Last year I gave a bad review because the service department didn t return my car the way they got it. They didn t complete the repairs. The service manager contacted and said he would take care of the issue. In as much, he asked me to take down my bad review. Well he never took care of the issue. The bad review is back up. The service department is terrible. I don t know who owns this place but if Jim Ellis still does, he only cares about your money.
