PBR rodeo was a good time. Seat maps could have been a little better detailed, our original seats when we purchased them were right behind the pen full of bulls. Would have been nice to know when we purchased them. Event staff allowed us to move to where we could see event arena area after event started.

Love going to hockey games here. The food at the concession stands is decent, but if you don't like that they have a restaurant in the building. They have a great beer selection and you can even get wine and cocktails.

This is the best hockey in the area! We have a great team and will make the playoffs this year. We have been in the playoffs 4 out the last 5 years and we won the cup once. It's the next best thing to the NHL!

Terrible experience! Today there was a "game tonight" sign that had rolled across the street multiple times. On one of the occasions I had run out of my office to stop the sign from hitting a vehicle and the sign had ran over my leg in which I was bleeding. Called the office and staff were very rude on the phone when explaining what had happened. I just wonder what would have happened if it hit a car or even if I had fallen on concrete.

Ok, the team is having a horrible year but that said First arena does all it can to still make this an enjoyable evening and it works! The all you can eat pack i definitely the way to go!

The side where the Elmira Enforcers play is nice. The concession stands only accept cash and the seats are s little small, but it's a fairly nice smaller arena. The rec side is OK. There isn't much seating for spectators and no heat.

There's just something walking into an ice rink... The smell of ice, the cool crisp air, the rush of the events, etc. However, the First Arena is extremely lacking. The whole building is nasty, smells bad and just generally looks dirty. I refuse to use the public bathrooms at the First Arena, due to the fact they are wickedly unsanctioned. I would rather use an outdoor port-o-potty. As far as, ticket sales, ticket prices, deals and discounts go they are pretty decent. We've gone to 3 Enforcer games this season for free. For one of those games I did, however, pay for an upgrade... 4 Tickets upgraded to center ice cost us $16. We typically bring our own snacks and drinks because their price for snacks and drinks are ridiculously high. But I've been known to purchase some popcorn or a pretzel once in a while. In all honesty though we've never had a bad time or experience at the First Arena.

Had a great time at the Jackals game. Serves beer and wine and I think cocktails too. Saw like three fights and Jackals won all three. Refs didn't stop it till they locked or one was knocked on his hind end. it was awesome.

Hockey game. Fire alarm was going off right up until the players were introduced. During the National Anthem some huge explosion scared the hell out of the crowd. Bad timing bad taste. Thank God no one near us has PTSD. I hope it gets better.

DEFINITELY GONE WAY DOWN HILL !! I m pretty sure they don t even have a professional hockey team anymore or any team for that matter? SUPER DISAPPOINTING CONSIDERING THE MONEY AND TIME PUT INTO IT!! Also they NEVER have any good events there anymore, for example Larry The Cable Guy used to come EVERY YEAR!!

The game was awesome, the Enforcers won in overtime, however the place smelled terrible. The crowd was pretty toxic as well. When we weren't smelling body odor and urine, we smelled cigarettes. This is definitely not a place to take little ones. Only reason for 2 stars is cause the team was awesome out there but the experience was ruined by the atmosphere.

This is a nice facility. Please take cash with you however. The concession stands do not accept plastic and the atm charges 4 dollars. Other than this concern, you will have a good experience at First Arena.

We had a blast tonight at the arena, it was veterans night. They brought a humvee out on the ice for the opening ceremony. Also the Corning painted post band played. They did an excellent job and really jumped up the evening. The bonus was that the Enforcers actually won, yeah.

Paid over $300 for ringside tickets for wrestlemania. My ticket said before I printed it out that I would be section d seats 6 7 and 8. Which according to the seating chart would have been section d first row. When I printed out the tickets, they changed to section flf row d seats 6 7 and 8.there was not even an flf labeled on the map, that I had looked at before purchasing the tickets. After reading reviews I see I am not the first person this has happened to. The family next to us paid extra to be in the isle and were not. I will probably will never go back there for anything. The food was horrendous, I wouldn't to feed it to my dog. Also they take the Caps from your soda. So I had a three-year-old running around with a soda with no top. And try to carry drinks for three people with no lids.

Ever since the Jackals have left, they are just letting go of taking care of the arena. They are just letting it rot. It is a shame that Chemung County doesn't really care if nothing goes into the arena. Now it is just a big waste that is just sitting there on North Main street taking up space hardly ever used.
