Extremely nice restaurant! The hotel is extremely nice and classy. Service is on point. Very formal and different etiquette than your typical restaurant. I went to this place for my Christmas dinner. They were the only restaurant we could find that was open. Meals are very very expensive. For the three of us to eat and a bottle of wine Plus tip was $350. It was a 5 course meal FYI. What are the best things about it is the view and atmosphere. All the food was good.

The valet was quick and courteous. Front desk staff was very helpful and exceptionally friendly. The rooms were immaculate and up-to-date. Beautiful bathroom and spacious room with high ceilings.

I am staying at the hotel for work. The staff are amazingly courteous and very helpful. They switched my pillows for hypoallergenic ones and the bed is the most comfy I have ever slept in. The breakfasts are very good and the view of the arch from the deck is stunning. Very enjoyable stay.

We ask for a high floor. They told us if we get there before the large crowds that check in on The 4th, we would get a high floor room. We get there at 3pm and only one room in the entire hotel on the lowest floor. Plus she was a little salty when I pushed back.

The best. Hard to beat. I go for 60.00 USD Sunday brunch. They have everything first class. Valets open car and glass doors. Not kids either...late 20s. Attached to Lumiere casino and food if that's what you like every amenity possible for handicapped.

My husband and I came down for a Cardinals game and this place was the cherry on top! The hotel was quite elegant, and the staff was very helpful!
Rooms were normal size but were clean and comfortable. It's a bit pricey, but you know you're getting what you paid for!

We got married this weekend, stayed at Hotel Saint Louis Friday night. They gave us a free upgrade to a balcony suite, free parking, and free complementary breakfast the next morning. Saturday we stayed at the Four Seasons. $850 for a suite, $100 for us to spit a 8oz steak dinner. $70 for 2 omelets and toast , & $40 to park overnight. I would highly recommend Hotel St. Louis over the Four Seasons in St. Louis.

Great 5 star hotel overlooking the arch. The rooms are roomy and very nice and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pool is great and the restaurants are top notch. My wife and I had a great time on our anniversary and the staff made it special as well with nice little surprises. Overall, it's a great place to stay in downtown St. Louis

A lovely romantic evening with my wife. The room had a fantastic view, was gorgeously decorated, and the bed was perfect. Parking was a breeze. Great restaurants near by. It's connected to a casino, however it took no effort to avoid it.

If you aren't familiar with the parking garage situation it is kind of a pain to get too. The elevators don't label the garage at all. Not really a system to help remember where you parked either. I think I'll do valet next time.

I love this four Seasons. We vist often during the summer. We live 45 minutes away from St.louis. So I call it our staycation. Im thinking about going back this weekend again with the family. My kids love it here also. And also the spa is A1 so is the staff. The spa is complimentary everything but the massages. Which i recommend you try a deep tissue. Food great also. My fave City getaway.

It is a very nice hotel but I don't feel it is worth the price. I feel the rooms are due for new carpet and some renovation.

I do love the bathrooms and the nice bathtub.

The Arch View rooms are very nice but the City View rooms have a terrible view of our city ... empty parking lots, abandoned buildings, dumpsters and graffiti.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Great location and a very friendly staff. The room met my expectations for a Four Seasons, clean and high end, modern and contemporary finishes. The hotel bar and restaurant had great service and good food and drinks. The only downside is it s linked to the casino. While it s convenient and staff does it s best to keep the smoke odor out, it still lingered into the lobby.

Staff is top notch! I have yet to stop talking about my wonderful weekend get away at the Four Seasons STL. The special touches the hotel took to welcome me is a reminder that great customer service is not dead! From check in (greeted by Ryan), my time at the Cinder House, the Hostess (I didn't get her name) who was so sweet and made sure the Servers with the samples didn't pass me up (there as a large crowd the evening of 3/5 ). To the relaxing time I had at the Spa thank you Alex,i Rachel, Lorraine, Becky and Angelica. I could tell you all enjoy what you do. Thank you Four Seasons team members for helping me have a wonderful and memorable get away.

My experience with the 4 Seasons Spa was very under par. I went with a friend to get a mani and pedi. I got a toe fungus from the experience in addition to the loss of a sentimental and valuable bracelet that I left in my robe-which was not turned in. I would NOT SUGGEST giving your money to this spa unless you want to risk losing your personal items to untrusting staff and getting a fungus.
