Awesome car buying experience! The Customer Service it beyond excellent.
Awesome car buying experience! The Customer Service it beyond excellent.
Went in for the first of two free services and the tech manager was professional, and courteous and they completed the service ahead of schedule. Also, waiting room has great cubes and free wi-fi for working while you wait.
I had the BEST experience with Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Fredrick Gamble and his team was NOTHING short of amazing!! He helped at all cost, by any means into the perfect car for me. The team here is heaven sent. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time! Thank you guys so much!
I purchased a vehicle from Mario he was very courteous and professional I will definitely return to make another purchase when I'm in the market
Luis is THE BEST!!! Always goes above and beyond in taking care of our family cars!!!
Great experience got the exact car I wanted ask for Kelvin Endee !!!
I purchased my vehicle March 2018 and was told I would receive 3 oil changes at no charge. I went was there for my third free oil change and was told that my paperwork only reflected two free oil changes. I even had the name of the financial manager that I worked with Sam and still was charged full price.
What a pleasant process buying from Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Mario Moreland was very helpful and had the truck ready by the time I got to the dealership. He answered all of the questions I had and made the process a breeze.
My girlfriend and I purchased a car from here going on two months ago and they have still not completed the title transfer paperwork. They are giving us the run around, making us hold 3 way calls because they disagree with the person at the tag office, and have been generally unhelpful.
They aren't returning our calls or communicating and they are treating this as it's not their problem.
All the good customer service stopped after we purchased the vehicle.
We are unable to register the car without their paperwork and currently the cars tags are expired.
In May I got a Chevy Equinox and needed to find the place where I would regularly get it serviced. I knew right away that I was going to use Jim Ellis. I have quite a few friends that have brought cars from them and had service done on those vehicles and they were pleased. Can I say that I'm pleased too. The customer service is the best in the business. They haven't taken too long to get to my car for service and if they know it's going to take a while, well you can borrow a car from them or go next door and get a car from Enterprise that they pay for. Can't say enough good things about Jim Ellis. All I can tell you is to try it out yourself.
Jim Ellis Automotive Group sold to me a WRECKED vehicle with "SEVERE" damage, and Lied about it.
I discovered this when I went to trade in my 2015 GMC Yukon. What made this even more offensive is that the vehicle was wrecked while they owned the truck (meaning they knew about it) it was repaired, and sold to me with a warranty, not As Is, Now, I am finding out that the vehicle is worth $10,000 less than market value for sale or trade.
When I inquired about the vehicle history and asked if the car had been flooded or damaged, the Sales Manager stated "No, the vehicle has no damage and actually has a balance of the warranty remaining". When I asked for a vehicle history report, the dealer said they do not provide them and I would have to go purchase one on my own. I should have been more thoughtful and purchased one myself.
As a consumer, I never expected to have been lied to about purchasing something as costly as a motor vehicle. Having been in sales before, I know trust is an important factor and gave this dealership my trust. After asking the dealership to purchase back the vehicle, their VP of Operations stated they were under no obligation to disclose that the vehicle was wrecked and "good luck" getting a lawyer.
It is one thing to not be obligated to do something, that is very different from doing what is honorable and right as a matter of principle. I'm in the process of retaining legal counsel to address the matter. Be very cautious about this dealer, or avoid them altogether.
IN RESPONSE TO @Jimellis Automotive Group: Thank you for the reply, yet those statements are completely inaccurate/false. The vehicle was sold with a balance of manufacturer's warranty and the original sticker, nothing indicating the vehicle was sold "As Is", nor was there a Car Fax or vehicle history report of any type provided. Why would anyone pay full market value for a vehicle with a history that indicated "Severe Damage"? It is completely illogical. The best outcome is to buy back the vehicle completely for what I paid, I don't want anything else off your lot, nor do I wish to deal with anyone at this dealership as my initial experience was horrible, to begin with.
There is a credibility issue with the culture of the sales team at Jim Ellis Automotive Group and I want no further part or participation in.
RESPONSE # 2 - HERE'S SOME MORE LOGIC IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY
I just want to point out that #1 - if you state you had a car fax report in my sales file, yet still sold the vehicle for full market value, why would any reputable dealer do such a thing??? You're walking yourself into a corner with statements which either mean Jim Ellis Automotive Group is...
1. Lying about having disclosed the damage or
2. Conducting a dishonest business by selling vehicles for more than they are actually worth.
Neither are good qualities for a business that depends on customer trust.
My options are for Jim Ellis are to buy back the car + payments or let a judge decided what the penalty for Dealer Fraud will be to correct the dishonest behavior.
Reggie Stagmaier the Man! And the whole Jim Ellis Crew were great to work with as well. Got a great EV at a great price!
Never going to this place again they sold me a a truck with problems, and they dont want to fix it. Don't trust Vince Or Ricardo, they will do anything to sell you a truck.
Their word means NOTHING!!! They will waste your time even after you go thru the appointment making process, speak to a sales manager and receive a text at 830am the morning of your appointment to see a vehicule confirming your appointment...then you ll load up all theee of your children, drive the hour to get there to be told that they sold that vehicle last night and couldn t call to you this morning because they were in a meeting but they have 2 other vehicles you might like. BAIT AND SWITCH IS CROOKED!!! Run run run run
I would have to say that you will find some very experienced and knowledgeable people in every department only because they have been there for many years! Great service all around and the moral that the employee have working together as a team just goes to show that this store has what it takes to make me feel like I have made a good decision with my shopping experience!
Deliverd a vehicle there. Customer service reps treat tow truck drivers like we have a disease. I hated going there. Unorganized.
Purchased a used car from Ellis. The deal was a good, fair deal and when it was realized that there were issues with tires and other issues, they immediately took care of the issue as part of the deal. Excellent to work with. Jim Natili was the salesperson i worked with and it was a great experience working with him. Highly recommended
Dino Hill gave me great service, he answered all of my questions, and got me into the car that I thought I couldn't purchase. He was very pleasant and positive throughout the entire process.
No hassle buying. Great Customer Service does what it takes
My only complaint is I tried to book through my chevy app, it said I had to call. I called several times and the phone just rung and rung and hung up. I was never able to get anyone on the phone. I just had to show up the next morning. The positive; they were able to fit me into the days schedule that day even without an appointment.
I had a wonderful experience at Jim Ellis. I went in to look at a used Yukon with an appointment on a Saturday. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived and the salesmen, Mark and Billy, went above and beyond to make this deal work!!! The manager was just as helpful and went above and beyond as well!!!! These guys are the best!!!! I will continue to make the 2 hour drive to Jim Ellis for mine and my families future auto needs!!!! This was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle!!! Thank you ALL so much for putting up with me and making sure I was happy and in the vehicle I wanted when I left there!!!! You guys are amazing!!!!!
MR LUIS VALDEZ THE SERVICE ADVISOR HE IS A EXCELLENT MEMBER OF JIM ELLIS
This is the worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from! It has been 2 months since I purchased a 2007 Corvette from them and I still have not received a registration for the vehicle! When I call I get the run around telling me to contact my local title office, so I contact them and was told the paper work was sent back to Jim Ellis because I was overcharged for tax! When I call them to speak to a manager they will not put you thru to one! that in its self should tell you what sort of business they run! I was charged almost a $500 "doc fee" to do my title work and registration and I would have got better use of that money by burning it!! If they do not want to correct this matter I will continue to leave negative reviews on other sites of them, call General Motors corporate, the Georgia department of motor vehicles, the Georgia attorney generals office and anyone else willing to help me in this matter! I basicaly have a vehicle I can not drive and I live 4 hours from the dealership! If I were Jim Ellis I would be finding me a better general manager! at least one with balls to take a phone call from an upset customer! avoid this place like the plague! especially if you live out of state because evidently they do not know how to process out of state title work!!!!
Luis was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! He is the definition of customer service. He called me EVERY DAY to tell me the progress on my car. If I didn't answer, he'd call back. I just love & appreciate him for being such an outstanding & dedicated employee...
I had a serious service issue with my Chevrolet Impala. Brandon Colon got involved and quickly turned my experience into a positive one. He followed up with me to give me an update on where he was in the process with my vehicle and made sure I was completely satisfied. Things do not always go perfect in business but there is alot to be said when someone in the organization goes above and beyond to make the situation right.
Thanks Brandon for making a positive memorable experience!
I took my 2007 Saturn Vue into the service center and found out that it was basically dying. The customer service rep. was very kind and gave me clear options for what I could possibly do. I decided it may be time to look at some of the new cars - so he introduced me to Michael Ricard in the sales department. I explained to Michael that I did not want a high car note but needed something efficient and good on gas. He immediately gave me some of the excellent options they had on the lot. He narrowed down the various amenities that I wanted and helped me find a cute, affordable car! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed, happy with my purchase. I really appreciate the hard work and attention to service he gave me and I really love my car! I will definitely go back to Jim Ellis and refer my friends to Michael!
I bought a Lexus GX, three days ago and Melvin my sales person was outstanding. He provided great service and answered all my questions. I would recommend Melvin and Jim Ellis to anyone that wants great service.
Horrible!!! Stay away from these shady dealerships that only look forward to ripping off customers. I visited Jim Ellis Chevrolet on November 19th, 2014. I was in need of some repair services on my Pontiac, a typical oil change and diagnostic test. The service advisor "Jerry" Gerald Christopher told me that it would take about a day and he would call me the following morning and tell me what time I could pick my car up on the following day. The following day I had not received a phone call by the late afternoon so, I called Jerry. After leaving a message, because of course he was busy ripping off another customer he finally called me back and told me that my vehicle had not yet been looked at because I did not have an appointment. Keep in mind the previous day, he told me that the vehicle would be ready on the following day. I immediately told them that I would be there that day because I needed my car, after all this is my only source of transportation.
I also contacted the service manager Brian ext.28189 about the incident, he told me that my vehicle had not been looked at but, he would get someone to look at it soon. Later, on after picking up my vehicle, I found out that the technician had only looked at my vehicle after I called the service manager. They found that the torque sensor on my vehicle was malfunctioning and for this small job it cost me $618 dollars, $300dollars of that price was for the labor alone. After leaving the dealership, I just wanted to drive away from this evil, relentless bunch of unprofessional idiots as fast as possible, however my car's tire sensor light came on before I could even reach interstate 285. How could they have missed this in my so called oil change, with a 52 point inspection? I was forced to immediately return to the shop and get my car repaired again. Now my car is wobbling and the steering wheel will not stop making noise. Will I ever recommend, suggest, or use this refusing to call you back, only trying to get in as many customers as possible and do a half-$$$ job dealership? NOOOOOO!!!! Save yourself and try a dealership that has a good reputation and not a dealership that pays the cable companies and the radio stations to play their commercials constantly, making consumers think that they are a reputable company.
Now I'm at another dealership waiting to have my car fixed properly. Jim Ellis Chevrolet never completed my work or even checked my car. At another dealership in Roswell, they performed a real 52 point inspection on my car. They told me that my intermediate shaft is broken, my brakes are bad and the air filter needs replacing. Jim Ellis is a bad dealership taking advantage of hard working individuals like myself. Don't believe the inspection paper, with the green box checks, either. The job they perform on your car is terrible flawed. Take my advice, save your money and go elsewhere.
From making the appointment, the prompt and friendly customer care and checking out once the service was complete was a great experience. My Service Advisor, Robert Sigman is very knowledgeable, friendly and has excellent customer service skills. Will not hesitate to recommend the Jim Ellis Service Center and Robert as a Service Advisor! Well done!
I don't understand why a scheduled appointment takes 3hrs. What's the point of making an appointment when treated like a walk-in?
Robert Sigman is Awesome! Great sense of humor, customer focused, full of fun energy, and he treated me like I was important to him. In-processing is a little long but he is definitely a people person! His great customer service set my day in a good direction. Robert even told me upfront what I would be paying for my service. Dealers are always overpriced but it gave me a minute to process the shock instead of reacting afterwards.
They did an outstanding job of fixing my vehicle. I highly recommend them.
I was gonna buy a corvette from this dealership but unfortunately i couldnt because we couldnt come to an agreement for my trade in but put this aside i have never come across such nice people from the sales manager to the sales guy i wish i remembered the names they were straight forward offered to put me into a brand new 2SS instead but i refused but they gave me advice what to do with my trade in and were patient and took the time to hear me out thats what mattered the most to me and thats why i will do business with these people i again in the future hopefully with better luck this time they look at you as a person and not as a dollar sign
Great experience with Kalo on my purchase. Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism. Overall great hassle free experience.
i wanted to finish my review on William Ohara was the best by far car dealers i have ever had and i will be buying from him again. He made my experince the best I ever had. Very easy to make my purchase.
Awful customer service. I was ready to pay cash in full for a vehicle. All either Natasha or Mark had to do was double check to make sure it had the features I wanted. Neither could take the time to get back to me with an answer. It seems like they don't want to sell vehicles. Took my business elsewhere.
We had a great experience with Seymore and Sam. They made the process of buying a used SUV very simple and easy. They were wonderful to work with and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We felt great and comfortable with our purchase when we left! Thanks again!
Kelvin provided a wonderful buying experience for my wife and I two days before Christmas. Helped us buy a present for our son. We will be back to buy more from Kelvin in the future!!!
Was a pleasure working with Franklin. Very knowledgeable on the Chevy Lineup. I recommend you to ask for Franklin if you re looking for a new vehicle
The salesman s were helpful and they weren t pushy and they seem to follow up after the sale I like buying here.
It was a nice experience. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pretty smooth experience for car buying. Sergio and Tim are the best.
Great experience here with Kaylo. I got the exact car I wanted and I'm picky to say the least. When you stop by ask for him! (he knows all the discounts/ rebates)
I just purchased my second car from Reggie and Jim Ellis. I couldn't be more happy with my experience. Reggie is not your typical "salesperson". His level of customer service, expertise, advice, suggestions and professionalism are beyond compare. He makes the whole buying process FUN! I always recommend Reggie to anyone and everyone. He is, hands down, the best!
About two days ago our trunk randomly stopped working. All of our belongings were stuck in the trunk. We went to multiple different auto shops with no success. We finally decided to go to Chevrolet where the service manager Brandon Colon took the time out to help open our trunk. He provided excellent customer service and took his time removing parts from the inside of the car to pull the emergency lever. He successfully placed each part back together with patience and a smile. Thanks to him we can continue our new journey as new residence of Atlanta.
The vehicle is consuming oil due to Active Fuel Management (AFM) system. This is a know and fully documented issue with this model truck. The problem started at ~40K miles. Step one service was authorized and performed. The service adviser explained the ongoing oil consumption measurement procedure which I followed for the next 25K miles. Now at 65K miles oil consumption is as bad as initially seen.
Yesterday, this same service adviser now says I had not followed the procedure and I probably didn't matter anyway since the vehicle is out of warranty. He mentioned that the although the problem occurred well within the warranty, GM would probably not cover any more repairs no matter how bad the problem got. From his mixed words and overall attitude he was basically indicating he wouldn't go out of his way to help me resolve this issue.
Throughout the last 2 years he lead me to believe I would be taken care of he would help make me whole. Now he has decided to get rid of me and my issue. He has definitely done that effectively.
When you spend over $40,000 on a vehicle, you'd expect more than 40K miles without major oil consumption issues. It is also reasonable to expect that the dealership I purchased the vehicle from should help me resolve this issue with the factory.
I will never deal with Jim Ellis again. Chances are, I will never purchase a GM product again.
Been to this place a few times with no complaints. The guys were very nice and professional. Came in for an oil seal leak on my 4 year old car and they repaired it COMPLETELY FREE under an extended warranty.
Dino was very professional and Jim Ellis provided the best price and value for Suburbans in the South East region.
Glademere was my service advisor and I am excited to tell you he did a wonderful job with my car and getting it fixed correctly.
The best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them. Ask for "Darral," he is a super nice guy, easy to talk with, and will get you a good deal on your next vehicle.
Brandon Colon has resolved my concerns and I'm appreciative he was able to get me back to happy place!! Thank you!
Robert the customer service person was an excellent representation of Jim Ellis and the level of service needed for excellence.
Parking is miserable, service is slow. Parts department is jam up!
No matter if I have an appointment or not, I'm always taken care of in a timely manner.
Blake Kenya's customer service was nothing short of fantastic. I have been visiting this dealership for many years and have never been treated with respect and till today. Thank you so very much Jim Ellis for hiring Blake Kenya. He is a true asset to your company and to your organization.
I was very pleased with the service I received at Jim Ellis and I will continue to bring my car for service there.
You must get financing before you walk in the door. I bought for my business. Our bank was taking it's sweet time getting us funds. I went with their preferred lending. I was lied to about the terms and intrest rate. When i spoke to Brad or Brett or whatever the sales guy , i was told that i didn't have enough vehicle purchase history. I pay off at least a vehicle for the past 3 years. High pressure , push your loan b.s.
Bottom line, they lie
When I made the appointment with Jim Ellis Chevrolet, my thought pattern was that I would get better customer service experience if I travel a little further out for service on my vehicle, but I was WRONG with my analysis and will be the first and last time I will go into this establishment.
I was not provided with the excellence or Customer Service experience as I look upon the trophies displayed in the lounge area. Being the first customer to walk into the service facility I was not greeted with a smile or friendly atmosphere. So, as I thought upon my experience with Jim Ellis Chevrolet, I decided as the customer to post my review on each of the Service Technicians:
Vladimir Needs to provide better Customer Service, along with giving a status update to the customers he as registered and checked in for service on their vehicle. As the customer, I should not have to approach Vladimir or Luis V. 4 or 5 (four or five) times regarding the status of my vehicle.
The tall bald guy with glasses Was most alarming to me, the timeframe I was there within this facility from 7 am until almost 2 pm. This service facility technician, not ONE time helped any person of color and as I sat and viewed with my own eyes all the customers of color waiting to be checked in. This gentleman, not ONE time looked up, greeted, or assisted any of these customers of color waiting to be checked in for the service on their vehicle. However, any Caucasian customer that walked into the service facility, he greeted with a smile, provided eye contact with them and assisted them. This technician was most alarming to me because I will not go into a service facility that harbors or employs a worker with that kind of mindset or ability to NOT help everyone!!
Sueanne Needs to work on her tone and Customer Service when on the phone assisting customers. Her tone was abrasive and not of a facility technician. Needs work on finding a balance in getting your point across and having a friendly tone in your voice at the same time.
Luis V. Needs to provide better Customer Service, feedback and a status update to the customers. If Luis was not able to provide the certified service on my vehicle from the start, then the customer needed to be aware of this information and told another technician would take over assisting with the diagnosis of my vehicle. I should not have to approach Luis or Vladimir 4 or 5 (four or five) times regarding the status of my vehicle.
Mr. Woo The ONLY service assistant that display attentiveness to his customers, he knew his job WELL, demonstrated Customer Service, feedback to his clients, and greeted his customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
I am disappointed in what I experienced and what I viewed from my time at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. There needs to be training or repair to the Customer Service experience because you never know who the individuals are walking through doors of Jim Ellis facility. I will forward both complaint/experience/feedback and compliment for (Mr. Woo) to GM.
Thank you for taking the time to review this post.
I'm a private process server, so my car has to get me in and out with finesse and dependability! I drove away today in a beautiful and practical 2009 Impala. My salesman, Mr. Ricardo Shands, had just the right smile and words of wisdom for me. Everything about the car and the money is right out front and discussed with pride by these folks! Ms. Charice Blakney had all the numbers and papers ready and copies for me, too. Thank you, Ladies and Gentlemen!
I had a great experience buying a Tahoe from Dino. He was kind and considerate of my time. He had the paperwork all ready to go when I was ready! I would definitely him if you are looking for knowledgable sales person.
Great transaction ... Kelvin Endee was very instrumental in working on a 2010 Mercedes Benz E350 deal... I'm extremely excited with the deal and the process was smooth...I'll refer anyone who's looking for a vehicle ....
Great service!! No hidden fees or unacessary service. Customer attendant very honest and straight forward. Highly recommended!
Amazing, helpful, and sufficient every time I go to Jim Ellis at Peachtree Industrial Road for service. Linda in sales was amazing and so patient as well as informative while scheduling my maintenance and also recall work. Robert Sigman did an excellent job getting me set up and taken care of once I arrived at the service center. He was extremely polite and kept me informed of the progress of my car and making sure all my questions and concerned were answered. Thank you for everything that you do. Definitely recommend this location and will be a loyal customer for many years to come.
Best car buying experience! My family and I can always count on Jeovani Nava for outstanding service! We were looking previously at cars in another chevy location but they did not really consider our car decision like we hoped. However Jeovani really gave us an outstanding service and we are all happy about the new car!!! Gracias Jeovani!
Awesome first time buying experience! We worked with Stacey and he was great! There was no pressure at all to buy and they answered any and all questions we had. I'm in love with my Hyundai Santa Fe I bought there! I would definitely recommend going here, ask for Stacey! AND they actually have their vehicles fairly priced!
-Kylie & John
It was very professional the staff was very nice and answered all my questions and I was done in a timely manner
Michael Walters and Jeff Asberry were fantastic!!!! They were kind, sweet, and made sure I was well informed making my first car purchase! I was able to see the care and admiration that they both possess when it comes to helping others! I love my new car and I love them!!!!!! If you are looking to by a car, come here because the customer service is unparalleled!!!!
Been waiting in my car for 20 minutes inside the landing just to be greeted
Looking at the service guys and no one is coming out
Always terrible service when I come here will be my last time coming always takes forever
Make that 30 min now and still haven t been greeted
The service department here does a great job. They have quickly and accurately identified and corrected any issues with the car. Staff is friendly and helpful.
recall service so not much in way of unexpected service
Car buying same old game . Service doesn't return your calls !!!!
Copy
The manager at Jim Ellis has repeatable showed little to zero interest in customer safety or concerns. The manager has also repeatable told me he would contact me or perform simple task such as call me to let me know if they're are any available rental cars so I can drive a safe vehicle while mine was getting worked on. The staff spends a good amount of time just fixing the damage that the manager is causing to the Chevrolet brand. It's very obvious and apparent
Always nice and professional. I do recommend that if a customer is going to wait over 3 hours, your service person should offer rental or courtesy car
I would give a 0 star rating if I could. Worst dealership experience I have ever had and we have purchased 10 cars in our lifetime. Dishonest on the condition of a vehicle and not willing to make it right. Description of vehicle was inaccurate stating it was "dealer maintained" yet they couldn't tell me where the vehicle was serviced and had no maintenance records. Do NOT trust this dealership - not worth spending your money there, go somewhere else that cares about their customers.
Terrible experience. The customer service was none. Took vehicle in for service and had problems with the service advisor not relaying information to me about my vehicle. After a week later I was notified that they tore my motor down and did not find the problem and could not tell me what it was. After several attempts to talk to the service manger he pushed me off that he was busy even though I watched him talk to a customer for 20min in the service lane about how nice there car was and that they couldn't work on it because they weren't a Fitzer Dealer. Wouldn't you take that 20 min and talk to the customer you did work on and make things right?? After that I was in contact with the general manger of the dealer to discuss my concerns and complaints. The whole conversation was a negative notation towards me because I didn't purchase the vehicle from them. Never recognizing they tore my motor apart for no reason on my new truck. If you want to look for a good dealership to have work on your vehicle I would not recommend this one. The customer service and integrity will not be backed when working on your vehicle.
Inspection was not completed! Fluids were low and I was not advised or offered to fill them! Oil was spilled all over! Air filter was not checked!
Friendly customer service representatives, quick service and nice waiting room (with lots of coffee available and a play room for the kiddies) made the time fly. Highly recommend Jim Ellis Chevrolet and Fred Gamble. Purchased my 4th car from Fred this year, an Equinox.
I have to do two reviews in one. I originally went to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet and even though I read the bad reviews I didn't listen they were literally the worst! Jim Ellis however was AMAZING. I worked with Leland Sims and he made the process as smooth as possible. . He was very professional and knowledgeable. Brandon the finance guy didn't only make sure I had full knowledge of my loan terms he also made sure that he educated me on all warranties and options so I made the right decision for my lifestyle not just price. The manager I forgot his name and I feel terrible about that because he was so nice. For it to be a huge dealership they are very friendly and attentive. I have found my dealership from now on because they have set the bar so high. I didn't think it was possible to be as satisfied as I was coming off a bad experience but I am very pleased with my service and they made sure I got the vehicle I wanted in my price range.
Great service 5 stars. They really have their act together concerning the safety of their customers and employees in this time of Covid. Most professional handling of the situation I ve see from any company. Polite, fast, responsive, and got my car needs met at a supreme level. What more can you ask for? Great Job!!!
I bought a car from this dealership and when I test drove it the seat was broken in the back. They claimed they would fix it before I purchased it. It appeared fixed, but one week after buying the vehicle the seat fell apart in the back again. I took it back to Jim Ellis and they fixed it again. They said that someone must be pulling on it, but I told them I have no children and no one even sits back there. Long story short, I ended up having to go back 3 times to get the same thing fixed and they never fixed it correctly! Eventually I took it to a car upholstery shop and they said the parts they were using were not correct and was just a temporary fix. This shop was able to fix it in under 5 min. I will not be purchasing another car from this dealership because of their poor quality of service.
Zach Gabel at Jim Ellis Chevrolet and Lisa Taylor at Jim Ellis Mazda were Allstars in terms of helping me choose the right vehicle. Great knowledge and great service and great people.
Service was done for the car and now it works as expected, what I don't like is the timing, I have a device attached to the car that lets me know what is happening on it and I could see that after taking it to the service center it was analyzed in couple of hours, then parked on the back for most of the day, then at the end of the day they called me back to let me know what was wrong with the car.
If I had received the info about what was wrong early I could have take it to another service center since it was something quite simple and easy to fix also cheaper, but due to being called really late and being without the car for longer time the need to get it fixed increases, therefore the willingness to pay their price is higher to get the car back.
Everyone here operates with professionalism, but I've found the quality control on the service department to be highly disappointing with several of the Jim Ellis dealerships on PIB. This Chevrolet is no different. I had to bring my truck back in after my last visit(for a recall) because they aligned the wheels but didn't set the steering wheel back to neutral position. The service department was closing as I picked it up so no time to fix immediately. Bringing a vehicle back to the service department at a busy dealership is never convenient, and this could have easily been prevented if the tech/porter that drove it out of the shop had any awareness to realize that the steering wheel was sitting at a 45 degree slant even though the wheels were pointed straight ahead. After my second visit for wheel balancing, I left with the TMS light on, having been told it would turn off once I started driving. It did not turn off. When I brought it back (again) I learned the TMS had not been synced to the vehicle after tire install. The tech synced the TMS system at that time. A year later (without a tire rotation - not good, I know...) I had a flat tire, at which point it became obvious that the tech had synced the tires in the wrong order such that the vehicle indicated the flat tire was in a different location than it was actually mounted on the vehicle. Extremely disappointing to learn this after the fact, as the flat tire would have been prevented if I had been aware of the tire that was actually leaking, not the tire the truck thought was leaking. Were it not for warranty and recalls that only the stealership can perform, I would never return to, nor recommend Jimmy's service department.
I m sitting in the waiting area right now, and I ve been here for 2 hours. I had an appointment for routine service, and I m still waiting for 2 hours. I just went to check on the status of my car, and they said that the computers had been down for a 1/2 hour, which caused the delay. Perhaps they could have let me know!!! They also said it would be another 20-30 min. This is inexcusable.
Awesome customer service. Dino Hill was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in.
Services Center is not Respect customer
When I get to the counter no one take care of me And I am going to another service
Service is awful, stay away. Came in no customers at service floor, stood in front of three representatives no one did anything even greet me after standing for over 10 minutes. Drop my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation, promise to be ready after an hour, it has been over 8 hours still not complete, ridiculous. Don't respect you neither your time.
The service is excellent, however charging $53.00 to replace a License Plate bulb is outrageous .
Hello My Name is Rev. Lee C. Franklin I purchased 2015 GMC Sierra from Mr. Vance Robinson. I am loving the truck and the follow up information concerning service and details about warranty etc. However more than that I really aprreciated having a knowledgeble salesman who could explain all of my concerns as well as answer any questions not only concerning Chevrolet but the Jim Ellis Corporation as well. I live in Henry County so I passed many chevy dealers to come to Jim Ellis and I am very glad I did. Your managaement is to be congratulated for having the forsight to hire and retain Mr. Robinson.
God Bless
I purchased a vehicle from Jim Ellis a couple weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Leland Sims and Reggie Stagmaier were very fantastic and attentive salesmen. Would definitely recommend!
I love that you guys wash my car when i get an oil change. It is amazing. You guys are super fast and friendly. I stopped going to Steve Raymond because you all have better service.
Mark Thompson was very helpful. Being that I am new to Atlanta. Good to know that I have him to take care of me for my maintenance needs.
Kind regards,
Tyler
