Seymour Content was an excellent product specialist manager at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. My husband and I came in to purchase a Yukon Denali and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike other dealerships we had experienced, he was not pushy. He informed us about the vehicle, provided viable options, and assisted us with the all questions that we asked. During the test drive, he offered a plethora of information about the vehicle.

Seymour provided top notch service and I would highly recommend this dealership as it offers not only quality vehicles, but quality service representatives. Overall, this is the BEST experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Awesome company!!

I had been shopping around trying to get the best price on a 2015 Spark. I went on truecar and printed out my certificate. When I got there I spoke with Jiovani, who was amazing! As soon as I told him I had my certificate he said, "Ok, that is what the price will be. It was super easy no haggling. They did not have the color that I wanted at their store but, Jiovani himself went and picked up the color I wanted from another store and brought it for me. He then showed me how to work all of the technology on the car, before giving me the keys. I drove away a very happy camper. I will definitely be going back to Jiovani at Jim Ellis for all my car buying needs!

Kelvin Endee was extremely helpful in making this first car buying experience seamless. Before I contacted Kelvin at Jim Ellis I found the car buying experience extremely stressful, complicated, filled with uncertainty and pressure. Kelvin gave us a truly hassle free, stress free experience. He was knowledgeable, reliable and efficient from the first phone call to the signing of the last document. He was personable, listening to all of my request and responding to them thoughtfully and honesty. I walked in defeated by my previous experiences at the other dealerships but drove out of their in an incredible vehicle that exceeded my expectations. Kelvin Endee was a blessing! I really enjoyed my car buying experience with Kelvin Endee at Jim Ellis and I will never shop with anyone else; anywhere else.

It has been extremely difficult getting my car rep...

It has been extremely difficult getting my car repaired at this location. The communication, service and experience has been overwhelmingly terrible and terrifying. As I have been overly patiently waiting (because I understand Covid-19 is a real thing) on a follow-up response from Service Director Brandon Colon since March 15 with a paid bill of over $5000; Getting essential items during this scary time has been hell since my car is still in bad shape. Since Jan 4 2020 I have done and experienced the following:
1. Because of Paul I was stranded at work - This was corrected but days later.
2. Reached out to Buick's Costumer Relations Center (for Buick Owners) - When they reached out to the location their assistance was met with "I need to have my lawyer contact them." And this was while they still had possession of my vehicle when they were suppose to be repairing it.
3. I was verbally and almost physically attacked by one of their "tow truck vendors" due to his wife concerning herself with my situation and how I expressed my frustration with my then on and off advisor of many Vladimir. **From my experience PRE-COVID, a constant response I received at this location was that people were SICK A LOT or conveniently not available. Hence my wording of many advisors. My initial advisor was Monica.**
4.Emailed General Manager Ralph Sorrentino for assistance - NO RESPONSE
5. Emailed and finally spoke with Service Manager Brandon Colon after sending a lengthy email/statement. When I thought things were going to get better I have now hit a dead end.
Coming here to save my vehicle was definitely not good for me. Simply put, upset and traumatized. BEWARE

I am on my way this morning 9-30-2017 to take delivery of my new 2017 Silverado that Jordan Woods and Leland Sims worked on for me. They both herd what I was looking to do and totally went out of their way to make it happen. I have 20 car dealerships within 12 miles of my office in Fayetteville. But I went to Jim Ellis. They make it easy and they make it work without the lies that s very important. If you don t go there 1st you already messed up.

Mark was wonderful to work with; he listened to all my issues and after going over the car he gave me a break down of what each repair was and the cost. He was very conscious of my immediate budget and needs and didn t pressure me into getting something done I didn t need done immediately. I am like many people who hate taking the car to the dealer for repairs but it was so easy I won t hesitate to do it again and again!!

I chose to switch my primary service dealership to Jim Ellis do to poor experiences at my original purchase dealership. My Silverado needed a recall fixed, so I called and made the appointment for 9am on a Thursday. Phone was answered by a HUMAN BEING! Very polite, and quick conversation.

Robert Sigman was my service rep that morning. He was very respectful and didn t hassle me when I threw a dozen questions at him about some issues I have had with my truck. I waited in the service lounge, it was clean and comfortable. They off free snacks/coffee/and cold drinks while you wait. Restrooms were high quality and clean as well. Truck took a little longer than quoted and Robert was very apologetic about it but I didn t mind the extra wait. No change for recall work, and I was given a paper hard copy and email of the 27 point inspection (previous dealer never gave me this info and when I called to ask for it, the response was always our system was down at the time ...). I ll be going to Robert at Jim Ellis for now on. No dishonest answers, or improper work ethic here. Thanks for the true!

From the moment you call for guidance until driving away, the people within the organization earn their business one car at a time. This was an amazing experience. I can't say enough about the team... I had the personal opportunity to work with several different of the team members and I am more than happy with me my experience.

Maya- the internet representative was thorough and very kind in all of her communication.

Sam- The finance manager was very fluent with product knowledge and goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best deal.

Dennis- The sales manager was transparent and flexible with making sure I was comfortable with the sale.

Hilda- The saleswoman of the year. She was kind, courteous and surprisingly new to the team. Her candor was so impressive that I just couldn't help to feel great about my new Colorado. She sales like a season veteran.

I am writing this review on behalf of my Manager, Grace. According to her account, RJ, a Service Representative, was extra helpful with assisting her with her Camaro's USB connection. Although her vehicle was purchased at another location, RJ jumped at the opportunity to provide her with what she called "The Jim Ellis Way" of doing things!

Grace was not only in and out but she also received a well needed and suggested car wash. Due to the crunch time, that was explained by Grace during the visit, RJ even assisted with the washing of the vehicle!

RJ explified the culture that Grace raved about for the rest of the day.

We just purchased our 9th vehicle since 2009, from Reggie Stagmaier at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Reggie is not only the BEST salesperson, but the ONLY one we deal with. My last Cruze was totaled and I needed to get right out my rental and get a new car in less than a week with a tight budget. Manny was able to find me a certified pre-owned car very similar to my old car with pretty good mileage for a reasonable price. He allowed us to test drive on the highway and he had really good knowledge about the carfax on the vehicle. Charice was also a huge help, she made financing my vehicle super easy and stress free. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, this experience was well worth the 20 mile drive!

From start to finish a really great experience. I had the pleasure of being Kaylyn Powell's first sale. She was a pleasure to work with and hopefully her positive momentum has continued. I never felt any pressure and they are all about making a good deal for the customer and making some money themselves. The sales manager Jordan Woods is a pro, very good guy and good at his job. I wanted to make some modifications to my Tahoe Z71 that required some logistical challenges for him but he delivered first class service from start to finish. I had a 5:00 appt. Left for over an hour, came back and it had not been taken back yet. The appt. was for a routine oil change and tire rotation. No one cared. The tow truck driver, Mr. Mayer was kind of enough to go talk to them on my behalf because he said this is not how Jim Ellis normally operates. Finally out of there 7:30 ish. They say I have a free car detailing on my acct. But told just remind them when I come back. Don t know if documented, but I have no proof that it was. We have 2 Ellis cars, so expect better service.

Excellent customer service! I am thoroughly impressed with this dealership, more particularly with my service advisor Sueann Turano. This lady is fabulous! My car was finished in the timeframe promised and I was allowed to leave it, even though it was the wrong day for me to bring it in.
I wish I had known about this place sooner. I always listen to La Raza radio station while in town to learn about where to go for things like these. Never heard about this dealership on the radio. Too bad.

I was very surprised to have the check engine light come on in my almost brand new Tahoe. Vladimir Kochubey was quick to calm me down and assure me that whatever was going on, it would repaired. It turned out to be an evaporation leak at the fuel filler neck. Sounded complicated to me, but Vladimir explained it to me. Unfortunately, I needed a rental car because the part was not there nor were any loaner cars available. Vladimir had a porter take me to Enterprise and he also took care of the fees for the rental. It took a few more days than planned, but it was not a big issue because Vladimir kept in touch with me and also took care of the transportation

The Jim Ellis Chev Dealership is becoming increasingly hard to get service. It takes much longer to even get a diagnostic run on vehicles (3 days) and the pricing is significantly higher than most other quotes. This is the second visit for the same issue and I believe they tried very hard to diagnose my problem: my 2011 Camaro RS w/81k miles nearly stalled, had delayed cranking, ran rough & shaky, I smelled gas, and white smoke came from tailpipes. Unfortunately they just weren't able to pinpoint the issue this time either. So after TWO different visits costing $170 each and the suggestion that they gave me was to remove and replace the ENTIRE fuel system (at an un-Godly price of about $3,600) in order to resolve an unspecified problem of suspected debris somewhere. This was simply unacceptable, so I will have to get a second opinion on this one. I purchased my vehicle here (new) and have NEVER had it serviced anywhere else.....searching for next steps (sigh)

This is my second car from Jim Ellis, one from Jim Ellis Volkswagen (Jetta Sportwagen) and now one from Jim Ellis Chevrolet( beautiful Garnet Red Camaro). I drove all the way from Panama City Florida to Atlanta Georgia to purchase a car from them. Both times I got the lowest price and great service. There are no surprises like all those dealer add on's that come on other dealership's cars. That is really the main reason that I shop here. All though different add on's are available, they are not automatically added to the car and then have to battle with having the cost of those add on's removed. My local dealership in Panama City, added nitrogen to the tires, Scotch Guard to the seats, environmental coating to the finish, floor mats, life time car washes, undercoating, overcoating, mirrors, brakes, tires, seats, headlights, etc... Just joking, but it did seem that way because they did add a lot of add on's, and would not negotiate on the price of them, which is a deal breaker for me. Jim Ellis did not try to pressure me into them. Low pressure, best price, great service. What more would you want from a dealership?

I have always dreaded going car shopping but these gentlemen made the experience easy and treated me like family - for both vehicles I ended up purchasing. The outcome wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, but my service advisor (James Williams) put forth a lot of effort to make sure that I was still pleased with my level of service. James was very courteous, respectful, and professional. He kept me informed of any changes, and followed up with phone calls and messages. James treated me like a customer should be treated and that alone has earned repeat business. Thanks James and Great Job!

I just purchased a '18 Grand Sport and the buying experience was excellent. My salesman, Leland Sims, was great to deal with - a gentleman, low key, and very knowledgeable about the car. He's owned 4 Vettes and has one now. Unlike some dealerships I've dealt with, they had no hesitation letting me take test drives, including letting me take the car out with my girlfriend to really drive it and decide whether it was what I wanted versus the other cars I was considering. I did a good bit of research ahead of time and am very satisfied with the price we agreed to. The finance manager, Tim Autry, was great and very helpful as was the sales manager, John PIke. I've bought quite a few cars in the past and this was by far the best purchase experience I've had. I strongly recommend giving them a shot at your business. And I don't typically spend the time to go online to write reviews . . . I think this is the second one I've done, but I am a very satisfied customer and thought I'd share my experience with others.

Unprofessional!....spoke to Mike Winfrey over the phone about the pricing of a vehicle i wanted to purchase, and he tells me that price was already low because they just reduced it. So ok, well thats fine thank you. He then ask , well what was i lookimg to spend, so i told him...and he says he can dee what he can do...and that i should come in because i will have more leverage in person, and he said he will be able to work out a deal that i would more than likely like when i get there....he then ask what time can i come...so i said if the price is going to be right i will come now.
And i told him where i was come from...(which is an Hour away)...long story short, when i got there...test drove the car and sat down and talked to him...he still tells how the car is marked low but let him go talkntonsome guy in the back for an invoice...comes back out with the same price plus the taxes!...
Im like so dude had me to drive an WHOLE HOUR to this place just to tell me the price is going to stay the same!...these dudes are just like most of the other salesmen that say whatever just to get u in the door....FOR NOTHING!.....BAD EXPERIENCE...Wont let it happen again!

Went in for an oil change. Had an appt. One hour and thirty minutes later I was told that they would get to my car next. Very, Very disappointed with the service I received. To their credit they did not charge me for the oil change. Someone needs to see why this happened and take immediate action.

Had faulty rear ride control/suspension compressor,leaking air bladder(s) and shocks on my 2005 GMC Yukon Denali replaced. Wasn't an inexpensive service visit -- over $2300. That said, Jim Ellis service department is huge and they are extremely efficient. I had my truck back the same day. My service writer, Rick G. was great. He kept my informed and worked with me to make sure the needed repairs stayed within my maximum limit (hey, it was just a couple of days after Christmas). Thankfully, I have only had to take it Jim Ellis 5 or 6 times in the 8+years that I have owned my GMC -- but they always treat you as if you were frequent visitor. Jim Ellis Service shines as an example of "..your get what you pay for.."

Sales Team , Dennis General Sales Manager, Jeff - Sales Manager are really outstanding guys to deal with. They are very helpful on sales deals and also take care of the customer on every front. They have also extended after sales service when i had issue with service. My out right recommendation to all customers, always do trust JIM ELLIS group and Chevy specifically when you need to buy a car or Truck as you will get the best of sales. Bought a 2005 Honda from Jim Ellis and the experience with Manny was great. Although this car was priced lower than most of those on the lot Manny made me feel valued and helped me get a fair deal. Since this car was a recent trade-in I don't think they had a chance to completely go through it but they agreed to replace the tires and brakes. This made me believe they care about the quality of their vehicles. There was a slight hiccup with one of the keys missing but Manny stayed with it to ensure the key turned up and I received it.

so i got my car back and everything seems good so far.. i just appreciate them sticking with it and making sure i had a way to get around. they made sure they got it back once i had issues after picking it up. they kept it to make sure thay everything was good. i was annoyed with missing car shows and being without my baby.. but I'm thankful that they were able to get to the cause of everything and fix the issue

The good customer service stops once you purchase the vehicle. It took forever to get the paperwork in order for me to get my permanent tags. Everything they tell you when you are buying the car is not true. They made me buy all these extra stuff for my car and I was told it will not be a problem when I need to it. Now every time I call to inquire about my extended warranty, I m told they don t deal with them directly. They gave me a number to call. Why didn t they tell me that before? Why sell something that you know you will not deal with directly. They made me buy something about comedic repairs. Was told it will take care of all the dings on my car. Today when I asked them about it, they pretended as if they have no clue about it even though I have the paperwork. They are such liars! I will not recommend no one to go there. Other places offer far mor better services than this place.

Buyer Beware- I called the internet department. I was told a vehicle was for sale. I negotiated a out the door price. Called the next morning to confirm vehicle was still available. I was told it was. I made an appointment for 1 1 /2 hrs later. Drove 75 miles one way to purchase vehicle. Arrived there and saw the vehicle. After waiting 45 minutes, I was told the vehicle was already sold. They then asked if they could show me more expensive models. I said no and was there anything they could offer for my driving 150 miles round trip and wasting 4 hours of my day. They said no and have a nice day. I left and will never go back, and will share my experience with others.

I worked with Seymour of Jim Ellis Chevrolet to purchase a beautiful Silver 2017 6.2L 415hp 6spd Manual Chevy SS remotely from Texas! Seymour was great to work with on a great deal, extremely patient, and did what was needed. I wanted to have everything ready before I got on a plane to Atlanta. Seymour, Jamie, Edwin and others had everything ready before my arrival, picked me up, smoothly closed the paperwork and got me on the road quickly for a 1000mi dive. BTW it was a fun drive in my new Chevy SS back to Texas awesome car and fantastic buying experience. Every time I stopped for gas people wondered what kind of car it was! Everyone loves the Chevy SS! Worth the work to go to Atlanta for the car and buying experience.

He answered all of our questions no matter how big or small. We traveled from Mississippi to Atlanta with confidence that when we got there everything would continue to be a great experience. I am writing to complain about the service I ve received from the Peachtree industrial location for the past 5 years. Not once have I received good service. I've always had to come back on multiple occasions.. for The same issue! and pay additional! Not once has a manager apologized or even comped or gave me credit for the time wasted.

Recently I had a water issue and I literally had to go in the back on my hands and knees to find where the water was coming from. Again I watched your managers just sit there and watch me. I haven't received any status update unless I call...im racking up on rental fees bc no one knows how to rectify the issue. This unacceptable for a customer and this is the last time I will bring my car to this location. I need to feel valued as a customer, I do not feel so at this location. stay away you will go broke!

I have purchased 3 very expensive new cars from Jim Ellis. The experience has gotten worse each time. I won't even go into the past experiences but I had chalked them up to bad luck and went back anyway. After all, it is family owned, local, "expect the best", etc. So, two weeks ago I reached out to trade my Suburban (bought from Jim Ellis.) for a 2021 Tahoe. Sales told me via email "these are really in demand and you need to put a deposit down." I wrote back that I would be glad to do that. Let me know how. No reply. So I called and was put on hold for 15 mins until I finally hung up. Meanwhile the trade-in contact did get back to me quickly with an offer - it was way low but at least it was fast.
So I sent another email to sales and no reply. I guess business is good but I mistakenly thought my loyalty might curry better treatment and maybe even a chance to be among those early to buy a 2021.
So with no reply from Jim Ellis I reached out to another GA Chevy dealer. I had an offer on my Suburban and a price on the exact 2021 Tahoe I wanted within 15 mins. The paperwork was done in another 15 mins. and the car was delivered to my office by noon the next day. By the way, the offer on my Suburban was $3000 MORE than Jim Ellis Chevy offered me. No hard feelings as I got the car I wanted elsewhere in a great transaction. But it continues to go badly...
Since then I ordered some accessories from the Chevy website to be delivered/installed at Jim Ellis. I guess I am a glutton for punishment but they are really close to my house and I thought it would be a simple transaction. Of course they didn't call me to tell me the stuff came in so I called to confirm the accessories had arrived. The parts department told me they had them. I showed up at the Service/Parts department today and they cannot find the accessories. Wasted trip and I am not even sure what that means for me now. Seriously, this dealership could not be less competent. I guess they sell a lot of cars with good advertising and a convenient location but after shopping elsewhere it reminded me how badly I have been treated at Jim Ellis. "Expect the Best" is a nice catchphrase that has not been a part of my experience with 3 purchases. I'm done.

They were very courteous and professional and Vladimir made sure that he explained everything to me and was very helpful with getting me checked out in a timely manner so that I can go and pick up the kids from school. The only reason I can't give 5 Stars it's because they didn't have enough courtesy cars to provide one for me. I will come back to this location.

Went there because my engine light was on. Call to make a appointment and was told to bring in the coupon from the web site and I would not be changed for the diagnostic test. I asked twice and was assured. I got up very early and traveled a long way thinking I was going to save 90.00 only to find out it was not true. I was told by the service consultant she would look into whom I talk too. It was not done, They did fix the car but I hate being told misinformation. I wont be going there again. Ask questions and get names if you must go

Communication was good, but neither was I provided a new sticker for when will my next oil change will be due, nor a reset of my oil life percentage. I had to contact them to make sure the service was actually done.

Sergio picked up quickly that we were straight forward and that we didn't want the haggling game that we had experienced with some of the other local dealerships. Not one employee has spoken to say hello besides the guy i told i needed service which his name is Cortez. My wife and i have been here for 15 mins so far and almost all the employees have walked by me and not said a word...how rude and unprofessional! Very nice and clean place to shop for cars. The sales associate that we got was very friendly and knowledge. My daughter was in the business of shopping for a new car. It's funny how these dealerships try and run game on you; especially if you are a female. But they was in for a surprise themselves. My mother came along with us and she ran game on them. Long story short...my daughter walked out with the car she wanted at the price she wanted.
