The worst place ever! Please, please do not buy a car from them! I got my car a few years ago and it is terrible! Breaking all the times, people who work there are extremely extremely unprofessional, rude and just try to rip you off. Please, please save your nerves and your money

I recently traded in my Cruze for a 2020 Blazer. Cannot tell you how happy O was not only with the price but the ENTIRE PROCESS. It was easy, quick and they gave me exactly what I wanted. They sent a car to pick me up at work and had my new car ready and waiting. Leanne Knight and Samuel Opera were FANTASTIC and the process could not have gone smoother. For the parts department, The parts they sell are the same parts you can purchase online for less than a third of the cost. I asked the parts salesman why and his response was "so you want the parts or not", I asked why they where so much more expensive, his response was " you get what you pay for". I don't see why a mark up of 350% is necessary. I understand the need to make a profit on in stock items, however, this is overly excessive.

Luis, my service advisor, is awesome. He goes the extra mile when I bring my car for service. There s another dealership closer to my home, but I choose the Jim Ellis location on Peachtree Industrial because they understand the meaning of service and customer satisfaction. Having advisors that are really knowledgeable about the different cars and the processes to move things forward makes thing go easier. I ll continue to bring my Convertible SS Camaro for service here as long as I have it.

very disappointed with the level of communication. set up an appointment at 2:36 via the internet sales department to test drive a 2016 jeep grand Cherokee. i fight thru traffic to get there at my scheduled time of 7:15 only to be told that the vehicle had been sold, really! A courtesy call or email would have been nice instead of wasting my time to be told the vehicle is no longer available.

I drive out of my way, passing a different Chevrolet dealership only 5 miles from my house, in order to take my car to Jim Ellis Chevrolet! They are the only Chevy dealership that I trust with my Bolt EV.

The service advisor, Luis Valdez seriously went out of his way to take care of me when I brought my car in and found me a loner vehicle to take home when it was found that parts would need to be ordered and my car would have to be there multiple days and his communication with me to keep me up to date was perfect and kept me informed throughout the process.

Erik Johnson is the only electric vehicle mechanic I will ever trust to bring my car in for service. He is simply the very best at what he does, not to mention he also drives an electric vehicle himself, and went above and beyond, even addressing things that I completely forgot to ask about while my car was there!! I love him so!

Thank you Jim Ellis for always taking care of me!

I recently stopped in to this Jim Ellis dealership to view their inventory of new and used autos. The staff was very friendly and approachable. I was helped by a salesman by the name of Mario who made me feel as if he were genuinely interested in my needs and not just trying to sell me the latest and greatest car. As I continue my car search I will recommend this dealership to other shoppers.

Whatever happened to the day when your car would be washed after it was serviced/repaired? I was very surprised and disappointed to have my 2015 Silverado returned to me dirty/unwashed after being at the dealership for a week for transmission replacement and some additional work to correct a recall. I guess spending $1,000 doesn't get you much, anymore.

Third attempt at having Jim Ellis work on my car.....

Third attempt at having Jim Ellis work on my car....First time was an oil change in which they hit a blue pole with my front bumper. The bumper will no longer line up correctly. I was told that space was very tight in the back of the shop and if I saw how little space there was, I would understand. He then proceeded to tell me that bumpers rarely line up evenly anyway......
Second attempt.....Took my SS in for weather stripping replacement. I found where they had taken a chunk of paint out of the tailgate when the weather stripping was being replaced. The response was " well, we can send it to collision but it will hit your cars info or I can just put some paint on it"...
The final attempt was today, called to have my Denali taken in after I was side swiped. It was to have the driver side mirror replaced. No body damage. It was such a hassle with the lady I spoke to that I gave up and will take it to Classic Collision for the repairs. I'm done with this dealer ship. I told her to not worry about it and that i would go elsewhere, her response was "sometimes that's just better to go elsewhere"..... great service :(

I bought the used Mustang 2016 from Jim Ellis Chevrolet, Nice experience thanks to Albert sales Rep, and thumps up for Mr John Fike,(sales manager) who actually made this deal happen., they suppose to fix bumper (minor work) so i pickup the car next day for my daughter surprise, when arrived with Cashier Check haven't done the job, me and my wife upset and about to leave without making purchase, then AL called John., he came and look into the problem and promise me he will fix, he gave me word, that day was "EID" (Big day for us) 08/21/18, so i have to give surprise to my daughter on that day, and he explained its minor work she even didn't see it, i can take the car and give my daughter surprises and bring it back on wednesday and he will take care the problem by thursday., so i made a payment and took the car, on my driving back home, I notice rear Window passenger side did not close all the way up., i called Albert and bring this problem in his knowledge and he said don't worry he will look into it when i will drop the car for bumper (nice job didn't make any excuses) ) i gave BIg Surprises to My sweet daughter, and drop the car back on thursday evening because part is coming on Friday, they took extra time to fix the bumper, checked today front bumper was fix, and Albert told me, for window problem they will sent the car to Ford Dealership because its still under warranty less then 36k miles., and i can check with him on wednesday., and BTW they give me Loaner car for all this days., first Loaner car rear blinker was not working so Albert change that car today. i also deal with Bryce and Sergio, both very helpful. Thank you Albert, i will see u on Wednesday., Their Goal is make you comfortable and happy. My next purchase (Chevy Truck) definitely from here.

I just bought a new Colorado at Jim Ellis, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the transaction. I had done a lot of research beforehand, so I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted (or so I thought). The salesperson, Kernell Hunt, showed me a truck that was what I wanted plus some, and because of the way the options packages work, was actually a better deal than if I would have done it the way I had planned. Throughout the whole process, there was never any pressure and I left with my new truck feeling very positive about the entire experience. Can't say enough good things about these guys.

I have purchased two new cars from Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Due to the professionalism of a gentleman named Brandon Colon, who was my service advisor, but who is now the service manager. His level of professionalism is outstandeing if I hadn't met him I don't think I'd come back to buy a second car. I love the fact that this is a family-owned business and their employees seem to be extremely happy.

SueEllen is my service person and she's great. I couldn't be more disappointed in the Chevy product I got in my 2014 Silverado, it's a cheaply made, always breaking, disappointment. But, SueEllen has done a good job of easing as much of that burden as possible by trying to help me with as many of the repairs as she can. She's done a great job.

We had been looking at trucks for some time, mainly looking at dodge and ford. We decided to look at Chevy, because they are the only ones with a smaller truck. Our sales guy, Kernell Hunt, was amazing! He showed us the Colorado with all of our requirements. He worked with us for almost a week (very patient guy, ahah), and helped us close the deal. The finance manager, Jeremy, was also wonderful. He worked hard to get us the lowest rates possible. Both these guys stayed with us past closing time until everything was perfect. We were given a loaner car for the weekend, as the vehicle had to be inspected. Overall, this was my best car buying experience. No pressure, helpful, and respectful. I definitely recommend them and will return to this dealership for future purchases.

I have purchased two vehicles from Jim Ellis Chevrolet in 2016, a new 2016
Chevy Silverado, and a used 2016 BMW X5. Mike Champness was my salesman for both transactions.
I found Mike to be knowledgeable, patient, professional, and most of all pleasant. Both purchases were handled very professionally, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. My Silverado came with systems and technology that I was not familiar with, and I made several trips back to the dealership for training, and each time Mike was most accommodating and patient.
I now consider Mike to be a friend, and I will occasionally drop by to visit and talk cars and racing with him.
It is a pleasure doing business with someone who is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their product, so when you are looking for a Chevy or GMC drop by Jim Ellis and ask for Mike.

Visited this dealership because I had an appointment to look at and purchase a vehicle. A salesman greeted me and I told him my purpose and gave him the vehicle stock number. He checked and told me someone put a down payment on that vehicle the night before so its unavailable. Ok fine. I was told they can get one in for me in few days. We decided to talk and a price was presented to me. Remember now this guy is trying to sell me a vehicle that is not even on the lot. Within 2 minutes of him presenting me with the price I got up, got in my vehicle and left. I did not leave because the deal was done that fast. I tried to negotiate a price with this salesman and on the first attempt his response to me is "I am here to sell cars so I am not gonna go back and forth with you on this " end quote. I dont know if that attitude works for him on a daily basis in his car selling career but it is not gonna work with me. At the end of the day though I went to a different chevy dealership and got respect and the exact vehicle that I wanted. I will never set foot in this dealership ever again just because of 1 man.

I had my mind made up on exactly what I wanted... black Tahoe, black leather, heated seats, sunroof, entertainment package, remote start, captain seats, flood lights, tow package and I was NOT going to go broke trying to get it. Kalo and Leland surpassed and delivered. Never thought I'd walk into a dealership, be treated like I was an old family friend, and drive out within two hours in the vehicle of my dreams AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS UNDER THE PRICE THAT JOHN THORNTON CHEVROLET AND CARL BLACK CHEVROLET QUOTED ME! They even setup my OnStar and SiriusXm for me (we all know the stress of calling into customer service)!!! No shady sale pitches, just pure love is what I received from these two guys! I am a customer for life! Great job Kalo and Leland!

The service is outstanding. I believe that is due to Vlad who is knowledgeable so professional but very personable. Prior to Vlad I would never take my car in and tell them to just perform whatever service is needed. Vlad is honorable & trustworthy. He knows whats needed and how to fix it. He always delivers what is promised. As long as Vlad is there I will continue to drive from Woodstock for service on my vehicle.

I also would like to thank your technicians who remain faceless because they are the ones who keep my vehicle running well.

Tony who provides transportation is also so kind professional, reliable, and personable., It is obvious he and Vlad have the same great work ethic.

Worst customer service ever! When I scheduled my last appointment for an oil change, it took 2 hours... for a scheduled appointment. When I called to ask about fixing a headlamp that was out they said they were booked for a week and acted like they were doing me a favor for service. When I asked to be worked in because I didn't want to drive with a headlamp out, I was literally berated by the service coordinator. Wow, such nasty people... such poor service!! There are other Chevrolet dealers in Atlanta. Use them... NOT Jim Ellis.

I would recommend this place. I came here for a factory recall item and they did a good job. They informed me that I need to get my brakes replaced but they weren't pushy. And my car drove very nicely after I picked it up (where as with other places I almost feel like they break your car so you have to bring it back) this place has great reviews and that's why I came here. I am much closer to other Chevy dealerships but they do not have good reviews. So I highly recommend this place.

I have my vehicle serviced at this location. The staff is always friendly. They really care about you as a customer. They take great care of your vehicle and never push unnecessary services on you. There is a Chevrolet Dealership about 7 mins away from my house. However, I choose to travel 25 mins to this location (peachtree industrial) because their customer service and service on your vehicle is excellent compared to the location closer to me (Covington Hwy). I would highly recommend this location.

I'd driven by so many times but had never stopped in. I really enjoyed the entire experience. Darral Porter was my salesman and great to work with. No "pressure" sales, very knowledgable, and very friendly. This was my first experience with Jim Ellis Chevrolet and I would absolutely do business here again.

Don t provide loner cars for recalls, have children to pick up from daycare and was told to uber. guess I should have stuck with Infinity and Bmw that provide you with customer service

He answered questions patiently, he made sure everything was in order with the deal, he made it easy to drive off in short order with my new car, and his follow up was very professional & timely. He even returned a garage door opener I had left in the traded car. I assume Jim Ellis is a good dealer, but Jim Banks is the reason I would go back.

Terrible communication, pushing unecessary services as "Recommended" Car has been held hostage for 3 days, only 1 phone call, no follow up, no estimate, nothing.

Told me on arrival I needed new tires. Tires were changed by you in July. What a crock.

Called service on hold for 22 minutes, transferred to yet another voicemail. Not sure whatever happened to their customer service.

Got a ride Saturday, picked up my car. The car had been finished, but no one ever called to advise. I was willing to overpay because of their service, not anymore.

Sorry it took me so long to speak up. I've been having too much fun in my NEW 2017 Camaro 2SS manual. I tried to find every reason in the book not to buy this car but my sales lady Melissa was not having it. She was extremely patient with me and addressed all of my questions and concerns which ultimately led to an extremely happy owner of his first Chevy; ME!!! Her sales manager Brandon and the finance expert Jeremy were a pleasure to give my money too as well. Excellent first impression.

I really enjoyed the customer service and support I experienced. I feel the entire team worked to create an environment where I as a customer felt informed, valued and welcomed. Options of the best deal were provided to me to make choices and it was all done in a timely manner. I am extremely grateful for the expedited services provided at the end due to my time crunching schedule! Hilda and Karrie were absolutely wonderful and extremely personable. The customer service has been horrible. We are now contacting the Better Business Bureau because this is ridiculous! It's a shame how attentive they were prior to my purchase.

Fine service until today. I had a 2:40 appt. It is now 5:09. Still here. Simple oil change. The service guy that greeted me in the garage tried to direct me to the Buick store because I drive a Regal. I kept insisting I had an appt where I was at. In the confusion I did not get checked in til 3:10 and I am now late for work. Very late needed to be there at 4. And I have raved to others about their customer service in the past because I live off Covington Hwy but bypass that Chevrolet dealership to come here. Today is not a good experience!
