quickly. Had to wait a while for the free car wash, but it was worth it. Got the truck back looking brand new. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and has vending machines, bathrooms and televisions.

I only take my SUV there for basics like oil changes. It's close to my job and the shuttle drivers are really nice. I spent hundreds of dollars trying to get a problem resolved without success. I took it to a different Chevy dealership and they diagnosed and fixed the problem pretty quickly. They told me that one of my tires could be patched. It could not.

The help that I got from Dino Hill to get my 2016 Camaro was amazing. I was there until well after closing and he was very kind, helpful, and made sure that he walked me through all the details of my new car. I will be referring all of my friends to Dino @ JimEllis.

Thanks guys!
